So it's official ladies! It was implantation bleeding. Oprah has given me a BFP!! (ok so maybe DH, the RE, the nurses, etc., had something to do with it as well) My beta is 251 and I have to keep taking the pills, patches and PIO shots. When I got the call I was in a meeting. The agony of looking at my cellphone with the caller ID saying IVF Michigan and not being able to pick it up made me want to scream. But it was all worth it. Then I called DH. I wanted to wait until he got home but he asked me to call him as soon as I knew. He said he'd been waiting all morning. Awww I love that man. He's still at work and it's all still sinking in. But you ladies are the only people who know besides DH and I plan on it staying that way until the in-laws come visit from England in June. I'd hold off longer into the second trimester if possible. But we can't let them fly all the way to the US and not tell them. Thanks to all of you who kept the faith even when I gave up briefly. I'd also like to stay around a bit longer to make sure everything stays good if that's ok.

i just spoke to my doctor, and my level came back at 4.97. She said
that seems to indicate that it attached and detached, and I had a
chemical pregnancy. They're going to do bloodwork to see what happens
next, and where we go from here. I'm thrilled for all you girls in BFP
land, and hope to join you there sometime soon!

@lin681 I'm so, so sorry. I was so self-absorbed in my own news that I didn't even see your post before mine until just now. My heart goes out to you truly. I hope you stay around and soak up all the support you deserve.
@MelD17011 My bleeding went from light brown to dark brown to a bit of heavy clotting at one point (that's when I thought I was out). I didn't think that it was possible for spotting to include clotting. Then it began to trickle off back to light brown with a bit of dark spots here and there. It never became full on red and didn't fill a pad just a thin liner once.
@gatorlorit I am so sorry. I believed so hard that me, you and @vssbrm would get our BFPs together. Take all the time you need to find peace of mind and please come back. I've had an mc myself so that's why I'm staying around and not telling most family and friends for a few months.

BFN today as suspected. If my cycle is like every other one I had, my last IUI will be May 26th and my beta on June 10th. It's amazing how regular I am and how good our numbers have been and we still can't make it happen. It's also amazing that my heroin addict patient is on her 4th pregnancy (all of which have been removed from her care) and we can't even get one. It makes me hate the world. Oh well, off to have some cocktails while I can.

Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer.
3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own
Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen
Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016
HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)
Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March
