I just added one last night called Baby Pics. It cost $2.99 I believe. I just played with it last night for a bit.. but right now its not a bump its just fluff and bloat. So I didn't want a picture just then.

There's a good one called Obaby. It was a free featured app when I was pregnant with DD so I'm not sure how much it would cost now, but it has really cute numbers and words and doodles you can add to your pictures!

i use baby pics, you pay for the app and then you can pay for the artwork (there is some free ones) but if you want the art that compares baby to a fruit or junk food, its extra
I've been using the free version of Baby Pics, there is a lot you can do for free. I haven't spent a lot of time on it, but it's good. I'm sure with a teensy but if effort, I could make some really cool ones!
