Uh oh...it's unpopular opinion time!
Sorry ladies...but I hate the gif loaded siggys - I had to turn them all off! I do a lot of my bumping on desktop (because I can't be bothered to try and comment or write anything of substance on mobile...) and omg they make a mess of the page and I literally can't even.
Re: UO Thursday
I guess mine today is I HATE mobile bumping. I know many do it and love it. It never works for me. It always eats half my posts and I don't get to see the siggys so I carely know who I am "talking" to.

I have so many UOs for this board. I don't like wine, I don't like coffee or tea, I don't like Harry Potter, I've never seen Game of Thrones.
I feel like with all these UOs, I should post on FFFC. Don't flame me!

My UO is that I love cleaning my bathrooms! I find it relaxing and I love listening to music while doing it. Make me fold and put away laundry though and I'm going to fight you tooth and nail! Idk why I hate it so much! Also I don't know about others but a lot of times while I'm doing chores I think about someday when my future kids will be doing chores and such (can you say type A?) I heard this discussion on the radio the other day about parents saying their kids are "too busy" to have any chores.... Ummmm excuse me? What the eff kind of message do you think you are sending with that? That just blew my mind!

Then I guess my UO is that I get annoyed when my one coworker shushes me at work. I know I talk loud, but come on. This is work-related talking!
I too am part of the visual club and they help me tremendously. Although I will concede that I hate when they are multiple gifs of different heights, for solely aesthetic reasons.
We will just have a gif siggy party WITHOUT YOU HATERS.

That being said, I'm addicted to makeup blogs and YouTube tutorials on makeup/hair. Its a love/hate thing.
My UO is that sometimes I wish it was socially and professionally acceptable to tell someone when they're being a dense asshat, but I won't do that because I'm an adult, damn it.
ETA gif, because they're awesome:

@QueenOfGlitz I also do not really like chocolate! Unless it is mixed with peanut butter in reese's form mmmm! But I will not eat it by itself, not enjoyable!
@clover28 Same here! I am a beauty youtube addict! I also hoard makeup and I love it! But I really love seeing people use makeup to enhance their features, not create new ones! If you look like a 100% different person from start to finish, I don't like that I wish people would accept their natural selves, as hard as that is!
@mrsdee15 your gif just made me realize where the saying ass hat came from... genius! Ha!
Another UO of mine: We are driving 10 hours today right after work to get to our lake house for the weekend, and I'm honestly excited for it! Driving long distances doesn't bother me one bit, especially when you have people to break it up with. And the UP of Michigan is so beautiful and the air smells so good that I just can't wait to be there and drive through all the trees!!! Can't wait
My first UO I don't usually post on UO Thursday because the first couple times I checked it out months ago, OMG it was just a total sh-show like was getting so heated I was just like, guys. We're all friends here!

and @TheJerilu I am totally with you on the uneven gifs!!! Like I just want to grab the computer and resize the internet but. you can't. at least not any one picture individually! Like please people, you are gonna break the internet! JUST LINE THEM UP! TRY!!! lol
@Schumerator I don't MIND cleaning bathrooms, on account of how much I do love a clean bathroom, but not as much as I enjoy folding. Ahh...

I guess I take the time as I'm doing it, making nice, tidy piles, I think about DH while I'm folding his jeans and how hard he works, and how happy it makes him to just be able to find clean clothes and dress himself because of the time I take to do it all, and I smile. Or stacking my smaller items neatly in along with his, I dunno, I guess I find it kind of a sweet, intimate kind of bonding thing almost. Is that weird?
My real UO that made me log on today is I know people will say when you are TTC, "don't go buying things for the baby before you get pregnant! There will always be more cute things by the time you ARE KU and in the mean time it's just a waste of $ and you're just watching this stuff pile up and you may get your hopes up for nothing and just see all this stuff and be sad."
But I. do. not. care. I don't do it constantly, but it will come in waves where I will get things for my baby/diaper stash and it just makes me so happy! This last AF I did break down and fluff up my CD stash, and a few more things are still coming in! Just seeing the collection fill out so nicely, and all the cute little covers and things, not to mention ticking things off the list on my diaper spreadsheet all just makes me so. freaking, giddy. I feel like the longer we TTC, it's really a gift that means I can spread out some of this investment, cos they only get more expensive! I really don't want to have to ask people for diapers on my registry, so I figure if all that's squared away, I can let people get me more fun stuff like the mobile, baby books, toys, clothes, crib, stroller/carseat, bathtime stuff, actual wool-care for the covers and natural skincare items... there will be so much, but here's the thing. Call me crazy. But I feel like no matter what happens, when you have a baby, at least if you have something to put on their backside, everything else will fall into place. Is that weird? Like so many fears people have about being a good enough parent or being able to provide, somehow just having a great diaper stash makes me feel like everything is going to be Oh. Kay.

@Squiddly I see your confusion though, because mine right there could kind of go both ways, like an FFFC that I am starting a baby stash before I get my BFP, or a UO that I think it's totally cool to start a baby stash before I get KU.

and I feel like it is just the thing to freshen up my whole thing! I have gotten two separate compliments form people who ere looking RIGHT AT my FACE and I was like, Wow! Thanks! Cos I was just trying it out, but I think the trick is using a nuanced palette that is natural on your face, and not going overboard. But I know what you mean, I feel like I need actually smaller brushes for the highlight on the bridge of my nose, cos the bigger brush was just like

Glitter everywhere! @Schumerator I don't think I look completely different (at least I HOPE I don't), but the one trick that will stick with me is the shadow on the sides of the nose to narrow it a bit, cos that is one feature I'm slightly self-conscious about. Just learning that alone, I was like Yes!! PS I also love long drives! Enjoy!!!

@BusinessWife I think I just fell in love with you You have a spreadsheet for diapers?! I LOVE SPREADSHEETS! I also plan to CD. How did you decide what brand to go with? Reading all these blogs saying that you have to find the right ones to fit your baby scare me away from going ahead and buying them
My UO is that I dislike customers kids. I work in a Harley-Davidson dealership, things are not cheap here. Don't let your undisciplined kids climb on $30,000 bikes!

After much deliberating... for me personally, I decided for starters, prefolds with separate covers are easier to wash and dry and keep the life of the diaper than AIOs or even pockets which ppl are like, "I like the pocket on this side, I like it on THAT side, I like the flap, I don't like the flap," too many gimmicky bops and bitsins, so just f-it. I can't say I know the difference between a "flat" and a "prefold" but that's mostly what I'll be doing, since that seems most like the diapers my mom used on us growing up. I found three separate price points that all have fab reviews: Green Mountain Diapers, OsoCozy, and Geffen. Since I have the time to start from scratch, I'm just totally going for broke with the Geffen's but that's probably stupid since lots of people love the osocozies/GMD and they are much more cost-effective. Whatever. I read people saying if they could throw out their whole stash and get nothing but Geffen they would, so I'm like, Sold.
As for covers, I saw a (eta I think she was actually a STM) youtuber that just made so much sense, because newborns are so tiny sometimes (eta and also different shapes, like you said), but they also don't stay that way for long. She recommended the thirsties duo wraps, and the blueberry capri wraps in size 1 for newborns, and the size 2 is basically like a "one-size" from there on up. She also said the flips worked surprisingly well on her newborn, even though it was bulky still, but then of course they just grow right into them. So I have a few of the thirsties/blueberries in both sizes, and then will do mostly flips. I may try a couple other covers for the NB stage, like the Proraps if I can get my hands on some of the XS or just S, and maybe the bummis super-brite, since a lot of people like those, too. I'm sure I'll have way more than I need!
I also wanted some NB AIOs just to make it easier in the beginning, and also for other caregivers who might be intimidated by cloth, (however both the ladies I talked to last night said they would just do disposable for NB stage and then switch to cloth. I want to try it anyway.) Mostly the problem with the AIOs is getting them to dry, like I heard the lil joey ones - which are SO CUTE - just never dry. :P I heard the sweet pea ones dry easier, so I will try a few of those, and they also cost way less than some of the other ones. My friend said the totsbots are her favourite AIOs, but I'm not sure I want to go there with the bigger sized AIOs at all... :/
I also want to use wool as much as possible so I plan to have a mini-sloomb stash for overnights, as well as some of the playwoolies and longies for around the house. And snappis. But that is just my plan, and some people love fitteds for under the covers = no folding, but still can wash the layers separately. PM me if you want to talk more diaper stuff maybe cos I will geek out on this stuff. (Clearly.)

My UO is that I think making typical sports things pink just for the ladies is simply just not wearing your team colors. I will wear my crimson and white, black and gold, red and blue but don't give me a pink jersey/hat/whatever.

Also, I am team gifs in siggy's!! I agree about the sizing and maybe toning it down a little, but I love me a good siggy to look at.
My OU is that I hate when people leave the house in their PJs. I am all about being comfy and relaxed, but could you put in a little effort before leaving the house? When I see people out in public with pajama pants on, I judge them a little.
*side note* I am all about the yoga pants! I wish I could live in them all day ever'day*

I might actually get flamed for this; mine is that I don't like dogs. I am somewhere on the cusp of not enjoying but in general not actively DISLIKING most of them, but it annoys me to no end when people bring them to work or to stores or restaurants. Drooling panting dogs near my food is a hard no for me, as are barking dogs in my building when I'm trying to focus on work.
