Hi ladies! I am late to the party. I had my FET on 5/26 with 2 embryos. I've been going crazy wanting to and then not wanting to test. I broke today and it was positive

I can't believe it and am still weary until I have my beta next week. I've only POAS a handful of times throughout our 3 year journey so I hate them. My husband is cautiously excited- he needs to hear it from the doctor. I'm just emotional...

I am praying for everyone!

AFM, I'm feeling all sorts of discouraged especially seeing all those with the same FET date as me getting positives and I'm getting negatives. Although beta isn't until Monday, I think I'm pretty much out. Tested this morning at 7dp5dt with FRER and it was stark white. Not even a second evap line to at least give me some glimmer of hope. I had a cry or two this morning and I'm sure I'll have more through the day. I'm supposed to go out to a nice dinner with DH this Saturday to celebrate my birthday that's coming up on Tuesday, but I don't think I'll be up for that. I just want to curl up in bed and cry.

AFM - My beta was done yesterday. I live 8 hours away from my RE so I used an independent lab. The results are usually available the next morning. I could not contain myself anymore and POAS this morning and got a faint line. I'm too scared to get excited in case it is an evap line but my darn test results are still not available and it's driving me nuts!!! I've barely gotten any work done because I can't focus on anything else.

AHHHH @pmjb, that is so frustrating!! I wouldn't be able to work either. Really hope that faint line was a positive and that you'll be hearing some very good news soon!!

@jenn6782 I'm sorry you're feeling down! Keeping you in my prayers. Hopefully those HPTs are crap, and you'll be able to really celebrate your bday next week! Keep your chin up!

Definitely know what you mean, @jenn6782 - it is hard not to lose hope. But, hopefully without sounding preachy, I will say it's not over until it's over. That said, if you don't feel like celebrating Saturday, then don't! I will keep my fingers crossed that you get a big birthday surprise.

@pmjb That sounds promising! How long before they will call/give you results? What time zone are you in? I am now anxiously waiting with you! Good luck!

@fivetimesnoluck I am in Northern Ontario, Canada so Eastern Standard time. I usually get my results hours or sometimes a whole day before my RE since I use a lab in my hometown so I call them with my results. I was able to register to get all lab results online which so far has worked great because I get them mid-late morning the day after the tests but today because it's extra important it's taking forever. I had my beta done yesterday at 8:30am so should have had them by lunch today. Since it is already 4:30pm here I think I will have to wait till tomorrow to get my results. I don't know how I will be able to sleep tonight.

My first beta was 6/1 9dp5dfet. It was only a 35 and they warned me to be cautiously hopeful. I'm hoping he just implanted late and hasn't stopped. We did genetic testing and he was genetically normal. I go back tomorrow hoping my numbers have gone way up

I have only four more days until the beta but I swear I was getting PMS mood swings today (I had the same thing happen last cycle with the BFN). I'm trying to be optimistic, but I have like no symptoms right now, not even fake progesterone symptoms.

Hey ladies! Did anyone have some minor cramping a couple days after ET? Had some yesterday and a little today too. Could be the progesterone... but wanted to see if anyone else experienced a little cramping.

Exactly a week from today, I will know results! I'm feeling pretty nervous. Can't imagine how anxious you Monday testers must feel. FX for lots of BFPs in this group!!

@Tusername could you post the latest spreadsheet?

@babylonghorn16I had an IUI and not a transfer, but I have had cramping post-IUI due to progesterone in 4/6 of my cycles.

@hispenguin Maybe those mood swings will turn out to be good news for you!! Many girls get BFP with no symptoms, although I know that’s hard to remember when you’re looking for something that says its a BFP! FX for you.

@babylonghorn Since my FET I have been experiencing some on and off cramping. Sometimes it has felt like a more broad area of cramping and sometimes it feels like it’s in one little area.

@Tusername thanks for checking in on me... Honestly this weekend has been rocky for me. I know everyone has tried to encourage me not to lose hope, and to put those evil sticks away, but I haven't been able to do that. Every morning I stare at a stark white result; including this morning at 10dp5dt. I know there's a girl on the other beta board for May where she tested bfn on the day of beta and still ended up with a positive beta; however, that is an exception and not the norm. I've had bouts of crying then bouts of positivity and then bouts of just calm where I'm mapping out the next steps. I feel like my body has failed me. I honestly don't even want to go in for beta as I know the result already, but it's the process and I guess it will serve as closure as well. Then of course it'll give me a chance to talk to my RE since he does the calls personally about when I can jump in the next FET cycle. I've got 3 embabies left and I hope that one of those 3 will take.

@PerraSucia yes it has been... I do appreciate all the support and encouragement you ladies have continuously given me though... Makes things a bit easier. Holding on to a speck of hope still (as I guess if I have lost all hope I wouldn't keep POAS every morning). Will let you all know the official result when my beta comes back tomorrow. Silly me didn't think to take tomorrow off work so I'll be getting the call while working.

@jenn6782 I do not fault you for testing and I don’t think you should be hard on yourself for doing so. I too have been testing every morning. I also fully understand your rollercoaster of emotions. I do still hope so much for you that tomorrow leads to a bfp. If it isn’t good news, try to focus on your next step and keep your thoughts on those other 3 embabes. I fully understand how frustrating this process can be. We are here for encourage and support! FX for tomorrow and hugs to you!

@babylonghorn16 Thank you. Got my blood drawn at 6:30 this morning so just waiting for the call back. Should be between 11 and 1 PST. The nurse asked me if I cheated and POAS and I told her yea and that it was negative... She said she doesn't trust those things and she's seen plenty of positive betas with negative HPTs so I'm trying to keep as positive as I can... still holding on to a string of hope. I'll update you guys once I get the call.

@babylonghorn16 @jenn6782 @Tusername thanks for the well wishes. I actually cheated and POAS yesterday and got the fainted line ever, I took a digital and it was positive!
I had my beta at the clinic this morning and they called to tell me my HCG is 45.44 and my pogesterone is 105.7 I go back on Wednesday for a follow up and just continue taking my progesterone.

I don't think it's really sunk in yet.

AFM, it's a BFN... Even though I was already prepared for it, it still a big punch in the gut getting the call... Next steps... Well, my RE says I can go straight into the next cycle so when I my period here I can start back up on BCP and then we are looking at an early July transfer. RE suggested maybe trying acupuncture too this time as he feels that it would only help. Thanks for all the support and encouragement ladies. I will be lurking and wishing you all BFPs.
