Our team green turned Pink! Harper Katherine joined us via RCS on 4/19 at 9:31. She was 8lbs 1oz and 20.5 inches, almost exactly the same size as her big brother.
James Callen was born on 4/14//16 and 4:16 pm weighing 6 lbs 13 oz and 19 inches long. I was induced at 38+4 due to high BP and headaches. Pitocin started around 8am that morning, I got my epidural around 11 and had a little scare with my BP and Callen's heart rate about 5 minutes after the epi was in place. Once that was under control, it was smooth sailing until time to start pushing. I pushed for 15 minutes before Callen made his arrival. Adjusting to life with a little one has been tough, but we are very thankful for our healthy baby boy!
Baby Alexander Michael arrived 4/19 on his due date via c-section due to water breaking not dilating and baby's heart rate in distress. We are so in love. He was 9lbs 1oz and 22inches! No wonder everyone thought I was having twins
Team Green turned team Pink! Eden Ida came April 18th, 10days past her due date. I woke up that morning after a night of very irregular contractions. When to my NST and had no contractions and was still 3cm. I started having irregular contractions when I got home. Made dinner, put the kids to bed and they were 7-10mins apart, 8:30pm hit and they suddenly started coming every 3mins. I got to the hospital at 9:15 was was 8cm, water broke at 10 and I started pushed at 10:15 and she was born at 10:30. So happy I had another med free birth! She is a perfect 8lbs 1oz, 19in we are both doing fantastic and big brother and sister love her!
Team green turned pink here! After induction at 41 weeks starting on 4/21, Nora Grace joined us at 7:35am this morning 4/22 weighing in at 8#2. We don't know how long she is yet. She is beautiful and we are in love. Big sis wants to help out with everything
Meet my little rainbow baby Mia, born on April 21st, 3 days before her due date. 6lbs11oz and 19.7 inches.. I started feeling uneasy when I woke up and realized they were contractions around 11 am. Went to the hospital at 3 pm. Couldn't handle the pain so by 5 pm when I had dilated 5 cms I got an epidural. Things progressed quite quickly after and she came out at 10 pm with three pushes. All the best to all you mommies out there.
I'm a little late, but Jack Allen was born 4.13.16 via cesarean section. 7 lbs 12 oz and 21" long. He wasn't dropping and Dr decided after 22 hrs to take him via cesarean. We are so in love!
Our beautiful Adelyn Kate arrived on April 21st at 4:31pm weighing in at 7lbs 12oz and measuring in at 20" long. After being induced in the morning of the 20th, she decided she wanted to wait to make her appearance on the 21st to share her grandpas birthday. Everyone is happy and healthy!
Team Green turned blue yesterday...Corbyn Rhett is here y'all! 8 lbs 9 oz, 21 1/4 inches after 14 hours of labor. Was dilated to 5 for over two weeks, had contractions but had to have my water broken and still wasn't progressing. Started pitocin which worked, but lil man was turned sideways so he took his time straightening out before his big debut.
Savannah Jade joined us on her due date 4/26 at 4:02pm. She was 7lbs10oz and 20.5 inches. She is the happiest baby and has the longest fingers and toes I've ever seen! Her big sisters are in love
Emma Claire joined us at 4:38am on 4/26/16. After 28 hours of labor and pushing for 3.5 hours and baby was in a position that she was just never going to come out. We decided to have a c section and come to find out the doctor said I could have pushed for several more hours and never would have gotten her out.
Labor did not go as planned but we are in love and so glad to finally have our baby girl to hold.
Olivia "Liv" Jane came into the world on April 27, weighing in at 8 pounds 6 oz. and 21 inches long. Saying we are in love with this little human is an understatement!
We started labor on 4/26 at 3 p.m. (40+1) with an inducement because of low amniotic fluid. After going up to 20 on pitocin with not a lot of reaction (1 1/2 cm dilated and 90% effaced), I got my epidural and they broke my water at 12:30 am. - by 5:30 am I was completely dilated and effaced. Labored down for a couple of hours and actively pushed from 8 -10:30. We had a few "fun" spells of lowered heart rate from Liv and vomit from me, but we finally pushed her past my pubic bone and she entered the world kicking and screaming! Let the fun begin
Andrew Joseph was born April 28, at 2:16am, weighing 8lbs, 4 oz. Had contrax for just over 24 hrs and was able to go med free, despite him being sunny side up (and fairly big).
Maggie is here! Margaret Theresa was born 4/26, just shy of a ten pounder at 9lb14oz,and 22 inches long. Ended up with a c-section (not something I recommend for my fellow phobics), but she is TOTALLY worth it!
Our sweet girlie loves snuggles and makes the sweetest noises all the time . Breastfeeding is more of a struggle than I anticipated, but I think we'll get there. Meanwhile, I've got these adorable chipmunk cheeks to console me!
Well, April is almost over so I'd better get to posting this!!
Alessandra Marie bounced into our world 8 days over due on April 26th at 3:48pm. She's a tank-butt (well, to me at least) at 8lbs 4oz, 20" long.
So far, she's a drama queen just like her daddy. She hates a dirty diaper, yet HATES being changed. She screams bloody murder the whole time. Otherwise, she's a typical, squishy, sleepy newborn.
Our team green baby is a girl! Sabrina Joelle was born 4/21 at 12:54pm weighing 7lbs 5oz and was 20" long. She was born via unmedicated vaginal delivery 3 days before her due date after spontaneous water breaking and about 12 hours of active labor. She is such a snuggly little peanut.
Our team green baby turned pink on 4/27 (exactly 1 week past our due date) at 10:22 pm via c-section. Kaylee Michelle was born at 21 inches long weighing 11 pounds 1.8 ounces. She has a week long NICU stay due to an infection that we both had, but both of us have been doing very well these past few days.
Our little one was induced at 8 days over due. I made it to 9.5 centimeters in 7 hours and then got stuck. Nothing was happening except crazy painful contractions for hours. I ended up getting an epidural at that point and we tried as long as we could to get her out vaginally. After 6 hours of no progress and baby's heart rate decreasing we had a C-Section
Elliot Renemarie was born at 12:05 am on 4/28. She was perfect and healthy at birth. She was born a whopping 8 lbs 10 ounces but lost almost a pound before we left the hospital on 4/30. She is back on track and gaining weight now. She is so amazing I am still in awe. Her daddy and I are really enjoying her.
Finally getting to post! After 27 hours of labor that didn't progress past 5 cm dilation, miss Ava finally made it into the world via c-section on Tuesday May 3rd at 7 pounds 2 oz and 20.5 inches long. She had a brief stay in the NICU and is now fully rooming in with us. We've been struggling a bit with breastfeeding but are coming along. We go home tomorrow. She's already got daddy wrapped around her finger.

Another late post here, just got out of the hospital...
After 24 hours of labor with dilation stalled at 9 cm for three hours and baby refusing to drop down, our little Zévi was born via c-section at 4.27am on May 2nd (40+6). At 3.22kg and 52cm, he has a full head of dark hair and is absolutely perfect. He was able to have some quality skin-to-fur time with Papa while I was in recovery.
It wasn't the birth I had envisioned, but he is healthy and breastfeeding is going well.
Hey ladies! Hope all is well. Finally getting around to posting. Well, we did go in early at 34weeks 2 days due to high blood pressure but I really wonder if we needed to seeing that my platelets and liver enzymes were all in good shape. Anywho, Mr. Oliver was born at 4lbs 13oz at 1:56pm on March 1st. We spent 13 days in the NiCU and that was only to make sure he fed properly. As soon as we got home, he started eating a lot more, and continues to do so even now. We had our 2 month appointment last week and he was at 9lbs 6oz, i'm sure he is over 10lbs now. This time around was totally different. C-section hurt a little, but besides that my milk supply came in very well. We had to get a deep freezer to store the milk because I definitely produce more than he eats. He is an absolute joy. DS1 is in love with him, and i'm just grateful for a happy and healthy baby. Looking forward to the chats in here seeing that you ladies are still posting. :-)
After 36 hours of labor, Hanna was born on May 4th at 10:42pm. She's squishy and sweet and we're grateful she likes eating and sleeping. I can't believe she's 2 weeks old already!
Very late post...10 days after her due date, team green turned team pink as we welcomed Perrie Evelyn into this world after being induced on Mothers Day. She was 8 pounds 12 ounces and 21 inches of pure sweetness. Mommy had some complications during immediate and one week pp, but all is well now and we are doing wonderfully. I wish I could share a photo but my phone never lets me!
