CD: 29
WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, OPKs, Sex EOD, Yoga, Exercise, Acupuncture (next cycle: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI)
R/R/CS: I had positive OPKs on Saturday and Sunday (the last OPK I took on Sunday was at 3pm and it was still positive). Based on that and a slight temp rise today, I'm thinking I O'ed yesterday, but I will need to wait and see what my temp does tomorrow. I honestly think I used about 10 OPKs between Saturday and Sunday so I could continue to see if I was still having a surge.
GTKY:
1. My 3 year old niece who I absolutely adore is coming to town on Saturday and I have not seen her since September!
2. I had to come into work at 6am this morning, but I was able to convince a co-worker to move our 3pm meet to 2pm so I can leave work around 3pm today.
3. DH and I did a ton of yard work and planted beautiful flowers on Saturday. Now, I get so excited whenever I look in the yard because everything looks amazing. Bonus: It's supposed to rain most of the week so we won't have to water the flowers.
4. I got to spend time with my mother and my mother-in-law yesterday and we all had a great day!
*TW BFP and Loss Mentioned*
5. My really good friend told me she's 9 weeks pregnant. She had a loss in October and I'm so happy for her right now because I know she was struggling with the loss.

WAYDTGKU: Patiently waiting for my FW!
R/R/CS: Note to self - visits with the in-laws go MUCH better with the addition of alcohol. Yesterday was fine. Although the last visit we had with them was fine too, then we received an email with all her criticisms about our house titled 'Just some motherly advice!' so I guess there's still time for the nice feelings I have to go sour. But so far so good.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
- My husband (7 months of marriage and I still like him!)
- Our house (we've lived here a year and I'm still so thrilled that it's 'ours')
- Our cat (I think having something to 'mother' makes the TTC process a bit easier to deal with)
- My job (work has been crazy and frustrating lately but under the surface crazy, I really do like what I do)
- My parents (we're so so close and we spent a ton of time with them over the winter, but they have a trailer an hour away and spend all their summer weekends and holidays there so we won't see them nearly as much - but we're still very close and they'd do anything for us)

@beary67 our cycles are so similar this go Around
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1. Students finish in 2 weeks!!!
2. My fitness is really on track right now
3. My H and I really are in a stride. We are on the same page on things and our communication has really improved lately
4. My sister arrives in 2 days
5. Some of my health issues seem to possibly finally be getting tested and looking like getting some clear diagnosis or plans!
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: Timed sex based on CM, plus other times for fun, Preseed, and charting BBT
R/R/CS: I'm 90% sure I ovulated yesterday. I'll know if my temperatures stay up, but I'm very excited that my body still works after years of blocking ovulation.
Only two more weeks of school with the kids! Teachers go back for three days after. I'm also relieved that I didn't gain weight during teacher appreciation week this year. Last year, I gained more than one person should in a week. And, it took a few more weeks to lose it again.
Hot baths are my comfort place. Last night, I was worried about killing sperm in a hot bath. I read mixed reviews on Google and decided to go with a warm, but much cooler than usual, bath. Some places said that a warm uterus is good for implantation. Some sites said I'd be killing the sperm before it could even fertilize the egg. I decided to err on the side of caution.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1. My husband
2. My poodle
3. My foster Pekingese

WAYDTGKU: Clomid 150mg cd 5-9.
R/R/CS: I took an opk because I wanted to see a positive opk for once in my life. It's so negative that the line isn't even there. Now I've got myself all troubled that this round isn't going to work either. They say not to take an opk while on Clomid or for three days after because of false positives. Is this not a guaranteed thing? It's just a could be thing? Trying to think happy thoughts before I worry myself into a tizzy.
GTKY: Good question!
1) rekindled relationship with my best friend from high school. We had a falling out a few years ago and it's so nice to have that behind us. It really weighed me down.
2.) My husband and my anniversary is coming up, and I'm so happy to have my love in my life. 4 years of marriage, 7 years together and we still can't keep our hands off of each other.
3.) The weather! It's been not too hot and the birds have been singing. It's wonderful.
4.) I'm quitting my job. Which has been so stressful and I'm so back and forth about it. But the fact that we don't absolutely need my paycheck is nice. We'll have to pinch pennies again and that sucks. But I can focus on losing weight and gku.
5.) Been playing over watch. The game is pretty good but it's the fact that my husband and I are playing it together, talking about it and getting our roommate to play that makes me happy. Too bad the free to play beta is over tomorrow and we're not dropping 80$ on it to continue playing.
Clomid 50;100;150;200: No O
TSH 3.75 Put on 50mg levothyroxine
1500 MG Metformin
7.5 MG Letrozole: No Follicles

4 cycles at 9 MG Letrozole, No pregnancy
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: Clomid 100mg, Maca powder, tons of vitamins, water, working out, absolutely no alcohol
R/R/CS: I missed my Clomid dose yesterday and am flipping out over it. I thought I took it but realized this morning I left it on the counter. Now I am going to wonder if this whole cycle is screwed.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now? (TW, child mentioned)
1) My daughter. She is 22 months old and absolutely hysterical. She makes me laugh all day and makes me want to be the best person possible.
2) Our house. We bought it a year ago and it needed some work. It's finally really starting to look beautiful and feel like our home.
3) Our upcoming vacation. I haven't taken time off work since October so I really, really need it.
4) DH....he is seriously such an amazing and helpful dad. It's nice to be able to just take a day to myself and know he's have a blast with DD.
5) Having all my family within 15 mins from each other. We were pretty dispersed up until last year and now everyone lives in the same town which means lots of family dinners, pool parties, and cousin sleepovers.

@Mythril I've done four rounds of Clomid, and I've never had a false positive OPK. They have me start testing on CD10 and I've never gotten a positive until I was truly ready to O (which was always toward the end of the 10 day window after finishing Clomid) or after triggering.

R/R/CS:
So pooped from this weekend, but I basically can't call off work for the next six weeks
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1. I'm probably the only person in my company this quarter who gets a new team member. I desperately need 4-5, but I'll happily take 1 during a hiring freeze.
2. My folks were sweet enough to come from PA for Mother's Day and to help with the yard.
3. Holy smokes our yard looks so amazing now. The yard used to have a cement sidewalk down the middle and the garden was lined with cinderblocks. Spent all weekend with my folks breaking up the sidewalk so that we could repurpose the broken chunks as a flagstone path down the side and open up the yard overall. We also used some misc. slate to make a stacked stone retaining wall next to the patio and replaced the cinderblocks with a simple wood retaining wall along the rest. New mulch, new stones, and a few fun decorations and it looks fantastic.
4. Our dog is the greatest in the world and our cat is okay too.
5. I am beyond ready to start eating well and exercising again after a month break.

R/R/CS: Just pestering DH lately about getting his SA. It'll be a hassle for him with his schedule but I keep reminding him how important it is! Once that is done, then I only have to wait a couple more weeks before my doctor can do anything more for me. Patience is definitely not my strong point....
GTKY:
1) my husband
2) my dog
3) looking at new houses!
4) this clementine that I'm peeling
5) **TW** my future niece/nephew that's cooking in my sister! She's been trying for a year and is now 11.5 weeks along and it makes me so happy!!

WAYDTGKU: Letrozole + Trigger + IUI
R/R/CS: So I had my follicle scan this morning to see if I'm responding to the Letrozole. I had about 10 follicles on the right, and 2-3 on the left. None mature though. (Sigh). My biggest was 12mm, smallest was 9mm. Mature is 18-22mm. So I have another appointment Thursday morning to hopefully give them time to grow. I know one is all it takes, and overall it's positive that I'm responding, but I'm already losing hope for this cycle. The nurse said because it's my first round, my body might just be taking slower to respond. So fx Thursday has positive results, and Friday will be IUI. If still not mature on Thursday, I'll go back again Friday to see where their at, and then we'll come up with another game plan.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
I'm feeling wholly un-positive today, but here goes.
1. A great weekend with friends and DH
2. DH in general
3. It's still chilly here but the rain as stopped, finally
4. I'm happy that I DID have any follicles at all, despite them not being mature
5. All the OT this spring I'm doing is lining my pockets
Fingers crossed you get your dream yard come autumn!

WAYDTGKU:
R/R/CS: No signs of O, except for a very slow rising temp increase. I'm thinking this will be an anovulatory cycle, which is really bumming me out. I was hoping we could get KTFU before needing treatment, but I now know I was just being delusional. Oh well. We meet with the RE on Thursday to go over our plan of care and then I go to my second acupuncture appointment in the afternoon. It will be a busy week.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1. Playing with my nephew. It was fun to wrestling and play around with him yesterday.
2. My seniors last days are today and tomorrow. I will miss them. Most of them have been here since I started teaching and were in my first class. It's been nice to watch them grow as I learn more about my job.
3. We only have 9 school days after today!
4. While I'm annoyed that it rained last night and this morning, everything was SUPER green. It's beautiful.
5. DH has offered (without me bringing it up) to help me pack up my classroom on my last work day, since he has the day off. He can be so sweet. I wonder what he wants...

2. My garage is super clean right now
3. I did my first mini sessions this weekend they they turned out fantastic
4. We got through Mother's Day with my family without anyone getting pissy
5. Medicated cycles started next cycle!
@TheJerilu I guess I wouldn't mind the small yard as much as I mind how awful the grass is. We currently live in Florida and I'm not used to this rough grass and sand so it just annoys me haha
CD: 7
WAYDTGKU: Waiting for FW!
R/R/CS: Took a bump break over the weekend while we were in FL with H's family. It was nice to not think/obsess about what's happening with my body. I feel refreshed coming back today. I have my dr appt this afternoon and am excited to talk with someone about everything. It's an annual checkup/I'm going to ask lots of questions appointment. Looking forward to meeting a new doctor.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1. Started a new diet/exercise program today and I love it!
2. Had a great time spending quality time with H's family and celebrating Mother's Day with his mom.
3. Feeling motivated to be super productive this week!
4. Feeling confident about this month!
5. I'm liking the no temping but it is weird to not know what's going on...

R/R/CS: So it’s been nice to take it easy this cycle but now I’m not going to be sure when I ovulated which is a little annoying! I was hoping to be able to temp consistently enough to at least see O in my chart and I’m not sure that’s going to be the case. Lol oh well. It’s still kind of nice not obsessing over it. I’ll move over to TWW in a couple of days if my temp keeps rising. Either O’d on CD 16, 17 or 18.

WAYDTGKU: Temping, OPKs, CM, PreSeed
R/R/CS: One more high temp tomorrow and I'll be in the TWW. I'm pretty positive I O'd on Saturday. My chart looks whack though. I had two higher temps before my + OPK, and so my chart is just kind of shooting upwards. I could see the case for my O on CD14 as well, but I had a - OPK and no fertile CM at that time, so I'm guessing that's why FF didn't give me CH for that day, even though by temps alone it looks like CD14 could be O. I guess we'll see what it does tomorrow.

WAYDTGKU: Temping/Charting and trying to reduce my stress level
R/R/CS: I am so glad to be starting a new cycle. Last cycle was so long and hard on me. I've been reading the taking control of your fertility book, and now can look back and realize I did ovulate late. However, I got so stressed out with negative tests and a missing period last cycle. When I was a teenager I had really terrible and irregular periods and was put on BC to regulate and control that. Sometimes I would go 3 months without a period, then have one and literally collapse from how intense it was. I stopped BC in January of this year and was getting really scared that I was returning to that kind of cycle trouble.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1) That AF is here (Weird right?! But it means a new chance to GKU is on it's way!)

R/R/CS: This week is going to be long. I started looking at baby related things on Pinterest (I've had a secret baby board for probably about two or three years.... No judging..) last night and just got really excited and sad and basically all the emotions. Finally after pinning things for a half hour, I had to make myself stop. So I switched over to Facebook. Boom. First thing I see is a pregnancy announcement. So freaking excited for my friend and so incredibly jealous.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?

WAYDTGKU: All the things I can pee on. All the vitamins. Dieting and loads of H20.
R/R/CS: My TCOYF book came and has been rather great for me. I found most of my information about BBT on FF and, TCOYF gave me loads of tips I had not been doing that have probably been confusing me in the past. One example being, look in the toilet for CM that might slip before you wipe. Game changer for me! Also my husband is getting tested this week and I went in for my first blood test last week. Need to wait for day CD21 to get the second blood test. I've also had a hard few days this past week and opened up to DH about how I felt so alone in this process. I explained that every time I mentioned something about TTC he would say something to combat what I just said or dismiss me completely. He said he was not meaning to do this, but to try to stay positive. After all of this he went out and got a bunch of supplements that are supposed to help with S quality and production. This has helped, I feel less alone and am doing better now. Just waiting until next week to O.
GTKY: What are the 5 things that make you most happy right now?
1. My DH for putting up with my most recent crazy
2. My nutty boston terrier Lucy Lu
3. My garden that is taking off! Can't wait for fresh tomatoes
4. My trip this weekend to Vancouver. I need a vacation so very bad
5. Books, to keep me out of my own head (I am my worst enemy!)

@beary67 Yay! FX for O yesterday as your timing would be very good! So jealous that you were able to do some yardwork and work on your gardens. I’m looking forward to hopefully doing that this weekend if the weather it nice.
@MelissaM090 7 months, us too!
BTW can’t
believe the MIL email!! Just WOW. FX
that it doesn’t happen again.
@Sarah0985 Lots of O’ing happening yesterday it seems! FX that we all get to go over to TWW very soon!
@MollyandD That’s one thing that I miss are baths! I have to have scorching hot baths which, from what I’ve read, is not recommended while TTC. I’ve tried warm baths and they’re just not the same for me.
lol
@Mythril That’s awesome that you have rekindled that relationship. I actually have done the same thing as of late. I have been hanging out with my best friend from 1st grade! We hadn’t seen eachother in 15 years. It feels so good to reconnect, doesn’t it?
@HurricaneAmelia Awe, I love your 5 things! It’s so nice to focus on what’s going right in our lives once in a while!
@felix08 Yay for moving into a new house. How exciting!!!
@TheJerilu There is seriously nothing better than your yard looking amazing. Every weekend when DH and I clean up the yard, cut the grass, pick the weeds, etc. I just don’t want to go back inside!!
@mokay19 Patience certainly is a virtue…. That I don’t have either!
@mrsdaddario FX for you for Thursday. Can’t wait for an update!
@DoctorDonna Let us know how your appointment goes. FX for you.
@furbabymom2007 Glad you’re making progress and have a procedure booked. Hoping for the best!
@Kenya715 Make sure to write down your questions to make sure you ask everything you want! Have a good appointment!
@sLass42 Yay for CH, GL over there!
@MamaMunn Yay for O! FX for CH soon!
@Marley629 Pretty Little Lairs?? Best show ever!
@PennStateCait I’ve been struggling to temp too. I literally have to sleep with my BBT sitting on my phone so that I have to touch it to shut off my alarm. Getting back in the groove is definitely difficult.
@PepperAT I find the laid back DH is a very common thing here. It makes me want to scream sometimes!!!
@BusinessWife Sorry that you had a tough TTC day yesterday. I really hope today is a bit better for you. *Hugs!
@antoto Sorry about CD 1 but you sounds very positive and optimistic about the next one so FX for you!
@1017Shannon Diet Coke

Enough
said!
@writeress I’m so sorry about CD1. You and I are in the same boat with SO being away for estimated O. We did our best I terms of timing but I don’t think it was the best. I also took this cycle as an opportunity to break from OPKs, BBT etc. and I can’t say that I regret it. I feel a lot less BSC after the break! GL to you this cycle. Hope your day gets better. *hugs*
