New to Bump

Hi There. My name is Christine and I am 4 weeks pregnant. I am 37 years old; my partner is 41 and we had been ttc for one year. We had a chemical pregnancy back in October so needless to say, my anxiety is at an all time high. We went to the dr yesterday and they confirmed my pregnancy. He put our due date at January 20 and while it made my partner so excited, I suddenly felt scared. I'm questioning everything going on with my body. Right now, I don't have many symptoms with the exception of some mild cramping and this urgency to burp all the time (sorry, TMI). My breasts have been tender but they always are before my period so basically, I have a lot of the same symptoms of PMS. Is anyone else dealing with this? Or have you? Thanks so much.

Hi - congrats on your pregnancy! It's totally normal to not have any symptoms or to have symptoms that mirror PMS at this stage. I know it's hard not to worry when you have experienced a loss - I have had two myself - feel free to join in the weekly PGAL check in.
