How far along? 32 weeks

What size is baby? squash

How are you feeling? I'm on day 2 of the headache from hell but ok otherwise as long as the acid reflux stays away.

Upcoming appointments? MFM on Thursday and OB on Friday. It'll be a busy week.

How far along?

32 weeks!

What size are babies?

Squashes!

How are you feeling?

I have two sore (bruised-feeling) spots in my belly (one at the bottom left and one at the top right) where the boys are pressed into me. I had a hard time sleeping last night because it hurt to lay on either side.

Other than that, I'm good.

Upcoming appointments?

Checkup on 7/22.

Rants/Raves/Questions:

I can't believe that I've probably only got somewhere between 3 and 6 weeks left. Time has flown.

GTKY: What was you favorite childhood toy?

My stuffed Fievel (the mouse from An American Tale). When I got him, he was almost as big as I was!

I still have him and can't imagine ever losing him. He went on every trip I went on growing up, travelled the US, got left in an airport (thankfully my dad worked for an airplane manufacturer right next door and ran over and grabbed him as soon as we landed at our destination and were able to call him and tell him that Fievel had been left behind "watching the planes take off") and I slept with him every night. He's one of my most prized possessions.

How are you feeling? Meh. Very pregnant. My migraines have been flaring up lately, and the auras are so unpredictable. When I get an aura I can't see very well to drive, so I get nervous to drive places alone.

Upcoming appointments? 21st. Had one this week and all went well.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Rant: my husband is going out of town for work this week--I already hate when he travels but with the migraine stuff I am bracing myself for a very not-fun week ahead. Also, DH is going to Seattle, where we used to live, so he's going to get to visit with one of my closest friends. I'm totally jelz.

GTKY: What was your favorite childhood toy? We had these three giant stuffed unicorns that I used to LOVE. No clue where they came from, but there was a yellow, pink, and blue one. My sister and I used to "ride" them around our bedroom like maniacs.

What size is baby? Acorn squash/pineapple

How are you feeling? Overall pretty good. Only about 3 weeks left of scheduled shifts as nurse, and then I think I'm going to ask my midwife to put me on medical leave until the baby gets here (gotta love Canadian EI!) I was feeling pretty bummed out because I failed my 2 hr GTT, so I'm off to see the Diabetic Educator nurse on Monday, but I've been testing since Wednesday when I got the news, and my blood sugars have been pretty good so I'm feeling good about it so far.

Upcoming appointments? Diabetic educator on Monday, ultrasound on Thursday So excited to see my little girl again!

Rants/Raves/Questions: I miss having long glorious pees... is that weird? I feel like every time I have to pee they're just tiny pees, even though they feel like they're going to be like that 30 second long first thing in the morning pee... this is super weird... sorry... lol

GTKY: What was you favorite childhood toy? My Sylvester (from Looney Toons) stuffy. Went with me everywhere, guarded against bad dreams, and was my imaginary friend for a good chunk of my childhood. When I was 9 we had this project to send a teddy bear around the world; you give it to a friend who's flying somewhere, they pass it on etc etc and eventually it comes back to you, with a little notepad saying where he's been. I decided to send Sylvester because I decided he deserved a vacation. He went all around the world; US, France, Italy, China, Austrailia, Chile, Costa Rica etc etc before coming home. Still have the notebook with all the notes in it!

How far along? 30 weeks today! 10 weeks to go!!!!

What size is baby? Around 15.7 inches and 3 lbs. Cabbage

How are you feeling? Pretty good. Tummy is definitely big and getting in the way of being able to easily maneuver like I used to, but that's ok!

Upcoming appointments? I have one next week to measure babe-bump and do another blood screen for my iron.

How are y'all dealing with swollen feet? We have been doing wedding things all week and especially after wearing the uncomfortable wedding shoes, my feet have doubled in size. Anything besides putting them up on the wall? I may actually start this as its own thread.

How are you feeling? heart burn daily, fatigue some pain in my hip joints

Upcoming appointments? I just had one a few days ago, and will have another the first week of August

Rants/Raves/Questions: We worked on nursery this weekend and it is finally starting to look like a nursery. My in-laws are going to help us with the furniture, but not until after the baby is born. We have a play-yard with a bassinet so other than the travel system we at least have the main things we need.

GTKY: What was you favorite childhood toy? My barbie doll had a pair of white leggings, a bathing suit and a matching sarong. I made so many different outfits for her with those three things.

@marikkita12 I've been having a hell of a time with swelling at work (12 hour nursing shifts). I found compression stockings, the knee highs, have helped tremendously. I also suggest decreasing your salt intake, increasing your water intake, and try to get off your feet 3 times a day for at least 20 minutes, get those feet elevated. Massage is also great, so get your man on that

Good. All belly this time so getting into scrubs is not working for me as my size keeps going up but still unable to fit my belly into them
also the belly is totally in my way all the time. What a difference each pregnancy can be !

Next Wednesday for 32 + week appt.

Rants/Raves/Questions:

Way too much going on in my life right now but I know once I go out of work beginning of August life will be better. I work full time have 3 classes towards my masters and have a toddler. It's insane !

poly pockets ! And barbies ( my father just moved from our childhood house and he just found a stash of my Barbie still dressed the way I had them when I used them last !)

How are you feeling? Eh. I had to go to the hospital for monitoring twice last week for contractions. I was not progressing, which is good, but it definitely did a number on my body so I'm having lots of body aches.

Upcoming appointments? 7/21, I just had one on the 7th.

eh...heartburn has been killing me. TMI--i've been throwing up/burping stomach acid. It happened last night not too long after i fell asleep. I had to sleep sitting up...it was a miserable night and i'm tired

A teddy bear I had named Squishington but called him Squishy. Don't have him anymore because I lost him while driving home from California. I was a mess but found the exact same bear that I can buy for my little one if I want to.

@yellowrose314 I completely feel you on the peeing thing. Almost every time I go I feel like it will be a lot and great flow but no it is not that much and weaker flow. I miss peeing normal lol.
