Next milestone you're looking forward to? 27w/3rd Tri. I consider that true viability day
Rants/Raves/Questions? Why did the fates decide to finally let me have my rainbow during the hottest summer? Ugh! It's already ridiculously muggy and gross. I may not survive to Sept.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? *ahem* I CAN FEEL BABY FROM THE OUTSIDE!!! My H got to feel for the first time on Wednesday and it's magical.
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? Yep! My great-grandmother has same first and middle but mine is just spelled slightly different.
What size is baby? The size of the dragon eggs from GoT
Next milestone you're looking forward to? Viability in a couple weeks, then a u/s to confirm placenta has moved up.
Rants/Raves/Questions? The nausea can seriously go away at this point. A little tired of it at this point!
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Fruit fruit fruit. Especially stone fruits. I can't get enough nectarines and plums! So hopefully that helps with the zofran constipation (whomp whomp)

Next milestone you're looking forward to? Also third trimester. Though I'm getting close to the point where I am ready to be done with the pregnancy thing..
Rants/Raves/Questions? Nothing really this week. I am just trying to relax and get my cramping under control so I can finish my research before this baby comes!
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? My intestines are popping out of my ribcage again. Guess another belly growth spurt is right around the corner!
All I want are McDonald's French fries!
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? kind of. I am named after the bay where my parents honeymooned. It was also an Irish name, which meant a lot to my great-grandmother (she immigrated from Ireland and died about 6 months after I was born)

Next milestone you're looking forward to? 24 weeks, there is viability at that stage. My doctor really wants me to make it to at least 28, but, at 24 I think I will feel a little better. 28 weeks will be my next milestone I mention. Also, next Saturday I am going with my mom and best friend to register for my baby shower. I am excited about that.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Horrible swelling in my feet and ankles. Hurts so bad. I can only wear flip flops. Not that I am complaining about that. I love flip flops.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Right now I love honey nut cheerios with banana slices. I really love the kool-aid slushies from Rally's too.
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? I was named after my aunt, somewhat. Her name is Darlene Faye, mine is Kristin Darlene. Honestly, I am not a fan of my middle name. I definitely love my aunt though.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I still can't feel her move from the outside yet and DH is getting impatient. I also really want to decorate the nursery but we just moved and we need to get new carpet first.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? No sex drive. Poor DH. Like I want to have sex but I don't want to at the same time.
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? My first name is Mary after both my maternal and paternal grandmothers. My parents wanted me to go by my middle name and called me Emma. They later found out that my mom has a great great aunt named Mary Emma.

Rants/Raves/Questions? My husband said I look as pregnant at 5 months this time as I did at 7-8 months last time, and now I'm kind of self-conscious about my belly size.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Lots of Braxton Hicks, and I get pelvic pain in the evenings if I've done anything more active than sitting. But nothing awful.

Nope! My family isn't much into continuity, I guess. Every male on my husband's side has Robert in his name somewhere.

Rants/Raves/Questions? OMG the back pain... On the other hand, I feel this baby moving so so so much. I feel like he's developing some sort of schedule now.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? - The rash I thought was PUPPPS is dying down. The one on my arm is completely gone. Thank goodness!
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? - Yes my great grandma. My mother had a hard time conceiving... so when my GGma passed away, they asked her that "if you're in heaven now and you can hear us, please give us a baby... if it's a girl we'll name her after you." Shortly after that I was conceived.
What size is baby? The size of a Cantaloupe! Our anatomy scan said she was measuring in the 36th percentile, and hopefully it sticks! Hahah. My son was 9lbs 12oz at birth!
Next milestone you're looking forward to? 28 weeks, 3rd trimester! It's so close, I can't believe how fast it's going now! The beginning went so slow!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Had a much more cooperative baby at our follow up anatomy scan! She moves so much, and I love it! Been scared trying to keep my weight under control this pregnancy, as I started much heavier this time! So far so good!
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Still tired the majority of the time! A little bit of heart burn hear and there, and some mild back/butt pain still. Otherwise feeling pretty great! Hoping to avoid the swelling this time!And praying no PUPPS again!
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? No. My mom almost named me Vivian after my great grandma who's birthday I ended up being born on! My mom said my name and said it sounded familiar and like a southern Bell. Ashley Wilkes. When I was born there was a huge Gone with the Wind Marathon on tv the whole time she was in the hospital. The male character, in case you didn't know is Ashley Wilkes
What size is baby? A baby bok choy or a banana. Or an endive. Two of those are the same as last week but the orders were switched by different apps. Hello, arbitrary size markers!
Next milestone you're looking forward to? 24 weeks -- (at least theoretical) viability
Rants/Raves/Questions? Still a nervous nelly! I thought I was feeling baby move pretty regularly last week and was hoping it was going to continue to get stronger. The past few days I haven't been feeling quite as much and it's softer -- almost like a muscle twitch. I'm sure baby's just shifted or my uterus has expanded or something like that, but darn it, why do I ALWAYS have to get nervous the week before an ultrasound?
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Bit of heartburn but otherwise feeling pretty good!

Next milestone you're looking forward to? Birth! I would say third trimester, but I'm dreading being so uncomfortable.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm so ready to nest and get started on the nursery now that we know we're having a girl, but my doctor put me on lifting restrictions and DH is working crazy hours. I'm starting to panic, even though we likely have a few more months to get ready.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I want to eat ALL the cantaloupe.
GTKY: Let's talk about names - were you named after anyone? My name comes from part of my mother's maiden name. It's a slightly different spelling, which has resulted in either mispronunciation or misspelling of my name my entire life. It's annoying, but I like that my name has a special family significance and is somewhat unique.
