So, contractions after orgasm anybody? And I mean strong ones- not just a quick cramp or quiver. And my sex drive went from "back" to "out of control" really fast... this must be what it's like to be a teenage boy... Sorry this is all sexified. It just happened that way. Also, my hair looks thicker than ever before and I don't understand how because I have been shedding so much you could knit a sweater out of what I clean out of my vacuum filter, hair brush, and bath drain (yes, it's all my hair too) I'm in shock that I'm not bald by now.
@AllyTheKid Yes, I have pretty bad cramping after an orgasm. So much so that I don't even want to have sex even though my drive has finally come back. Total bummer.

My boobs. They hurt all the time. Third baby and this is a first. Sex drive is back, but usually being exhausted by the end of the day wins over actually having sex.

My energy is back! Sex drive has gone down except when I have the sex dreams (which are rare now ) No more headaches though (yay!) Here's a weird symptom and I don't know if I'll be able to articulate myself well...but I'll try.
There are times, mostly when I'm laying down or standing, where I feel like there's so much pressure down there that I have to exert effort to pee. And even after I pee, my uterus/bladder/that area feels heavy, like I still need to pee even though I just went 5 seconds ago. It's so hard to explain. It doesn't feel like a UTI, but more like just pressure. When I'm sitting down though, it's not there. Or sometimes, I have to readjust my position to feel like I'm "setting things into position" so I don't feel that pressure. Am I the only one? Anyone else relate to this?
@annabenanna yep this is what I had weeks ago when I went to the dr thinking I had a UTI. The dr said it's the pressure of your growing uterus on the bladder. I still have it, it's not constant but when it does happen (like right now for instance) it's super uncomfortable. Just another joy of pregnancy haha
I have a new symptom! So I went to Walgreen's today for a quick physical because I needed a health assessment filled out to start my new job at a daycare. The lady was pretty quacky, so I don't really trust her but she said that I *may* have developed a heart murmur from the pregnancy. Apparently this is a thing? I had never heard of one developing from pregnancy. She said if I do have one, it's minor and not a big deal, but she wasn't sure so I have to talk to my OB about it on Thursday. Then she spent the rest of the exam saying that it was probably in her imagination and I probably don't have one. UM WTF.
When I briefly googled it, it said that a heart murmur can show in pregnancy due to the extra blood flow but that it's usually innocent. Who knew. Hoping for some answers on Thursday.
BACK PAIN. It's awful. I try all of my sciatic tricks and nothing helps. And lightning crotch. Oh, and ligament pain! And the latest is a fun one: my bp has dropped really low and I seem to be developing heart palpitations. Ob is sending me to a cardiologist to check on it.
@annabenanna Yes I can totally relate to this! And to add on to that feeling of pressure... This constant peeing thing has gotten absurd! It would be funny if it wasn't so freaking annoying!! I literally have to pee multiple times an hour. It doesn't help that I am constantly thirsty and if I don't drink enough water I get headaches, so it's kind of a vicious cycle. It's gotten to the point where I get anxious in situations where it's not convenient to just pop into the bathroom whenever I need. So frustrating!
Sad but true. Because your heart is producing twice as much blood it's not prepared to handle it, I've been having the most wonderful palpitations that at time make me think I'll pass out. My Dr told me it's perfectly normal and just keep active and hydrated and I shouldn't notice it as much.... (righhhht doc, and I can't notice the growing belly either )
Headaches are horrendous. My nose is like a faucet. Some lower back pain if I sit too long at work. And I definitely feel the uterus pressure as well. I feel like I'm bitiching but I'm really not. It is what it is.
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
It's not just the hair on my head that's growing like crazy - I've always had arm hair, but really light and not noticeable. Now it's longer and sticks straight out, like there's static in the air. And I've never had hair on my stomach, but guess what? I feel like I'm turning into a wookiee.
@mommymaggieh I'm sorry you feel like a wookie, but that comment totally made my morning. I've also noticed my hair being more full and not as greasy as it used to be...and more hair on my stomach.
The back pain. Oh the back pain.
And RLP still sucks.

@Blonde1817@LGW2015@AllyTheKid , that makes me feel better knowing it isn't just me. There are days when it fits like I'm carrying around a 15 lb weight over my bladder. Ugh.
@mommymaggieh , sorry about the hair. I can commiserate. I spent $$$ last year for laser treatments in my brazilian area.... It worked! Fast forward to today.... the hair is back. It's like I never even got laser treatment. I think the prenatal vitamins is making me grow hair faster and longer.
I'm still lacking energy, ugh I definitely had it back by now with my first. It's better, but still tired a lot. Starting to have lower back pain occasionally and uterus pressure that feels weird. Feeling a lot more movement lately which is fun! Heartburn has started this week.....ick. I'm also still really broken out and my boobs are sore. It sounds like I am falling apart, but for the most part I feel pretty decent. Lol
I'm reading through and I have all the symptoms. I guess I've been sort of ignoring them though because 3rd pregnancy and it's like "oh, that again."
the BH after sex is worse than ever. Like 10x worse than previous pregnancies, and earlier. So are the heart palpitations. And the sciatica or whatever it is.
Sad to say that things with your body definitely do not improve with subsequent pregnancies.
I guess as far as symptoms go, I don't have any...no stretching or other feelings. No baby movements. Some pressure in my pelvis which has me convinced I have an incompetent cervix. So all of this is making me ridiculously paranoid that something is wrong. Oh, I do have increased CM. This morning it was thin and now, like a normal, sane person, I'm worried I'm leaking amniotic fluid. Which I didn't even think about until a recent Google search. I have my next check up with my OB a week from today so I'm hoping I can be more rational until then.

I worry about leaking amniotic fluid a lot (also like a normal, sane person) and how the heck you know if/when it actually is!

@mrszoess@Julia70286 My butt cheeks are sore too. Feels l have done a bunch of squats when realistically I've just relocated my ass from one seat to the next.
I still have breast pain when will it end. My sex drives back my DH was happy then the Dr called and informed me I have another yeast ifection all I could say was oh come on. I had 1 with my daughter and non since grrr. On and Assne (acne on the butt) rest of my skin is eczema city which I can handle zits I can't.
Like some of you, heart palpitations (I'm grateful for this thread because I thought I was having a heart attack), RLP and Sciatic Nerve pain. For real?? I mentioned in the Ticker Change thread that I didn't know Sciatic Nerve pain could come on this early. With DD it only made an appearance at the very end. Well, here it is. Bright and early

Oh man, I didn't know this was a thing. Off to Dr. Google.
@sportiegrl1213 I'm with you on the headaches. By this time of the day, I am totally unproductive, I feel like I can barely read any more.
I'm still totally dependent on my diclegis and throwing up a couple times a week in spite of it. I'm so tired of puking.
Also, I mentioned this in another thread, but this pregnancy has really done a number on my anxiety levels. I have a generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks that I felt were managed really well before I got pregnant. Now, without being able to take the occasional xanax, and plus the added stress of pregnancy and the bleeding/spotting complications I've been having, I am just an anxious mess. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it this Friday because it's really starting to impact my life and work.
So much dizzy. It just won't go away. I jinxed myself last week when I said it felt like it was getting better - then bam, Monday morning I felt like the world was tilting as I drove to work.
Also, has anyone been extra phlegmy (sp?)?? I wake up every morning with like gobs of phlegm in my throat...and I'm blowing my nose constantly. I don't have any allergies and nothing related to a cold, so I'm chalking this up to just another pregnancy perk.
I also keep breaking out like a teenager...face and back. It's super hot.
has anyone had relief from lower back and ass cheek pain from a prenatal massage? I'm walking in to my first one now
no but it feels good and it helps to get rid of the pregnancy angries. but I think my son broke my tailbone so probably nothing is going to work for me.
I honestly feel like the second trimester has been worse than the first in so many ways. Calling it the best trimester is a big fat lie! So far I've visited the ER last week on Tuesday night for severe bleeding after sex. Great timing since my sex drive is literally OUT OF CONTROL, Im on cervical rest joy!
Today I just felt off, ended up napping then felt way worse. Went to the library and while I was there had some brown spotting and was so dizzy I had to sit and wait for a while to leave. I'm glad I'm going in Friday because I've never had this happen with prior pregnancies and it's really freaking me out!
I'm stuffy every single morning when I wake up and the phlegm is SO bad that I gag trying to get it out and yesterday even puked my lunch up from having a damn tickle in my throat that irritated my gag reflex so bad.
My sleep is so off, uncomfortable all night and the dreams are so freaking ridiculous I can't make heads or tails of them. The back pain/butt pain is absurd and I look like a cripple if I've walked a lot that day.
At least the first trimester I knew what to expect, puking and exhaustion.
Anyone else had dizziness and the spotting? Ik going to make myself crazy I swear.
oh MYGOD update for the prenatal massage: an amazing woman named margo just worked out all the tightness in my actual butt cheeks and back. you guys I feel like a new woman
@ladyshark311 I've had the dizziness pretty consistently since 8 weeks. Some days are worse than others, but my doctor didn't really have any answers, other than to get my ears checked...just another joy of pregnancy! I've found that drinking a TON of water can help, as well as snacking, even if it's just a few crackers... And taking breaks from the computer is key (I work on one all day...some days I feel like my head is going to fall off when I leave). I'm pretty much accepting it's going to be around til the little one arrives... totally agree though - still waiting for the second semester to be as awesome as described!! So far, it's as crappy, if not more crappy than the first!!
@ladyshark311 and @LMNOBaby I've had quite a bit of dizziness too. I drink a ton of water, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. I try to rest my eyes every couple days and wear glasses instead of contacts.
Just had a dizzy spell plus hot flash before I got on here actually. My DH got an ice pack for my neck and it helped a lot to cool me down. Maybe I should just get in bed and watch Harry Potter

I think I will increase my water intake as well and I know I'm not eating enough. I was just scolded by my FI for this, it's just so hard this time around with six kids I'm taking care of, I just always come last. @LMNOBaby hopefully yours goes away a lot sooner than the third tri!! @ibabyloveb87, yes you should do exactly that!! Lol

@annabenanna I know exactly what pressure you are referring to, and sometimes it gets to the point that I feel like my nether region is swelling up.
@mommymaggieh I may have excluded the part where the rest of my body hair has gone crazy as well. Arms, legs, stomach, back, FACE...
