The only one I would avoid from your list is Harvey, since Charlie and Harvey are a little matchy. I like Dexter Otis from your list! Also like pp suggestion of Stanley.
I like Otis the best, and don't find any dog connotations with it personally. It seems like it's gaining a little momentum recently without being overly popular. I think Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde used it, as well as Tobey Maguire.
