@Backbypopulardemand I think those pains are the head being low...I've experienced them in each of my pregnancies! The closer it gets to go time, the lower they get and the more painful that can be!!
I woke up this morning with, what I assume was, a very strong BH contraction. It felt like it didn't ease up for quite sometime. Now it's just a dull ache after taking a hot shower. I'm so glad that the L & D where I'm giving birth has spa showers because that seems to be the only thing that helps.
I was up ALL night with contractions... Got excited thinking it was finally going to be time. Nope. They're gone this morning. I feel bad for you all with prodromal labor. I'd go crazy.
Having some pretty serious back pains all of a sudden. They are paired with some sharp pains on either side of my pelvis. Not sure if I got up to fast or what. Keeping an eye out on it for sure!
@AB34 Same here Had some contractions around 7pm last night, then woke up with worse contractions from 4-5:30am today. And then nothing.
Had an appointment for my first cervix check today (39 weeks) and I'm 60% effaced and 2cm dilated. My midwife offered to do a membrane sweep at my appointment next week, which I think I'm going to take her up on!
A lot of dull back pain the past couple hours. Still haven't lost my mucus plug, although Im looking every time I go to the bathroom. haha Im 39 weeks tomorrow and the impatience has suddenly set in. Starting to try different things to get this going. Nipple stimulation, sex and maybe at my appointment on tuesday I will ask for a membrane sweep. This is my third pregnancy and ive never done the membrane sweep, but Im going to ask my doctor what she thinks.
Unending stomach gas that I can not get rid of kept me up last night and has now started first thing. My stomach just rumbles and rumbles!! I have taken tums and got one good belch and it just continues!! Between that and baby moving I feel like my insides are being constantly twisted! 2-3 more weeks of this...yippee
I have a horrid headache today. I've had one off and on for a few days but it's definitely more severe today. Woke up with it, took a nap and it was still there when I got up. Finally broke down and took some Tylenol for it.

If that doesn't work try a soda caffeine has been the only thing to help some of mine

I've been having horrible headaches too! Hope you find something that helps!
Initially I was having BH contractions only in the morning. However, I'm now thinking I'm having them almost continuously throughout the day. I thought that LO was just jutting out with his whole body but I think I was really wrong. My belly gets so tight. I keep telling LO he needs to stay put at least 2 more days until his father gets home. I'm a FTM so I hope I'm not over reacting or over thinking these BH. I don't think that I've lost my plug yet, so that's a good sign. I go Tuesday for my next check.
Most of the after noon I've felt my belly tightening. Was never sure if it was BH or baby Moving. Now In addition im feeling sharp pains radiating down. I keep pushing it off as lightening crotch. That's what it seems like except instead of being only when I get up and walk it's coming and going. Also been throwing up this afternoon. It hasn't been the best day for me.
This heartburn needs to stop! Plus the constant feeling that I'm peeing myself is driving me crazy, I genuinely think I can feel myself pee while I'm sitting around. I go and check and nothing, it's driving me nuts! Can't really complain about much more, lots of stretching pain from baby dropping a good bit. Its getting hard to walk even short distances right now.
Just let out a huge fart and pissed myself at the same time. Is feeling totally disgusting a symptom?

@elldel The only time I've pissed myself this pregnancy was standing in the kitchen in my underwear and I did the fart/pee combo move. Pregnancy makes me feel classy
I have mentioned lower back pain before but damn, I'm over it. Its now accompanied by weird period like cramps on occasion and pains I've never felt before. I've also noticed a change in my mood... I was never really emotional this pregnancy. The only emotion I ever really had was anger and agitation. Now i just feel mopey and sad. Hopefully all these changes mean the end is near because I don't think I can handle all this crap for 2 more weeks.
@setosh@LF93 I've never heard it can regenerate but I do know you can loose it weeks before labor. That's one step closer though! FX it's soon for you!
@tennisbabymama Yep apparently it does regenerate but I think as soon as you have your bloody show that's it. It's completely gone, mine has been slowly coming out for about 2 weeks now and there does be so much (regular discharge too) so I'm almost certain mine has came back.
No consistent contractions, but stomach/back cramping most of the day. I told DH it feels like I am on the verge of a stomach bug. I hope this is something....and not LO messing with me again!
I always wake up around this time nauseated. I'm over feeling like I'm going to puke. Bring on more contractions. I had them all day yesterday but hardly any today
So I had been having discharge for the last few days periodically and yesterday and changed to old blood and now the morning of my induction I have pinkish red and back pain but no real contractions hello bloody show... Kid seriously you are kidding me. Hoping this means the induction will go quicklh
