Some days, doctors seriously have no effing clue. Repeated trips and calls to the pediatrician and a trip to the specialist, and all anyone wanted to do was add meds... a couple of simple, inexpensive, non-med changes, and I have a seemingly new baby.
I have 10 pounds of baby weight to lose. Due to working in a hot kitchen and breast feeding i can't get enough food. My husband bartended at a local event last night. I know the guy who runs a truck dedicated to fried chicken. So he sent hubs home with some hand dipped chicken tenders. So i had fried chicken for breakfast
@beccanforrest22 and @teachmegs817 I think I finally figured it out! I think it may have been a combination of 2 things. I think she may have a poor reaction to soy (which was a formula she reached poorly to, and is also found in the cereal they had us add to her Nutramigen) as well as she was fighting against the flow of her bottles. I changed her cereal to an organic (no soy) brand, and changed the flow on the bottle nipples to fast flow (level 3) and she has had zero episodes in a week! I will say, as a mom, I feel awful that it took me that long. Let alone to think that she may have been screaming because she was hungry and couldn't get it from her bottles, breaks my heart... but she's been doing so well this last week and is so darn happy!
Not Friday, but I have to confess anyway. We were running errands with LO in the back seat yesterday, and he woke up in the middle of the drive home--odd, since he usually conks out in the car, but not a big deal. He wasn't crying and seemed to just be looking around and playing with his hands. I got home and went to grab him only to discover he'd had a massive poop explosion, smeared his hands around in it, and then wiped his hands on his face. So my son probably definitely ate his own poop. MOM OF THE YEAR!
