Today is officially halfway through my TWW. Impatience is kicking in.

On a creepy note:
On Thursday my office manager pulled me aside, said "can I ask you a personal question" then asked if I was knocked up. I said no.
She said she must have "read something wrong" then wouldn't tell me what the "something" was.

I was pretty wigged out!

went for my second u/s today to see if we could trigger for my IUI... 3 follicles all around 20 mm! we triggered and scheduled the IUI for tomorrow about 24 hours after the trigger- hope it isnt too soon.. i've read 36 hours is ideal but i've also read success stories at 24 hours... so we'll see, i'm going to trust the RE at this point

thank you ladies for keeping me in your thoughts !! IUI went smooth.. DH's count was really good...post wash was 38 million 97% motility.... we were instructed to BD tonight and tomorrow night... i have a progesterone test scheduled for next week and all we can do now is wait

@starlitfae - That is the exact same way that I feel....and I have found that it has already helped me relax a great deal, just knowing that we are starting down another path that could potentially end up with a child. I am really glad that you and your husband were able to make that decision and that it has made things easier for you!

Had my OB/GYN appointment last week. Ruled out PCOS (which means no surgery...so glad). I have a HSG on the 28th and I start on Chlomid today.

I broke down down and told my boss (who is beyond amazing) and one coworker, mainly because I needed last minute time off for the HSG. They were both so amazing. I work in for an organization owned by a hospital, that helps people with social determinants of health (non clinical stuff - housing, med access, transportation, etc). One of the things we do is help people pay for meds. My boss and coworker (our pharmaceutical access manager) said if the time comes when we need IUI or IVF, that our pharmacy program will help us pay for meds. I was gob smacked and so greatful to work with such amazing people.

@Mrs.RedHead I am so glad you have such great support at work. I ended up telling my boss and a coworker on the day I made my appointment with the new GYN. It had been a hard day as my husband's cousin had put her pregnancy announcement on facebook literally an hour after I had called the clinic and I needed to vent. They have been very supportive.

It helps having the support both at home and at work, especially when you work with a lot of women and you end up having a lot of pregnant staff around you, like I do.
