R/R/CS: Holy wow, the hormonal acne this cycle, ew! Also, this week at work is going to be MAJORLY boring. I'd much rather be crazy busy than bored--especially during the TWW. I need to find things to do to occupy my time!

GTKY: Who was/were your celeb crush(es) when you were a teen?? I also loved Leo DiCaprio! In addition, in middle school, I was obsessed with the Lord of the Rings movies --they were coming out when I was that age. I was in love with Orlando Bloom, who played Legolas. Now, Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn) is much more my speed than Orlando Bloom--(and I know I didn't ask this!) but my current celeb crush is Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo, Game of Thrones...mmmm). As you can tell, my "type" has changed a lot!

Testing: BFN yesterday. Keeping hope that I just ovulated later since I haven't started temping this cycle but in reality I'm probably getting AF soon.

R/R/CS: well my first cycle has had ups and downs and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be out any day now but ultimately I think it's been good. I've learned a lot about fertility and I'm looking forward to having a positive cycle 2!

GTKY: Who was/were your celeb crush(es) when you were a teen??

Orlando Bloom. I was a bit obsessed. I had a scrapbook of pictures with him that I sadly threw out. It's too bad bc it would be funny to look at it and laugh at how silly I was back in middle school.

@JediAlly85 Since we're twinning, you wanna make a testing pact and test for the first time on the same day?? I'll change my goal from 10dpo to 13dpo and we could both test next Tuesday....let me know what you think! Maybe the added encouragement from each other could help us hold out. (And of course--as always with testing pacts on here--no worries if one or both of us caves, lol!)

@marriedhamstermom Most people update the month on the day of the month that they started. So if you started the 15th, then you would update the month every 15th.

I'm double dipping, since I posted in WTO, but I'm fairly certain that I ovulated yesterday. This is my first time on the TWW side.

Testing: I don't want to get too excited on cycle 1, so I'll wait the full two weeks and test Sunday the 22nd... Maybe...

R/R/CS: I am so excited that I ovulated. I didn't know if I would on my first cycle after birth control.

Yesterday, I took my aunt to visit my cousin in a halfway house for Mother's Day. I'd never been to this town, and was not looking forward to keeping busy for 3 hours by myself while they hung out. I ended up finding a Starbucks with wifi and watching Netflix with my iPad and headphones the whole time. It also happened that a friend from that town happened to be visiting her mom, and she showed up in the Starbucks. It was pretty cool running into her before she headed back home. All in all, it wasn't half as bad as I worried it would be.

Hopefully I won't gear up to O again and we caught it this time!

But then again, all of my optimism from the beginning of the cycle has waned and I'm now in that preparing for disappointment phase. Plus, they're scheduled to be here for the most important days of my next FW - when H is going to be out of town for work and we had been talking about me maybe flying (it would be free...just so people don't think I have fat stacks of cash to burn) to where he'll be for a day so we can have decent timing. Now I can't exactly leave my parents at my house for a day so I can go try to get KU.

Sorry for all the BFNs.

Testing: yes. Like a crazy person since 7dpo. All BFN.

R/R/CS: So this was my first month temping and I saw a huge shift after O (hooray for ovulating!). I don't really produce much EWCM but then today I HUGE glob of it--at 9dpo. I read that could happen because of a second surge of estrogen in the luteal phase and I don't think FF mistook my O date, the temp shift is pretty clear (?) My luteal phase is only 9 days so AF is due tomorrow. I'm holding out hope she doesn't show even though I've had some cramps today. Temps are still above coverline so there's still a chance.
