Here are my Packer Super Bowl Victory socks - I started knitting them during the playoffs and finished them just after the Super Bowl in 2011. Only 6 more weeks until the preseason!
In honor of the 4th of July and my bday Saturday... this is a throwback from my bday party/4th of july party the year that DH and I started dating in 2012 (I'm on the right). I don't have a pic with him in it because by the time he got there I was a little too tipsy. We weren't even dating yet, and had really only hung out a handful of times, but as soon as I saw him walk into the party I jumped out of the pool and tackled him, soaking wet, with a hug. We've been smitten ever since.
@sjo_thetwins a tiny bit south east of Charlotte. I remembered you saying you were in SC, but obviously didn't know how far from NC you were. We're super close to the NC/SC border.
We were in Columbia, SC but moved to Aiken - an hour away. So we are further from Charlotte now, but not too bad!
Here are me and my husband when we were little. Like all of you I am imagining what my baby will look like and expecting it to be super cute! (Oddly enough, my hair is still the same color but his hair is now darker than mine.)
I'm gonna go along with the 4th of July theme and throw back to DH and my 4th of July two years ago. I had just moved to SC (team South Carolina here too) to be with him and we spent the weekend on the water!
#tbt to last 4th of July, just days after we adopted our fur-baby! Got us all decked out to celebrate. And #tbt to summer cocktails...is it wrong my eyes went right to that gin and tonic and not to my little bundle of puppy love?!
@sjo_thetwins, as a native Rhode islander I'm so sorry you had that experience! On another note, I had my boudoir photos taken at NYLO when DH was deployed in 2010 and sent them to him as a surprise. It is such a unique hotel!
@LizaKate1213 the rest of our trip there was fantastic - and it didn't really mess anything up (we didn't tell anyone it didn't work and that we had to go again 2 months later, lol). NYLO was fantastic and all of our pictures were just taken there as well since it was so beautiful!
TBT to last July 4th. I was really blonde (went through a platinum phase last year before going back dark). We were snorkeling in Key Largo. Snorkeling was fun but it will forver be known as vacation from Hell. We decided to go on a whim and road tripped it (from SC, 10+ hours) With the traffic and trying to see the Keys in such a short time, we ended up spending most of the trip on the road. This was one of the only fun memories of the trip.
Omg @LMNOBaby at your lovenugget! Having 2 dogs I know reality says they are so much work but seeing puppies always makes me just want to get a bunch more!
@nataliemaephotography I'm sure you've thought of it but a super cute (next Mother's Day?) present for both of your moms, you trying to match the pic posing with your LO!?

Better bet there's some Gamecock apparel for Baby B in his closet already.
ETA: This discovery led to a TBT. My first Parents' Weekend in college. Check out the somewhat sparse stands because we were (read: are again) bad.
