I know it's a little soon for me but I'm getting eager to meet little one and want to know if you have favorite receipes or food that you have heard can work to get things moving. We can all stock up our cabinets with things we will need now. With #2 I went into labor after eating at Chipolte. I have heard of labor salads and cookies... What will you try?

I've started doing nettle and RR leaf mixed infusions every few days and mean to do it every day. From what friends have said and online it's supposed to just tone up your uterus and be healthy to support a effective labor and pregnancy. I do roughly a hand full of nettles and 1/4 cup raspberry leaf in a quart mason jar, filling with just boiled water, putting the lid on and leaving for 4-6 hours to infuse.
I get my herbs from mountain rose herbs, a very high quality brand and you can get a fair amount instead of small tea bags.
