Best Kind of Safety Device for Blind Cords?

I have seen different kinds of safety devices that can be used to wrap up cords from blinds to prevent small children from harm/choking, etc. They are relatively cheap and all appear to be somewhat similar, so I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has used them.  What brand do you like best and why? I have heard that plain old tape works too, but since the devices aren’t crazy expensive, I am okay spending a little bit of money on them
