My feet and legs are so swollen. My legs are hard as rocks, feels like if they swell anymore, the skin will start shredding. And.....still no energy. Zero...zilch....nada.
Sacral pain in my hips. I was looking up videos on how to fix it, and the guy in the video says, "These exercises will help!.....unless you're a pregnant woman. We can't help those hormones that stretch out the hips."
Swollen ankles. All Saturday. And the further into the day, the more they started to itch. And swollen hands - so long wedding rings. Thankfully the ankles eased up Sunday, but I can only imagine it's not long before they return.
Oh, and lately when I'm laying in bed, I have a bit of a turtle on its back action as I try to get up to go to the bathroom or let the dogs out. Can only imagine this will get worse as well....
Sore/cramped legs have struck with a vengeance. I found this amazing tingly lotion at Origins called Leg Lifts. It was a bit pricey but omg SO worth it as it actually soothes the muscles and I can go back to sleep at night.
Also, forget taking the stairs. Even one flight has me panting. No shame in taking the elevator.
Still so much acid reflux... ugh. Rashes in some areas of my body and it's driving me nuts! Throwing everything at it: cerave, pine tar soap.... crossing my fingers so hard it's not PUPPPS... it's disappearing, but still has me on guard.
Acne. I had two huge, painful zits at the base of my nose pop up yesterday. It's ridiculous.
I'm also bummed I only feel movement sometimes, definitely not every day. And I'm only assuming it's movements vs. gas. I feel like I'm so behind others on this board.

I always thought restless leg syndrome was made up... until I got pregnant. Now I've got a weird spasmy sensation in my calves and feet every night. It makes it very hard to get to sleep.
@AllyTheKid I gave up on trying to get up without rolling on my side months ago. And I think I'm going to have to give up the hammock altogether soon.
BTDT moms who were diagnosed with pre-e do you remember what level protein your urine was showing on the quick test when they had you do the 24hr test? I've had negative results up until my last visit that showed 30 mg/dL. I haven't heard from my doctor about the results so I'm assuming everything's okay for now... Dr Google said levels up to 20 mg/dL are normal so I'm just a little concerned
Did you know your HDL cholesterol goes up when pregnant? I just got a screening at work to save $ on my insurance and my HDL is high, so I Googled and apparently is a good thing in pregnancy
The pain in my left butt cheek is overwhelming. It makes me limp and flows to my lower back and down my leg sometimes. I'm thinking its the sciatic nerve but it also sometimes feels like servere cramping just in my butt. And only the left. Ugh. I bought a heating pad. Anyone else?
So. Much. Pressure. Seriously, it's unreal. I feel like I'm 40 weeks pregnant. I'm waddling because I feel like this baby's head is stuck in my pelvic bone. It hurts to stand. It hurts to sit. It hurts to lay. I feel like I need someone to shake me upside down.

I am also having random butt cramps that is pretty painful. Ugh.

I'm also having some pain, only in my left butt cheek, but I've found that the pigeon pose helps. I do it about every other night just to keep everything stretched out around there.

I'll have to try the pigeon pose, too - I had some cramping in my left butt cheek last week, but it seems to have settled down for now.
Anyone else having somewhat obvious growth spurts? My tummy gets really full and the skin gets very taut and tight and hot, and in a couple of days my body adjusts, and then it happens again about a week-ish later.
I'm also having intermittent baby movement, like others have mentioned. Little one loves to wiggle around and make me so happy and then apparently sleep for a couple of days to recover.
I'm not having butt pain (knock on wood), but my hips have started hurting at night. So thank you, @depineta, I am going to try that as well!
And @RainMira9e, yes!! I actually just had to explain at work today why I could only have a small soup for lunch. It's almost every other week. The pressure builds up, the abs fight back, the stomach and intestines get squashed and I am so uncomfortable and can't eat much, then the abs finally admit defeat and whoosh, the belly explodes, the pressure is gone, and bring on the ice cream
@books&icecream I'm having the hip pain, too. Or more like they're tired? I woke up to pee in the middle of the night over the weekend and had THE HARDEST TIME getting back to sleep. DH ended up waking up too, so I sat up with my legs crossed and we talked for a little bit, and it released a lot of the pressure or uncomfortableness or whatever and we were both able to get back to sleep. My brother's girlfriend actually is a yoga teacher and I've thought about seeing if she'd consider starting a prenatal class, but until then I'll have to try the pigeon pose @depineta suggested.
Also, the fantastic monster cinnamon roll I just ate has given me crazy heartburn.
Countdown to Baby H! Mommy to Elizabeth (6/18/09), preemie at 34 weeks
I'm starting to be plagued with unnecessary anxiety. For example, my house is SLIGHTLY disorderly at the moment. I WANT to do a quick run through and tidy up. Simple enough, right? But, I'm tired. So I'm devising a precise method of how to go about it. In my brain, every moment "planning" is another moment wasted. I have to leave at 5. I will hate myself if this isn't done by 5. But alas, I am hiding in the bathroom on the bump freaking out over nothing, and not doing anything about the nothing ayway. This pregnancy has made me completely neurotic...
RLP, horrible constipation (sorry for the TMI) that woke me up at 2am last night and made me cry, and acid reflux.
@AllyTheKid Sorry you're having such bad anxiety! Sometimes it doesn't help if you're having an attack, but what helps me get through my anxiety is to think about things like "tonight at 10pm, I'm going to be in bed, reading" or "tomorrow I'm going to take a bath" and just push through the rest of the day until I hit that moment that will relax me. Also, taking a walk really helps. Just focusing on the moment you're in while you're moving around refreshes my brain. Sorry for the long, unwanted comment-- I just suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and have learned some methods for relief. I haven't had an anxiety attack in about 9 months, so that's something!
Agree with the walks @AgentCarter. I have anxiety too and exercise is always one of the top things they tell you to do to help. I also agree taking things one step at a time helps break it down to a smaller picture which means there's less to be anxious about.
Also if you're having any caffeine or even asparthame that can be in diet soft drinks, cutting those down/out that really helps. I stopped drinking caffeine a couple of years ago and I haven't had a full out attack in like 3 years.

I have to do the same thing for my insurance, but they waive it with a physician's note for preggos and give this discount anyway--worth a shot.

How is pigeon pose even possible for you? I'm impressed, I haven't been able to lean forward and lay my torso over anything since week 10, certainly not my knee.
I'm having leg pains whenever I lay down. Baby is kicking me in my bladder all day Also just noticed we don't have a TMI Tuesday going so I'll just put it on here because it could qualify as a symptom but I thought I had a touch of gas and nope only pee came out... I'm disgusting.

Just got back from babymoon, it was awesome but little did I know how uncomfortable / painful sitting for any real.length of time would become. I'm so.lucky I work from home so I can stand, walk, lie down as needed. Baby is just so low it kills me to sit up straight.
Hips starting to ache and I feel like I had a serious belly growth spurt this week. For the 1st time I feel really big and have to hold belly as I walk. Oh and I get out of breath doing anything, perfect for a trip to a national park, it was sad lol
