So here's the update: I am technically 5w2d pregnant and she saw a gestational sac (in my UTERUS!!) So thankful that its not eptopic Based on numbers and all- I am measuring a little over 4 weeks. So I have to wait for my blood results- see where my HCG is today. From there, I think I go back on Thursday (depending on the number), I will know more later on. When I saw that tiny little black circle, my heart jumped- instant excitement. It feels SO good, but SO scary. Its real now, it's there, I can see it. Praying it stays with me!!

My beta was this am and im waiting for results. But i took a HPT on 7dp and 8dp 5dt and they were both negative so i dont know. kind of bummed but holding out for the beta results.

@rmarble23 i am really hoping for the best but expecting the worst. i told hubby to just have low expectations. its our first time so i just think it might take a couple of tries thats all.
@Knottie21021663 cautiously optimistic is what im working on. our first try too. it kills me even more is that EVERYONE at work knows beta is coming up and most asked today when the big day was so of course i told them it was tomorrow. thankfully a couple said they wouldn't ask again until i told them the outcome.

Sono and BW today.... I had a small scare last night. Went to put my progesterone insert in and when I took it out, I saw blood. I went to bed so nervous, and woke up with only a tiny bit of blood mixed with the progesterone (orangish-brown color). My 45 minute drive to my doctor was a LONG one today. She told me its normal and not to worry. She did the US and saw the gestational sac again, no yolk yet but she said that it's okay. She did see the "second ring" which grew over the past 3 days, the white ring was a lot thicker around the sac. She said I am progressing nicely, and I am now only measuring a few days behind. Waiting for my numbers.... I'm very anxious today. The bleeding really shook me. Hoping my number are very high and validate the sonogram and take away my fears.

@NurseTMD85 I had another (much bigger) scare again yesterday. After the doctor I started bleeding heavy. I was okay with it until I saw clots, I had a flashback to the last miscarriage and panic. Abiut 6 hours of bleeding, staining at first for a while then heavy, then clots, then light- it finally stopped. my number was great again- 4647. So they said it might be the progesterone inserts irritating me. She switch me to daily injections I just wish this pregnancy would normal out so I don't have to be so nervous!

@colleen0516 I am so sorry you're having the scares! Hopefully everything will even out soon and be 'normal'.
I had about 5 minutes of pretty intense cramping the other day and then some light pink spotting last night. RE was worried so we did an ultrasound today at 5 weeks & 1 or 2 days along. Everything looks good so far- it's attached where it should be and he was able to see the tiniest yolk sac ever. That was a big relief. Heartbeat ultrasound is in 10 days. Pregnancy after years of infertility kind of makes me feel nervous on a daily basis. i hope everyone is still doing well, progressing well in their pregnancy or moving along with their next cycle. @Colleen0516 That is scary! I haven't had any bleeding, but I still can't relax. I just want to wake up to the second trimester when there is a much lesser risk of anything happening. @tusername That's great news!!!! I so wish my RE would do an ultrasound immediately!!! I had pretty intense cramping all last week, but it seems it was more constipation related. That has resolved and I'm feeling much better. Still intermittent cramping and some back/left hip pain. If my numbers are good today my first ultrasound will be Thursday (I think!).

@NurseTMD85 I want it to be 2 weeks from now when she can confidently say it will or will not be a successful pregnancy and the limbo can be eliminated! But until then, I worry and pray!

I am back home now and had my second beta (6 days after the first one). My HCG is looking good so far- 1800. FX it continues to stick! My first ultrasound will be June 27th to make sure everything is where it should be and looks ok. I hope everyone is doing alright!

I had a small scare last night. Went to put my progesterone insert in and when I took it out, I saw blood.
Waiting for my numbers....
I'm very anxious today. The bleeding really shook me. Hoping my number are very high and validate the sonogram and take away my fears.

Found out I was positive for MTHFR Gene Mutation during TWW of IVF #4
For those who got a BFN I will keep my fx that next month is your time.
As for me I got a BFP. My first beta was 319 and my second was 668 2 days later. I go for my first ultrasound Fri June 24. That will put me at 7 weeks. Hopefully it sticks!

@NurseTMD85 I had another (much bigger) scare again yesterday. After the doctor I started bleeding heavy. I was okay with it until I saw clots, I had a flashback to the last miscarriage and panic.
Abiut 6 hours of bleeding, staining at first for a while then heavy, then clots, then light- it finally stopped.
my number was great again- 4647. So they said it might be the progesterone inserts irritating me. She switch me to daily injections
I just wish this pregnancy would normal out so I don't have to be so nervous!

Found out I was positive for MTHFR Gene Mutation during TWW of IVF #4
I had about 5 minutes of pretty intense cramping the other day and then some light pink spotting last night. RE was worried so we did an ultrasound today at 5 weeks & 1 or 2 days along. Everything looks good so far- it's attached where it should be and he was able to see the tiniest yolk sac ever. That was a big relief. Heartbeat ultrasound is in 10 days.
Pregnancy after years of infertility kind of makes me feel nervous on a daily basis.

@tusername That's great news!!!! I so wish my RE would do an ultrasound immediately!!! I had pretty intense cramping all last week, but it seems it was more constipation related. That has resolved and I'm feeling much better. Still intermittent cramping and some back/left hip pain. If my numbers are good today my first ultrasound will be Thursday (I think!).
