in Pregnant after a Loss
I typically wouldn't consider telling my employer until I am much further along considering my history if a miscarriage and my nerves mostly. 

I was offered a new position for significantly more money and I would like to take it. But I am concerned about how they may handle leave. Part of me wants to have this discussion prior to taking the job but the other part is torn and wants to wait a few months and see what happens with this pregnancy. 

Thoughts?

    I'm in a similar position but slightly different position. I have a few weeks until I move to a new city and I had conversations with a possible employer before I got pregnant. We are waiting to see if funding will be available to hire me, and I decided that If I am officially offered a position I am going to disclose my pregnancy - if he acts like a jerk I don't want to work for him anyway.
