Claire is pretty mainstream at this point and personally I don't tie it to any specific heritage.

Agree with pp, I don't really associate it with any particular heritage. I do really like it though!
Names that feel more Irish to me: Maeve, Margaret/Maggie, Chloe, Shannon, Kelly, Irene, Isla, Molly

I don't associate it with any heritage, but I'm not sure that I associate very many names with any particular heritage tbh. Claire is a beautiful name though.

I don't think of it as Irish but I do think it's beautiful. What about Erin or Shannon?
