WAYDTGKU: Waiting for AF to leave
R/R/CS: Cycle 8?? Wtf. I'm so mad today. Having a bad TTC day is so much harder now that the semester is over. At least during the school year I had things to distract me. Luckily my DS (he's 3) is full of energy and has me chasing him around. I'll try to come back at nap and do comments... Unless AF gets the best of me and I spend the time watching junk TV and eating chocolate...
GTKY: Am I terrible in saying that I have no idea??? Is Ireland in Europe? I'd like to go there because H is Irish and it's his dream to go. I honestly don't have anywhere I'd personally like to see.
H and I are going to Europe next summer! We've both been - he did a semester abroad and I went a few times when I was young. We decided to go back and do it again. We are planning on 2 weeks to go to Amsterdam, France, and Italy. Will definitely stop in Paris for a day and then head south. In Italy, we really want to go to Florence and Rome. I know it's over a year away but I'm already excited!
I have a feeling this is going to be a long cycle...
@babymish you too! I need suggestions of must sees, London and elsewhere in the UK!

I grew up in Yorkshire so obviously would recommend you stop off there on your way up/down to/from Scotland - in particular York.
I have only ever visited Scotland once, when my sister got married in the botanical gardens in Edinburgh, but ever since Outlander I have wanted to visit (so for the last 2 weeks).

WAYDTGKU: I can't with this question today.
R/R/CS: I am totally in a mood today. I need to stop looking at FF and just move on. I really thought that we had good timing this weekend and had 2 days of a temp rise, than yesterday I had full on EWCM all day long, I was so confused. Tried to HIO anyway, but H was not feeling it. I wanted to scream, "you have one job!" but instead I went to bed angry. My temp went back down again today, but FF still gave me CH?? I don't know what to do anymore. Totally a debbie downer today.
GTKY: I would love to travel all of Europe, that would be amazing! I have never been. Greece and France would be at the top of my list though.

R/R/CS: Well, DH was in an out of giving his sample in like under 5 minutes haha. I had asked him to ask when and how we'll hear about the results but of course he forgot... So now I'm going to just go crazy wondering! Hopefully they'll call him this week or else I'll make him call on Friday!
GTKY: I've always wanted to go to Ireland and Northern Ireland! Especially now that I can visit Game of Thrones sites

GTKY: Let's talk Europe! If you had a week in Europe where would you go and why? When I was 18 I went and explored France and Spain. Literally so beautiful. If I got to go back I'd love to do Paris again, but I would also want to go to Italy. As morbid as this sounds, I want to see the concentration camps. H has already been and he said the experience changed his life.
Married: 04/05/15
TTC since: 02/16/16
What the actual F*** body?! My scan this morning showed no growth on my follicles, but I did have a lot more of them. So they want me to come back Friday to see if there is anymore growth. If not, they want me to do a third round of the Letrozole. I got aggravated because I feel like if it's going to work, wouldn't it have already? I've never heard of someone doing two rounds of Letrozole in one cycle, let alone three! I'm afraid that I'll have no growth at all, and this cycle will get cancelled. I'm worried that too many follicles will mature, and this cycle will get cancelled. I'm also really worried I'm not a good responder to Leztrozole at all, and it really disappoints me because it's supposed to be this "miracle pill" for PCOS. I'm afraid to suggest Clomid for a number of reasons. Mainly because of the awful side effects I've read from contributors on here, and otherwise. And for a while I thought maybe they need to up my Letrozole dose to 7.5mg but now I'm afraid if we did something like that, I'd grow too many follicles.
I know we're on the beginning end of this process compared to a lot of others, but it kills my heart each time I get disappointing results.
I would love to go to Italy, I have a lot of Italian running through my blood! I'd love to go to Greece, though I know that's the Mediterranean! England/Ireland/Scotland. All of it!
I'd love to visit Germany and Iceland again, but if this is an all-expense deal I'd probably do 1 day in the Netherlands, 1 day in the UK, 2 in France, 2 in Italy, and 1 in Greece. Places that are a bit touristy & overpriced for my usual tastes, but everybody ought to visit them once. If I just have the week to go and have to fund myself, I'd visit a lot of the formerly Eastern Bloc countries. I'm of slavic heritage, so those places are intriguing to me in a "know your roots & neighbors" sense.

I've been to Ireland and London already and those were great. I really want to go to Germany, though. I took German in high school for this specific purpose and I haven't been able to go yet. H also knows German, so we would do well there.
I'd go to Germany, Belgium, and Ireland. I've already been to Italy, France, and England, so those are next up on my Europe bucket list.

@DoctorDonna: I hate FF for that reason. Hopefully you get them back soon.

@MrsDramaK: That's exactly the reason I want to go to Italy. The food, culture is what draws me in.
@virginiaham: FX that you get that job!!!
@PepperAT: I don't get why FF has to be so confusing or is it women's body's that are confusing? I'm going to
blame FF today. I'm sorry that you are having a rough day.

@PepperAT - So sorry and I can understand your frustration
@NurseMarie9 - stupid question because I am new to OPKs but what is the difference between a positive and a peak?

I want to go back to Ireland and Scotland so bad. That or a Mediterranean Cruise!

@virginiaham it's funny you mentioned sitting outside the Parthenon because when DH and I went a few years ago, our absolute favorite thing to do was grab a coffee beverage of some sort (or gelato!) and sit outside the Parthenon and people watch.
@SnobunnieMel I'm right there with you on the cramps. So much worse this cycle and I'm trying not to murder anyone that makes me get up out of my chair today.

@Hopingforoneagain My understanding of OPK's is that if you get a positive you will O within 12-36 hours after the positive! Everyone is different with how long afterwards you'll O, but it's usually somewhere in that range.

@mrsdaddario Ugh! How frustrating! Hopefully a few of those eggs mature into nice, usable eggs for you so you can move on with this cycle. I can definitely understand why you'd be worried. I'm pretty sure I'd be losing it if I were you. FX'd for some good news at the next scan.
Also, I apologize for my foul language this morning. I'm just 20 kinds of uncomfortable and frustrated and I'm totally out of emotional resources to deal with it. I'm as done with today as this puppy in this gif is:

I don't want this showing up in my dreams!!! Go away, sh***y feelings!!!
Aagh, a few months ago I would have said Paris but we finally got to go again! (The mini-album if anyone is interested.)
So now I'm leaning toward something relaxing (I am temporarily burned out on sightseeing) like a week in Nice or Cannes. If money is no issue, on a yacht or in one of the really swank hotels. It's hard for me to stray from France because I love practicing my French, and I have a food allergy so it's easier to deal with if I can speak the language.

WAYDTGKU: BBT, PNV, EPO, B6, CoQ10, OPK starting next week, RRL tea, FWP whenever OH is in the same zip code
R/R/CS: So it turns out that OH does have low testosterone (I feel so guilty typing this since I promised I wouldn't tell anyone...but I'm saying this doesn't count since you don't know me IRL). His doc prescribed him the gel for that, even though OH told him that we're TTC. Thankfully, I did some research on the specific med when we got the scrip, and that treatment can decimate sperm counts. OH hasn't started it and is contacting his doc, hopefully for a referral to either a urologist or an endocrinologist who understands this stuff. There is an alternate treatment that helps him produce his own testosterone...and after looking into it, it's basically Clomid!! Anyway, OH is frustrated because he wants to feel better and have his stronger sex drive return (I'd love that, too!!). He's being kind of a baby about it. I feel terrible even saying that and for being annoyed, since he's normally so reasonable and patient. I'm trying to count my blessings that he's cooperating even if he grumbles. And crossing my fingers his doc gets back to him quickly...and doesn't argue that this treatment is still a good idea!
GTKY: A few weeks back, OH ordered brochures from a tour company in Italy, and it all made me drool. I'd love to go all over, but especially to Capri. It just looks amazing. We plan on going, probably in a couple of years.
