i exclusively breast fed my son for 5 months but due to being a full time nursing student it made it extremely difficult (12 hour shifts) I have finally graduated but due to the last few stressful months my milk supply has really decreased down to maybe 2 ounces for the whole day. I have tried everything and feel extremely guilty. Any suggestions?
increase water intake, google lactation cookies (oatmeal!) and eat a LOT of them, cluster pump, snuggle skin to skin as much as possible on your off days, fenugreek, mothers milk tea, etc. Lots of options. Yes its possible to increase at 7 months. you have to trick your body into thinking your baby has just gone through a growth spurt (hence the cluster pumping)... and make sure to put baby to boob as often as possible. Try some or all

I'm in the same boat. Thought about weaning and now I'm sick about it. Trying to get my milk back. I just started Domperidone. I'll keep you guys posted.

I've heard power pumping helps and fenugreek.
