  • @mrsdaddario, what if you tested that am of your blood work?

  • @wineo929 I could. The trigger would definitely be out by then. I'm definitely on the struggle bus with how I want to go about it lol

  • Month/cycle: 12/11

    CD/DPO: 22/7

    Timing: -5, -3, -1

Testing: BFN today, as expected since it's so early.

R/R/CS: I knew it was too early to test, but needed the reassurance of a BFN before I get my Mayan abdominal massage today.

  • Cycle: 5 (2 benched)

    CD/DPO: 16/3

    Testing: waiting for AF

    Timing: O

R/R/CS: Rant: been at an all day conference where I can't get up to stand up so my back has been really really cranky. Ugh. Rave: YAY crosshairs!

GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts?  Contacts. In recent years, my eyes get dry much quicker so, I've been trying to wear my glasses more.

    CD/DPO: 20/3

    Testing: Next Friday

    Timing: -4, -3, -1, O, +1 - according to FF but I think I o'ed a day earlier.

R/R/CS: I'm trying not to get my hopes up but... They are and I can't stop the crazy train.

    GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts?
Contacts 99% of the time and glasses when I have to. I really hate wearing glasses for some reason. Thank goodness for soft contacts.

  • Sorry for the spotting and impending CD 1, @antoto :(

  • Cycle: 10 months/8cycles

    CD/DPO: 37/12

Testing: BFN this AM, so I'm gonna go with I'm out for the month

    Timing: -1,0,1,7

R/R/CS: Starting to question my math a little bit, maybe I got a few things wrong this cycle. I don't know but i do know that i really freaking wish it would just wrap up so I could start planning for next cycle. Right now i feel like a plane in a really annoying holding pattern. Also my dog has me at my wits end today it's like she's lost her freaking mind.

    GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts?

i used to wear both, however i recently had to switch from regular glasses to bifocals (damn you law school) and they don't make multi focal contacts in my perscription so I'm out until my eyesight gets worse... isn't that something.

  • Cycle: 2/2 TTCAL

    CD/DPO: 21/ 5 or 12 DPO

Testing: BFN this morning. I won't test again until next week if AF doesn't come tomorrow.

    Timing: -3, -2, -1, O

R/R/CS: I'm really thinking I ovulated the later date so the BFN wasn't too hard to see but I'll be disappointed if AF starts. Im prepared just in case since we are on the road to visit family right now.

GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts? No. When my younger brother got glasses as a little kid I wished I could have them also but now I'm glad I don't need them

Testing: 11DPO? I've been saying 12 this whole time,  but I'm chaperoning a fieldtrip to an amusement park on Wednesday,  shoot...I might test one day earlier than intended.  If BFN, I will probably go on all the rides with reckless abandon.  If bfp, then I might limit myself to non-turbulent [read: boring] rides.... Do any of you know anything scientific about amusement park during tww risks? I've already goggled... Haha

    Timing: every day but -2

R/R/CS: still on a high from the art tour of Stockholm the 3 day outings we're doing....so good!

GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts? nope, but I think it might be time to get my eyes checked.... I haven't had them checked in 15years......  :#

  • @buthayna, with my DS I remember my dr saying amusement park rides wouldn't do any damage because my uterus was so far down still and really well protected. Although for what it's worth, I don't do rides during the TWW because I'm a crazy person

    Testing: 10DPO

    Timing: good

R/R/CS: One of my closest friends is here visiting and I'm so excited to spend time with her. On the flip my appetite has been out of control. Not just being super hungry but then getting the feeling of being stuffed after only a few bites. Trying to avoid the SS train but it's barreling down on me!

    GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts?
No need for either yet. Hope it stays that way for a bit.

    Cycle

    CD/DPO: 22/anywhere from 1-5?

    Testing: Not until June 13

Timing: A few times this weekend.

R/R/CS: Got my first higher temp today after a series of low ones. I dont' even know whether to count it or not because I woke up a few times due to a thunderstorm and DH's dog being an idiot.

    GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts?

Supposed to. Wore contacts all through high school. Disposable colored ones. You could leave them in for a few days, and one night I fell asleep with them in. When I woke up, one contact had folded over itself and was lodged in my upper eye socket. I had to hold my eye open and dig around to pull it out. Traumatic. Stopped wearing contacts after that. I have glasses now, but only really wear them when I drive. (I'm near sighted)

ETA: Took out question I had.
  • @mrsdaddario  yay! technically my birthday is on monday, but we're celebrating this weekend   do you have anything fun planned?

  • @Buthayna It's not scientific, but I ride roller coasters during the TWW. The real concern regarding roller coasters seems to be placental abruption which to my knowledge is only relevant in later stages of pregnancy. But then again, I'm in the "drink till it's pink" camp and don't like to live like I'm pregnant when I'm not!

  • Cycle: 5/5

    CD/DPO: 25/8 (estimated)

Testing: I think tomorrow morning.  I'm taking the day off and I'll be home alone in the morning and that never happens, so on the off chance I actually get a bfp I'll have some time to wrap my brain around it.

    Timing
    : -4, -2, 0, +1

R/R/CS: I had a dream this morning that I was thinking about testing at 9dpo (truth), and I looked at the calendar and I realized it was 15dpo and my period was a day late and I hadn't tested that morning and I was freaking out because I wasn't at home and I wanted to test.  I guess my subconscious has given up on getting a bfp and now is just focused on testing haha.

GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts?  Nope, but I should wear reading glasses.  I have a slight astigmatism in one eye.  I actually have reading glasses somewhere that really help all this screen time I do at work, but I never wear them.  My optometrist said that not wearing my glasses won't make the astigmatism worse, so I just sorta get by.  But it really is nicer with the glasses.

  • @sammajane19 Well DH and I are having our first BBQ at our house on Saturday! Not for my birthday, just happens to be on my birthday lol. So I'm looking forward to having my family over for that! How about you??

  • @LadyBrettAshley23 I'll take it! Thanks for your advice :D Most of the googling I did focused on placental abruption and although I wasn't worried about that, I wondered if there was anything else that could be "bad" so early (that's if I got KU this cycle anyways....big if...) Thanks again!

Testing: Trying to wait until AF. It feels like it's been sooo long though....

    Timing: -5, -3, -1, 0

R/R/CS: Looking forward to starting to shop for a new car this weekend. I'm upgrading from a 2007 Civic to something midsize SUV. I'd love to hear what you love about your Escape, CR-V, Cherokee, Anything else in that category.

GTKYDo you wear glasses/contacts? I actually don't. I have no idea how I missed out, most of my family wears lenses or has gotten Lasik.
