have you ever had any creepy experience with your baby monitor?

last night at 2 am the monitor was above my head on the bed frame and I heard a loud noise. The same noise as if the monitor and the receiver got to close noise. I grabbed the monitor threw it down and ran to check on the baby. She was fine fast asleep. I still don't know what caused that noise there was nothing near the monitor base. I'm going to try a different frequency tonight maybe there was some interference.

When we had our first baby we randomly heard a mans voice on ours and we think it was from a trucker going through town (we live right on a state hwy) and just happened to be on the same frequency. Never happened since.

We haven't had to use ours yet but the time is coming up quick as I want LO in his crib at 3 months (Monday). Now I'm kind of dreading having to use these things!! Creepy!
