    WAYDTGKU:   BBT and sex

R/R/CS:  ETA:  I slept like crap and took my temp twice, once it was really low, 96.14 and then it was really high, 98.4.  Not sure which temp to use.  If I used the low one, I didn't ovulate.  If I use the high one I did...hate my body.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer?   I'm more of an indoor girl.  I don't do the heat well at all.  *TW*  I do like watching DD play in her pool though.

WAYDTGKU: Currently waiting for my period to end so we can get this show on the road

R/R/CS:  My husband has to go away several days this month.  Not all in a row, luckily, but it may screw up our timing.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer?

Swim!!!  We have a pool outside, although I call it the "lazy pool" since the water only goes to my shoulders...so I can lazily wander around whilst pretending to get exercise...

WAYDTGKU: BD EOD for forever, Clomid, OPK, cm, temping

R/R/CS: Took my temp for the first time since before vacation, and it was high, but we are also adjusting to the time back at home (7 hours difference from vacation), so it was likely not an acurate temp. I also woke up in the middle of the night due to the time difference and had trouble getting back to sleep. We will just see what happens in the next couple days.

I also POAS this morning just incase I'm totally wrong on where I'm at in my cycle, and it was a bfn, obviously. I did a few times on vacation too, so that I wouldn't feel guilty for drinking.

My previous longest cycle was 34 days, and now Clomid has made this cycle suck.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer? The lake!!!

R/R/CS: I held off testing until today, because I only had one left, but I didn't need it. AF arrived slightly ahead of schedule. At least I have a day planned with activities, ending with lots of wine this evening. This sucks.

WAYDTGKU: Taking it easy due to back issues hoping not to be benched for long.. finding out on Monday at 5:15pm.

    R/R/CS:
Just still doing all the motions so I can see how my cycles look and I forgot to take my temp yesterday & didn't set an alarm to take it at normal this morning because I can't sleep as it is with the pain I'd rather just sleep as long as I can.. but hoping that it doesn't ruin my chart too bad.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer?  Go camping, every summer we go on a two week trip to the mountains So relaxing usually I just beach it on the lake and drink a lot of cocktails. We will hike up mountains and the view is breath taking.  We don't go until late July but I could use a vacation now!  I love also just reading a book in my hammock, by the beach.

FX for DH to finish for -1 today too (I'd be ecstatic with -2, -1 timing!), and we're going to attempt O day no matter what because the RE said pre-ejac can have some sperm in it.

WAYDTGKU: I don't know if I need it or not, but I bought some Preseed yesterday. I have been on birth control so long, and it has caused me to be pretty dry. Now that I'm off, I may not need the artificial help from lube, but I'm ready just in case. I'm temping and will chart CM after my period stops.

R/R/CS: I don't know if I will ovulate this first cycle off birth control or not, and it bothers me that I can't see the future. Also, my temps aren't zigzagging. They are just going down every morning. I'm not sure if that's normal. It's hard for me to research it, because the birth control leaving my system makes it different for me compared to a woman who doesn't have those hormones in her system.

R/R/CS: We are going to a birthday party for DH's co-worker's kid. It's going to be a bunch of people who I'm pretty sure are only "friends" with me because I'm married to DH. So it'll be a couple hours of being fake nice to everyone which always exhausts me. I hate social events like this. Tempted to fake a migraine and stay home. If not... I hope there's alcohol. That's totally acceptable at a two year old's birthday, right??

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer? The lake!!!!! We live by a couple really awesome lakes and friends of ours have a boat. We always meet them up there for a few weekends during the summer to camp and play in the water.

  • @PepperAT and @MamaMunn  I'm sorry you both are having a rough TTC month.  If you ever need an ear I'm there...

@cabu14 I hope that the doctor will give you good news and you aren't benched. Back issues stink.

@JediAlly85  I'm glad DS's party was awesome and he had a great time.  Birthday parties are exhausting.

@safire3  I wish I had your green thumb.  Your flowers are gorgeous!  I am not allowed to touch our plants because I have such a black thumb.  I even killed a cactus once...how I did that I have no idea.

@linzrunz  I despise gatherings like that.  It takes all the fun out of events when you feel like you aren't wanted there.  I am very familiar with that feeling.

WAYDTGKU: cm, cp, BBT, lots of sex. Knowing I'm ovulating soon is a turn on ;) lucky DH

R/R/CS: Wednesday we're moving from Los Angeles to Minneapolis, and my in-laws flew in to help us move and offered to drive the moving truck (yay!) while we drive one of our cars. that's nice...but my fertile window starts today!! Based on past charts and FF predictions, I should ovulate W-S, which are the days we're on the road. DH and I are going to BD along the way :) I've been trying to lower my stress this cycle, but it's been a pretty hectic month!

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer? Living in LA it's easy to do all things all year round, but I'm a heat person and I LOVE hot sunny days. I love when I can wear skirts and dresses all day every day. Wake up, toss on a dress, and bam. Comfy, stylish, effortless. I love easy, and with a dress you don't really have to think about matching, and it's way more comfortable to keep my legs free than confined in pants

WAYDTGKU:  epo, preseed when it matters, getting ready to fwp.

R/R/CS:  not ttc related, but my husband and parents and I helped my grandpa get his gardens, yard, and barn ready for spring yesterday, and I huuuuuurt. He's been on chemo and was too weak to do it himself. He wasn't too weak to boss us around all day ;)  in all seriousness, he's a great man and has been going for five years with stage IV lung cancer - he seems invincible to me!

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer?  I like all sorts of things outdoors. Sitting in the shade, reading is especially lovely. I like going for walks, hikes, camping with friends. Hanging out on a pontoon is faaaantastic. Just being (shaded, always shaded!!) on the water is great.

    Month/Cycle: 3/3

    CD: 17

WAYDTGKU: PNV, fish oil, charting, temping, OPKs

R/R/CS: Today or tomorrow should be O and H left early this morning for three days. Hoping that our timing was good enough! Rave - Nutella!

GTKY: What is your favorite thing to do outside in the summer? If I had to pick just one thing, I would go for outdoor dining. If I can pick more there's kayaking, hiking, camping/backpacking. Really a day of hiking followed by stuffing my face and having beers outside somewhere... that's perfection.

R/R/CS: Didn't get to temp this morning since my pup woke me up with a seizure. So far no sign of O in sight, but there wasn't any sign until the day of O last month, hoping it's CD 21 like last month.

GTKY: Going hiking, camping, home improvement projects.

  • @NamelessAria - I have a ton of recipes from @houseofsetters and more that I've found online. It actually looks pretty good.

I've hit rock bottom. I have to do something, or I'm worried I will either gain more weight or have even more health issues. I had a blast at a friend's wedding last night, but hated that my old college friends saw me at anything but my best. :(
  • @DoctorDonna I hear you when you say you don't like people seeing you when you aren't at your best. After I got married I gained a lot of weight. It was really hard to even want to go to family gatherings or social events because I was so uncomfortable with how I looked. I remember one year at thanksgiving I realized that none of my "nice" clothes (read: anything that isn't a t-shirt and sweat pants, yoga pants, PJs, etc.) would fit me. I totally had a melt down where I cried hysterically and refused to go to my in-laws for Thanksgiving because I wasn't about to go in a t-shirt and sweat pants feeling that terrible about myself.

I had to do a major diet overhaul where I went through and got rid of all the foods I was eating that weren't nutritionally dense. Which... if I'm being honest, was most of my diet.

Hopefully the Whole30 works for you. I don't think I'd ever have enough willpower to stick to a diet that strict. But I know several people on here have done it and they all seemed to love it.

Also, I'm glad you had a nice time at your friend's wedding! :)
