We actually met in a college class- we were put together for a group project and the rest of our team were a bunch of lazy asses, so we bonded by doing all the work together. @Sugargirl1019 I'm more inclined to believe your CD 17 O date as well, I think it's giving you CD 15 because of the positive OPK and nothing after that. Did you use any more after that date? Otherwise to me the temps look good for CD 17!

R/R/CS: BBT was up again this morning so I'm thinking that I did O on Monday. Kinda pissed that I never got a peak on the CBDA. I did get 10 (TEN!) days of high before I gave up on it. Wondfos are lighter than they have been (shout out to this community for recommending them...thank you!!!). But I also don't have any of my typical post-O symptoms. Last cycle, the day of/after I had tender breasts that continued for the entire LP. This time? Nada. On one hand, I'm excited and relieved that I'm getting blood work today to confirm ovulation but I'm also really nervous that they'll tell me I'm wrong and I did not ovulate at all.
GTKY: The story we tell most people is that we met through a friend. In reality, I had been set up at a party with this guy when I was in another state. Things went well initially but after another date or two, I became pretty convinced he was a total jackass and quit talking to him. Months later, I was out with some friends and saw him show up with some friends. I had had enough drinks that I was into the novelty of running into him in a different town than he or I were in when we met. So I went and talked to him and ended up hanging out with him and his friends that night. Partially because I thought his friend was pretty cute. We went to another location and I was in line to order from the bar and he came up behind me and grabbed my butt. My immediate reaction was to turn and swing since no one there had any business grabbing my butt. Ended up breaking a glass of beer all over the place and totally pissed off. I didn't really talk to jerkface again after that night. Months later, I ran into his friend somewhere else and we talked for a couple minutes and that was it. At the time, the friend was in a relationship with another girl he had met that same night. Months after that, I ran into him another time (now single) and convinced him and his friend (not jerkface) to come sit with me and my friend. We spent a couple hours hanging out and then this guy and his friend were getting ready to leave. He was basically just saying, "see ya later!" without exchanging numbers or anything. So I said, "How about I give you my number. Then you can call me." And that was that! He's still kind of friends-ish with jerkface but I think it's mostly just because they know so many of the same people and they're in the same work community and this guy is a total clinger so he doesn't want to be a jerk to him but he also doesn't really want to be friends with him.

GTKY: How did you meet your S/O? We met training for a marathon with a charity team. We casually dated and broke up several times over 6 years and no one (including me some of the time) thought we had a chance but we finally took the plunge and got married early last month.

After a super light/super short period and taking OPKs since CD 10, I finally got a ?positive LH surge yesterday and a positive one today. BD yesterday evening. Hoping for the best, but so far my cycles have been 27-30days. Am I ovulating too late for this to be a chance?
R/R/CS: nothing much. Just waiting around until I can use my opks!
GTKY: DH was friends with one of my brothers for many years so he came to our house frequently. Pretty soon, he was spending more time with me than my brother! I was 15 when we started dating and this coming November marks 15 years together (married for almost 7). Sometimes those high school crushes do turn into lifelong love!

@Kiki75 - I had the SAME problems with the CBAD. I gave up because it just made things easier. I didn't want to have to deal with cups and sticks and all that mess, but at the end of the day, they Wondofs have worked out better. I never got a line DARKER than the control, but on the day I noted was the darkest of the cycle, was the day of my surge based on my temps. So I feel better about those now and just deal with the cup peeing.
@Schumerator oh yes I did take more OPKs after that, they were all negative! I'll add that in. My last cycle was similar in that I got the + OPK 2 days before actual O.
@laurad75 I don't think it was a fluke, it is possible to O 2 days after it! Like my charts. But if it keeps going without a temp jump, then it may have been just an LH surge that didn't result in O.
@Etomcej Welcome! Lots of ladies O then without problems. You just probably O'd later this cycle than the others. If you don't get pregnant this cycle, you will find this cycle to be about 34 days ish. But do it again tonight to give yourself the best chance!

R/R/CS: Feeling really depressed today. My testing results came back. Doctor says I have PCOS and my body is not producing any of the hormones that would normally trigger ovulation. I have to set up an appointment to sit down and discuss what's next. I'm just so overwhelmed. I guess tonight I will have to read up on PCOS since I know very little about it.
On a happier note, the results for my thyroid testing were good. Everything is working properly there.

We met in college at the freshman ball. DH says he fell in love with how vibrant and carefree I looked dancing the flamenco in my asymmetrical red salsa dress. I love dancing! (Random fact: While DH loves to watch me dance, we have yet to actually dance together in the nearly seven years we have been together.)

R/R/CS: I am at the allergist getting an aspirin allergy challenge. Aspirin will be a required part of my treatments when/if I get a BFP. I am allergic to pepto so it was just better to be safe than sorry & check to be sure I am not allergic. So far so good. It's been over an hour with no issues. I still have to sit here for another 2 hrs though

I really didn't think he'd be interested in someone like me! It blossomed from there, and I broke up with my ex to pursue it. (My ex didn't care at all, and we're still friends. We hung out fairly regularly, he would come over to my family's house for Sunday dinner a couple of times a month....because he was dating a friend of mine. For. Five. Years. They ended up moving across the country and had a nasty break-up. He came home and invited me to a party just like old times. Except it wasn't like old times, and we immediately felt that "Oh, crap" feeling of falling for someone against the rules. We didn't hook up or anything cliche, but continued to hang out and try to deny to ourselves and everyone around us that something was there. We fell hard and fast and here we are 5+ years later married, crazy in love, and TTC.

R/R/CS: BBT was up again this morning so I'm thinking that I did O on Monday. Kinda pissed that I never got a peak on the CBDA. I did get 10 (TEN!) days of high before I gave up on it. Wondfos are lighter than they have been (shout out to this community for recommending them...thank you!!!). But I also don't have any of my typical post-O symptoms. Last cycle, the day of/after I had tender breasts that continued for the entire LP. This time? Nada. On one hand, I'm excited and relieved that I'm getting blood work today to confirm ovulation but I'm also really nervous that they'll tell me I'm wrong and I did not ovulate at all.
GTKY: The story we tell most people is that we met through a friend. In reality, I had been set up at a party with this guy when I was in another state. Things went well initially but after another date or two, I became pretty convinced he was a total jackass and quit talking to him. Months later, I was out with some friends and saw him show up with some friends. I had had enough drinks that I was into the novelty of running into him in a different town than he or I were in when we met. So I went and talked to him and ended up hanging out with him and his friends that night. Partially because I thought his friend was pretty cute. We went to another location and I was in line to order from the bar and he came up behind me and grabbed my butt. My immediate reaction was to turn and swing since no one there had any business grabbing my butt. Ended up breaking a glass of beer all over the place and totally pissed off. I didn't really talk to jerkface again after that night. Months later, I ran into his friend somewhere else and we talked for a couple minutes and that was it. At the time, the friend was in a relationship with another girl he had met that same night. Months after that, I ran into him another time (now single) and convinced him and his friend (not jerkface) to come sit with me and my friend. We spent a couple hours hanging out and then this guy and his friend were getting ready to leave. He was basically just saying, "see ya later!" without exchanging numbers or anything. So I said, "How about I give you my number. Then you can call me." And that was that! He's still kind of friends-ish with jerkface but I think it's mostly just because they know so many of the same people and they're in the same work community and this guy is a total clinger so he doesn't want to be a jerk to him but he also doesn't really want to be friends with him.

@laurad75 I don't think it was a fluke, it is possible to O 2 days after it! Like my charts. But if it keeps going without a temp jump, then it may have been just an LH surge that didn't result in O.
@Etomcej Welcome! Lots of ladies O then without problems. You just probably O'd later this cycle than the others. If you don't get pregnant this cycle, you will find this cycle to be about 34 days ish. But do it again tonight to give yourself the best chance!

R/R/CS: Feeling really depressed today. My testing results came back. Doctor says I have PCOS and my body is not producing any of the hormones that would normally trigger ovulation. I have to set up an appointment to sit down and discuss what's next. I'm just so overwhelmed. I guess tonight I will have to read up on PCOS since I know very little about it.
On a happier note, the results for my thyroid testing were good. Everything is working properly there.
GTKY: How did you meet your S/O?
We met in college at the freshman ball. DH says he fell in love with how vibrant and carefree I looked dancing the flamenco in my asymmetrical red salsa dress. I love dancing! (Random fact: While DH loves to watch me dance, we have yet to actually dance together in the nearly seven years we have been together.)
