    WAYDTGKU: Clomid 150mg cd 5-9.

R/R/CS: I took an opk because I wanted to see a positive opk for once in my life. It's so negative that the line isn't even there. Now I've got myself all troubled that this round isn't going to work either. They say not to take an opk while on Clomid or for three days after because of false positives. Is this not a guaranteed thing? It's just a could be thing? Trying to think happy thoughts before I worry myself into a tizzy.

    GTKY: Good question!
    1) rekindled relationship with my best friend from high school. We had a falling out a few years ago and it's so nice to have that behind us. It really weighed me down.
2.) My husband and my anniversary is coming up, and I'm so happy to have my love in my life. 4 years of marriage, 7 years together and we still can't keep our hands off of each other.

3.) The weather! It's been not too hot and the birds have been singing. It's wonderful.
4.) I'm quitting my job. Which has been so stressful and I'm so back and forth about it. But the fact that we don't absolutely need my paycheck is nice. We'll have to pinch pennies again and that sucks. But I can focus on losing weight and gku.
5.) Been playing over watch. The game is pretty good but it's the fact that my husband and I are playing it together, talking about it and getting our roommate to play that makes me happy. Too bad the free to play beta is over tomorrow and we're not dropping 80$ on it to continue playing.

WAYDTGKU:  Clomid 100mg, Maca powder, tons of vitamins, water, working out, absolutely no alcohol

R/R/CS:  I missed my Clomid dose yesterday and am flipping out over it.  I thought I took it but realized this morning I left it on the counter.  Now I am going to wonder if this whole cycle is screwed.

GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now? (TW, child mentioned)

    1)  My daughter.  She is 22 months old and absolutely hysterical.  She makes me laugh all day and makes me want to be the best person possible.
    2) Our house.  We bought it a year ago and it needed some work.  It's finally really starting to look beautiful and feel like our home.
    3) Our upcoming vacation.  I haven't taken time off work since October so I really, really need it.
    4) DH....he is seriously such an amazing and helpful dad.  It's nice to be able to just take a day to myself and know he's have a blast with DD.
    5) Having all my family within 15 mins from each other.  We were pretty dispersed up until last year and now everyone lives in the same town which means lots of family dinners, pool parties, and cousin sleepovers.

@Mythril I've done four rounds of Clomid, and I've never had a false positive OPK. They have me start testing on CD10 and I've never gotten a positive until I was truly ready to O (which was always toward the end of the 10 day window after finishing Clomid) or after triggering.

R/R/CS: Hope everyone had a good weekend! We were crazy busy and I didn't get a chance to Bump hardly at all.

GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
    1. H
    2. 12 school days left 'til summer break
    3. Moving into a new home this summer (inspection is today :o)
    4. Nieces/nephew
    5. Sister moving closer
  • @Mythril , CD9 is really early to get a positive, and the false positives are certainly not guaranteed. It's just a warning that it could happen.  They say *most* women will ovulate 5-10 days after the last pill.  I don't normally ovulate until day 30-40 on non-Clomid cycles.  This past cycle it happened to day 18.  I started testing at day 12, and continued testing twice a day until I got a positive which was the morning of the 18th day.  That ovulation day was confirmed by my doctor.   Don't get all worked up about not getting a false positive, it means nothing.

So pooped from this weekend, but I basically can't call off work for the next six weeks :(
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
    1. I'm probably the only person in my company this quarter who gets a new team member.  I desperately need 4-5, but I'll happily take 1 during a hiring freeze.
    2. My folks were sweet enough to come from PA for Mother's Day and to help with the yard.
    3. Holy smokes our yard looks so amazing now.  The yard used to have a cement sidewalk  down the middle and the garden was lined with cinderblocks.  Spent all weekend with my folks breaking up the sidewalk so that we could repurpose the broken chunks as a flagstone path down the side and open up the yard overall.  We also used some misc. slate to make a stacked stone retaining wall next to the patio and replaced the cinderblocks with a simple wood retaining wall along the rest.  New mulch, new stones, and a few fun decorations and it looks fantastic.
    4. Our dog is the greatest in the world and our cat is okay too.
    5. I am beyond ready to start eating well and exercising again after a month break.

Congrats to everyone who thinks they ovulated this weekend!

@TheJerilu I love the sound of your yard alterations! We have such a tiny yard where we're at now that with moving in the fall I'm mostly focused on getting a better yard :)

    Month/Cycle:  8/4

    WAYDTGKU:  Metformin, PNV, temping, sex

R/R/CS:  Just pestering DH lately about getting his SA. It'll be a hassle for him with his schedule but I keep reminding him how important it is! Once that is done, then I only have to wait a couple more weeks before my doctor can do anything more for me. Patience is definitely not my strong point....

    GTKY:
    1) my husband
    2) my dog
    3) looking at new houses!
    4) this clementine that I'm peeling
    5) **TW** my future niece/nephew that's cooking in my sister! She's been trying for a year and is now 11.5 weeks along and it makes me so happy!!

WAYDTGKU: Letrozole + Trigger + IUI

R/R/CS: So I had my follicle scan this morning to see if I'm responding to the Letrozole. I had about 10 follicles on the right, and 2-3 on the left. None mature though. (Sigh). My biggest was 12mm, smallest was 9mm. Mature is 18-22mm. So I have another appointment Thursday morning to hopefully give them time to grow. I know one is all it takes, and overall it's positive that I'm responding, but I'm already losing hope for this cycle. The nurse said because it's my first round, my body might just be taking slower to respond. So fx Thursday has positive results, and Friday will be IUI. If still not mature on Thursday, I'll go back again Friday to see where their at, and then we'll come up with another game plan.

GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
I'm feeling wholly un-positive today, but here goes.
    1. A great weekend with friends and DH
    2. DH in general
    3. It's still chilly here but the rain as stopped, finally
    4. I'm happy that I DID have any follicles at all, despite them not being mature
    5. All the OT this spring I'm doing is lining my pockets

Small yards can be lovely, but I have no idea what the previous owners were thinking with their design.  Every day I'd look at it like:

Fingers crossed you get your dream yard come autumn!

    4.  We got through Mother's Day with my family without anyone getting pissy

@mrsdaddario FX that they're just maturing a little slower and the Thursday appointment goes well!

@TheJerilu I guess I wouldn't mind the small yard as much as I mind how awful the grass is. We currently live in Florida and I'm not used to this rough grass and sand so it just annoys me haha

    WAYDTGKU: Waiting for FW!

R/R/CS: Took a bump break over the weekend while we were in FL with H's family. It was nice to not think/obsess about what's happening with my body. I feel refreshed coming back today. I have my dr appt this afternoon and am excited to talk with someone about everything. It's an annual checkup/I'm going to ask lots of questions appointment. Looking forward to meeting a new doctor.

GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
    1. Started a new diet/exercise program today and I love it!
    2. Had a great time spending quality time with H's family and celebrating Mother's Day with his mom.
    3. Feeling motivated to be super productive this week!
    4. Feeling confident about this month!
    5. I'm liking the no temping but it is weird to not know what's going on...
  • @doctordonna you're not being delusional. I keep thinking this cycle I'll get pregnant and be that one that saw the doctor and before anything could happen, bam!!! We're positive thinking. Not delusional! You're still early. Don't think annovulatory yet.

@furbabymom2007 I hope your procedure goes well and glad it's scheduled!

A lot of clomid and fertility treatments this go around for a lot of you so Fx'ed for all of you. :)

Normally: BBT, OPK, FF, PNV+DHA, BD ED in FW, Pre-seed, Zinc, Upping water intake.  This Month: Just PNV+DHA, half-assed BBT, BD whenever we're feeling it.  No pressure!

R/R/CS:  So it’s been nice to take it easy this cycle but now I’m not going to be sure when I ovulated which is a little annoying! I was hoping to be able to temp consistently enough to at least see O in my chart and I’m not sure that’s going to be the case.  Lol oh well.  It’s still kind of nice not obsessing over it.  I’ll move over to TWW in a couple of days if my temp keeps rising.  Either O’d on CD 16, 17 or 18.

GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now? Love this one!!!

    1.      The fact that my fam, nephews and I are happy and Healthy.

    2.      DH and I are as strong as ever and he’s been nothing but my rock throughout the TTC process.

    3.      My fur babies are happy and healthy.

    4.      Financially and career-wise the fam and I are in a great place.

Wow, good Luck to everyone who feels like they have O'd and have moved over or will be moving over to the TWW. FX to all of you!

@MelissaM090 Your MIL stories make me laugh, I can't believe she would write you an email like that. Hopefully this visit can be remembered as just fine, with nothing to follow.
@felix08 Good luck today! FX the inspection all goes well. :)
@TheJerilu  Sorry for CD2. Glad to hear you had a great weekend! Your hard description sounds exhausting and amazing!
@mokay19 Hope your H can get in for his SA soon! I hear ya on the patients end of things, I definitely struggle with that too.

    WAYDTGKU: Temping, OPKs, CM, PreSeed

R/R/CS: One more high temp tomorrow and I'll be in the TWW. I'm pretty positive I O'd on Saturday. My chart looks whack though. I had two higher temps before my + OPK, and so my chart is just kind of shooting upwards. I could see the case for my O on CD14 as well, but I had a - OPK and no fertile CM at that time, so I'm guessing that's why FF didn't give me CH for that day, even though by temps alone it looks like CD14 could be O. I guess we'll see what it does tomorrow.

R/R/CS: I am so glad to be starting a new cycle. Last cycle was so long and hard on me. I've been reading the taking control of your fertility book, and now can look back and realize I did ovulate late. However, I got so stressed out with negative tests and a missing period last cycle. When I was a teenager I had really terrible and irregular periods and was put on BC to regulate and control that. Sometimes I would go 3 months without a period, then have one and literally collapse from how intense it was. I stopped BC in January of this year and was getting really scared that I was returning to that kind of cycle trouble.

GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?

    WAYDTGKU: the usual

R/R/CS: This week is going to be long.  I started looking at baby related things on Pinterest (I've had a secret baby board for probably about two or three years.... No judging..) last night and just got really excited and sad and basically all the emotions.  Finally after pinning things for a half hour, I had to make myself stop.  So I switched over to Facebook.  Boom.  First thing I see is a pregnancy announcement.  So freaking excited for my friend and so incredibly jealous.

WAYDTGKU: All the things I can pee on. All the vitamins. Dieting and loads of H20.

R/R/CS: My TCOYF book came and has been rather great for me. I found most of my information about BBT on FF and, TCOYF gave me loads of tips I had not been doing that have probably been confusing me in the past. One example being, look in the toilet for CM that might slip before you wipe. Game changer for me! Also my husband is getting tested this week and I went in for my first blood test last week. Need to wait for day CD21 to get the second blood test. I've also had a hard few days this past week and opened up to DH about how I felt so alone in this process. I explained that every time I mentioned something about TTC he would say something to combat what I just said or dismiss me completely. He said he was not meaning to do this, but to try to stay positive. After all of this he went out and got a bunch of supplements that are supposed to help with S quality and production. This has helped, I feel less alone and am doing better now. Just waiting until next week to O.
