I'm happy for my sister as she is 2 months pregnant. Everyone in our family is super excited and they started preparations to welcome the 2 babies. Lol... But right now I'm bit pissed up with my sister as she is not listening to me. Her gyn has asked her to take rest for a while and she is going out to enjoy with her friends. She is not supposed to travel or have alcohol but she is doing all sorts of things which she is supposed to stop and I'm scared for her and the baby. Now she wants to whiten her teeth as she is having some get-together. I told her it will affect the baby and asked her to wait till she completes her first trimester. It seems she has
scheduled an appointment with a dental care service in Toronto (her locality). I wish the dentist ask her to get the report from her gyn before teeth whitening. I heard activated charcoal helps to whiten your teeth, can it be used during pregnancy time? Is there any side effects for it? If it's okay to use then I could recommend it to my sister. So please help!!

I hope your sister gets her act together right away.
