Hey @JamieK1882 , just saw this. I'm assuming you were posting from a computer. What you need to do is flip over to HTML mode then put in that code. You do that by clicking on the logo that looks like a < and a > with / in between. When you're done, you can just click it again to get back to the WYSIWYG ("what you see is what you get" aka, the "normal") editor!
furbabymom2007 I think the reason it gets bumped is so it shows "new posts" and gets people's attention. I never understood at first either but I'm more likely to read a post that shows "New Posts" than those without that.
Also, there's a lot of pinned posts, and intend to hope that this being in the #1 spot instead of third or forth down increases the chances of people actually stopping and reading it first before they post.
But it's probably futile, really.

Everyone here will forgive most things, @LoulieFace , as long as you put the effort in to correct it! And if you've read this thread, you should be well on your way.

@TokyoLaura Best place to jump in is the introduce yourself page! And then browse the TWW and the WTO pages depending on where you belong and start participating. I was nervous at first too but everyone here is amazing.
Honestly, when I first came across this board I was terrified.
I stumbled upon it after me and DH thought we had an oops before we were TTC. That made us realize we actually wanted to TTC. Turns out it was just my body adjusting to going off the pill. But I kept coming back to this board. I lurked for 3 months without even creating an account. Then I created an account and lurked some more, read all the pinned threads. Saw all the people getting flamed for asking if they were pregnant and learned what to do and what not to do.
Then I bought a MABIS, signed up for FF and started reading TCOYF and learned so much to help begin my journey TTC.
So Thank You to all the ladies and all of the advice, but mostly this is just here to bump it and hope other people read it all!
@MrsDramaK seconded! Similar circumstances here--"oops" turned into wanting to try.
Had NO idea before coming here how awesome FAM was and all this crazy awesome stuff about our bodies (seriously, I had no idea that your core temperature had any kind of pattern during a cycle or that aside from EWCM that you could have other kinds of CM and that it's not an infection).
So many props to everyone here who patiently spread the knowledge. This place is so much better than other forums where everyone's just randomly guessing crap
Wasn't really sure where to post this but this seemed like the most appropriate place because I didn't want to start a new thread. This isn't actually a question. It's a THANK YOU!
Thank you to everyone here for recommending TCOYF. I am halfway through and feel like I finally have some direction. If you are new here, I cannot stress enough, please read this book. It'll save you from asking a lot of questions that you really don't need to ask and it'll teach you things that I can't believe we are not all taught to know anyway.
You ladies are wonderful! Okay, that's it.... *shuffles back into the corner to lurk some more*
Honorable mentions: Biggest IF support sister, sweetest bumpie, most genuine, LFAFer you'd most like to visit, great things come in small packages, pocket sized babe

If this post is pinned, why does it need "bumped"? It's always at the top already.
Not complaining (not like it gets or hinders me in any way), just curious.
