Little Harper is only 5 days old but already knows how to hold her pacifier. When I saw her do it twice this morning, I was so proud of my smart little girl.
Jack's adjusted age is 1.5 weeks and he lifts his head easily and props himself up on his forearms. It's so funny to see something so small lifting up like that!
Ezra is a perfect sleeper! At night I get sleep in about 4 hour stretches, then all he needs is to be fed and changed and he's back to sleeping! And he sleeps in long bits during the day too so I can get stuff done.
Another strong little guy here. He has been lifting his head up to look at us and to change the direction of his head when he's laying on his tummy from about 1 week.

My boy is like that too! He does well most of the time.
At 4 days, Easton could hold his own pacifier and push it back in when it fell out of his mouth slightly.
He's a strong little dude, only a little over a week old and he can turn to his side by himself. I suspect it won't be much longer till he can turn on his belly.
Though, he did come out the size of a 1 month old.

So jealous
Watch, he'll become really fussy and crazy now that I've bragged about him!

This is Cora too. She's up maybe 20-30 minutes at each feeding to eat, change her diaper and back to sleep. So far a great sleeper just like DD#1. She's easy during the day too and we're able to go out, I can get things done, etc. She'll be 2 weeks tomorrow but I'm hoping this is how she'll be. DD#1 was an easy baby, toddler, kid in general. I've been hoping Cora is the same way. Didn't think I'd get so lucky.
Lucy has been lifting her head since we were in the hospital. Now at two and a half weeks she can lift it and hold it up for over a minute when she isn't tired. Shes also using a lot of force to push up off my lap with her legs. Not sure if that's common at this age? Regardless, it is hurting my C-section wound. My midwife seemed a bit surprised that at her first visit at just over 1 week Lucy put on a big smile ( and not of the "im about to fart or poop" variety) I'm not sure which of these are brags and which are just meaningless information . . . I don't know when these things are supposed to happen.
Holly is 16 days old and lifting her head like a champ. She has also been extremely alert from day 1 and our pediatrician was impressed by it at our first appt and he told us it's pretty rare. She smiles a lot too, not quite social smiles but there have been a few times that felt way.
My boy has an undeniably loud poop sound, one that his daddy is very proud of. Every time he does it, he makes a face like he's really pleased with himself.
My DS is incredibly aware of his surroundings... For example, even if he is dead asleep, he has the uncanny ability to wake up the second you set him down.

My first had that combined with the uncanny ability to know the instant I tried to sit down to eat lol!

My LO already has a grip of death on anything he can get his paws on ... Hair jewelry boobs fingers ! We're also impressed with his mighty kicks and animated movements !
June is 10 days old. She holds her head up, has done a half roll over on her own, and will hold her bottle for half her feeding (bc she starts falling asleep for her other half). DD1 was the same way.
Been married since 2009. Unicornuate Uterus (yes I menstruate glitter) Several MCs DD born 2013 (our miracle "you can't have babies" baby!)
Jonas looked right at me and smiled yesterday!!! Oh, and he's a month old in 3 days!
A month already? I remember when you posted your birth announcement. Where does the time go? I was just saying that I cant believe today is a week since I went into labor. Its going so quickly already

Time is seriously flying! It's crazy how slow time went at the end of pregnancy versus the lightening speed it's going now.

Ugh I know it's so crazy! I feel like I'm going to blink and I'll be sending him off to college!
I have such a great sleeper! I wake him for each feeding at 3 hours! Even during the day, he just sits looking around! I hope this sticks! He is taking formula like a champ. Nate also takes skin to skin time to lift that head around! He's not a huge fan of sleeping skin to skin! Silly little squeaker!
Anna just slept for 4 hrs straight at night after cluster feeding for 2 hours. I can't remember the last time I had so much uninterrupted sleep.
Anna is also my best nurser of all 3 once my milk came in on day 4 (there were a few very rough days before that). A perfect latch almost every time and I haven't had any sore nipples.
Kasper is 3 weeks and has been holding his head up for a few weeks, moving like crazy, and is alert. Most notably he has great timing and an uncanny ability to poop directly after a bath or diaper change. He also likes holding his big brother's hand, which always makes me cry.
Harry had his first doctor's appointment and lactation consult today and got a perfect report. She said he's gaining right on track, that we are doing everything right and that he's a breastfeeding champ. Made me feel so good (especially since DH and I have literally zero experience with infants and basically have no idea what we are doing)!
Humble brag of the day: Ezra is in the 95% for height and 5% for weight. He's a tall skinny kid just like every other male on my side (all men in my family are at least six feet tall and bean poles).
Corbin had a weight check at the pediatrician today and he's gained back all his weight up to his birth weight. Yay! Now we don't have to go back until his 2 month appointment.
We named LO Nora, which means "light". For the 3 weeks before she was born, we had no sunshine, just non-stop rain and clouds. Right after she was born, the rain and clouds all went away and we had beautiful sunny weather. I thought that was a cool coincidence. That or Nora is secretly some sort of sun goddess.
A humble brag about an older sib: one of the twins just started antagonizing and taking toys from her sister about a month ago, but since Clara was born, she's been much better behaved - she's always checking on her baby! I hope it lasts!
Mama to Three Girls: Twins born March 2014 at 26 weeks due to preterm labor and our 37weeker born May 9th, 2016!
Millie James (so many nicknames for Camille James) was just awarded newborn of the week for gaining weight and pooping twice. My husband said he's never seen me leave the pediatrician with my head so high. Bahahaha.
