Weighlifting machines before transfer

I feel like I'm losing my mind.. i went from running daily for years to stopping running altogether a year and a half ago..  since i started with my RE in Jan i was only walking and doing weight machines.. then i started stims in march and stopped pretty much all of it.. After my retrieval recovery i went back a few times and did some weight machines.. today i was feeling super anxious. i went and did like 5 weight machines.. arms, chest, shoulders and then this hip machine.. i left after 20 min cause i panicked that it was maybe bad idea.  I am two weeks away from doing a frozen transfer and now i am seriously scared. what do you think> DO you guys still exercise? what do your RE's say? I asked a nurse awhile back and she said yea just take it easy.. that is way too grey for me..

  • Just going to say I agree with what @AandDM2014 said. I'm sorry you didn't take my advice about joining in on one of the IVF threads for some reciprocal support. Enough already

I second, third, ect.... Joining a IVF month thread.  I have learned through the years on TB that you have to give support to get it, and these threads are a great place to start.

And what your nurse was probably saying is keep doing what you're already doing.  Like if you are a couch potato don't sign up to start crossfit.

I SO AGREE WITH @wifeinraleigh28 and @Aanddm2014. It is enough already with the individual threads for you. Nobody wants to give support to someone that literally NEVER gives support to anyone else and clogs the board with individual threads all the time.
