She isn't a bad person, their marriage has problems, and her wife hasn't always treated Hester well. I can understand the circumstances the led to the affair, but, what I can't understand is why she stayed in the marriage and allowed her wife to get pregnant... and continues to live a double life.

How should I proceed in our friendship? I have talked to her and told that I don't agree with what she's doing... that I can't be around them together knowing what I know... but now it's completely effected our friendship. We hardly ever talk.

For what it's worth, you've already told her how you feel. Not much else you can do.

Maybe calling her out by name and mentioning her wife's success in getting KU on a TTGP forum, which is public, isn't the appropriate first step...

OP I feel like this just isn't the appropriate place for this... None of us know you or your friend so we can't really give you good advice. Even if we did know you this is the TTGP board. let's try to keep threads at least mostly on topic, kay?

So weird. Looks like OP just joined about 10 days ago and has never replied to a single post on TB. About an hour before she posted this thread here she posted the same thread in the LGBTQ Parenting board. She must have gotten annoyed that no one responded because she then posted it on here.

I disagree slightly. We can give OP general advice or a different perspective. I don't mind when regs ask for advice that isnt TTC related, but I find it odd when someone we don't know waltzes in expecting advice, especially if something like this is their only post.

That's a fair point. I guess if I saw something like this from a regular poster, or at least someone who participated even sometimes it wouldn't make me feel so weird.

It's been a rough couple of weeks, and I have to admit that the subject title and text "all of you" made me laugh so hard. Then the original post was the batshit icing on the crazy cake. No one was even slightly mean. Which makes me find it even funnier. I am so going to hell. Totally worth it, BTW.
