Got another positive line this morning. It's not super dark yet though. Trying to schedule a beta earlier than Friday. On top of all of this though I'm so sick. Like Cold sick. Been in bed all day.

@vssbrm I've been doing my PIO in the evenings but have not been very disciplined about time because the nurse didn't specify a time for me either. When I was prepping for the ER I definitely had to be strict about timing my meds. But since it wasn't mentioned this time I trust that it's not very important. What the nurse emphasized was pushing that needle ALL the way in and making sure it gets in the muscle. She drew a bullseye on each cheek for DH and that's all I'm really focusing on. But in general we do the shot after 5. Since I've heated up the oil it hasn't been so bad.

Well I know I'm late coming into this post but I go in Tuesday for my ET. 4 out of 5 embryos survived and this is day 3 so I'm nervous. They won't call me at all and they won't tell me the grading toll Tuesday when the embryologist looks at them. I'm so anxious and scared. I'm taking the rest of the days off after the transfer to be safe and just lay down. I know things can change with the embryos between now and then. Sorry ladies couldn't read all posts. Congrats on all BFP and good luck to ladies in TWW

@ultratomato Waiting must be torture. I'm just starting the cycle and it seems like forever until I start the meds to stim even though they are being shipped to me tomorrow. Good luck Tuesday!

@sleepyrn the journey does seem forever, but then when you are 4 days from transfer you start to wonder how it came so quickly!!

@zanster OMG, my nurse drew a bullseye on my butt too! I scared the crap out of myself the other morning thinking I had a huge bruise. It made my H feel better so I let her do it. My bottom is actually more sore today than it was last night, that is disappointing. I was thinking we would do the same side again tonight, probably not...

Did anyone not receive a call on there 4th day? The nurse said she won't call tomorrow and that I will know every thing on Tuesday what the heck? I'm calling tomorrow I think to put my mind at ease. I won't even know the grade of the eggs till Tuesday

@ultratomato I did only got an update on days 1 and 5. I still do not know the grades of any of them (we are doing a study tho). I'm hoping we get to know something about the quality on Thursdsy when we FET.

@ultratomato during ER they told me how many they retrieved. The next day they called and told me how many fertilized. They called again on day 3 with a report and then didn't hear anything again until ET day. And the day after Et To tell me how many they froze.

Well the line got significantly darker for me this morning. Beta is scheduled for tomorrow. Will see what those numbers will tell.

@ultratomato ugh, I know waiting sucks, but I'm sure all is well if you're not hearing anything from your clinic. Mine called me the day after ER to say how many fertilized and then again to tell me how many made it to day 5 and then with my PGS results. Just keep thinking positive and tomorrow will be here before you know it.

So I could not help myself I called RE today they told me that all my embryos were still on so we have 4 as of today. So they told me I can call in the am prior to the ET since our trip to office is an hour and 15 min to make sure that they have gotten to the blastcycle or whatever it's called lol

@Tulips29 Keep in mind that even if your little embaby comes back "undetermined" it can still be healthy! And you have one fabulous rockstar!

I'm baaaaaack! I found out on Thursday that my boss was let go. I will have a job for a few weeks while we shut down here, and then they will either find me another job in my area, or I will be given a severance. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, but I'm leaning toward just taking the severance regardless of whether a job is open because I was going to quit when we had a baby anyway. So we'll see. So happy to see all the good news!

ultratomato - we didn't find out until day 5 either. From what they told me is that they don't want to keep pulling the eggs out b/c it could disrupt the process. Waiting sucks though!
Drove2u - so excited that your line is getting darker. Can't wait to hear the official beta!

2nd Beta came back yesterday at 480! This is really happening.

@vssbrm I'm doing good. Just taking it easy. I have an acupuncture appointment today. Other than that I'm trying to think positive! This is my 3rd FET so I'm guarded but optimistic. Exciting news that you will be transferring soon.

Joyzie77 - I'm not entirely sure the exact number they look for but from what I've heard they want to see double digits at least on the 1st. Then they want to see the number double over the next 2-3 days. Everything I've looked up so far talks about how in the 1st several weeks the numbers should consistently be increasing like that and then they would even out.

Question - how do you all have a confirmed FET dates scheduled? I'm so confused because mine is up in the air. I'm currently taking Estrace until this Friday. Then I go back for b/w and u/s on Friday. They told me if all looks good, I will start taking Progesterone suppositories. I need to take those for at least 5 days before the transfer can happen. So they are telling me my transfer will likely happen around 5/4 or 5/5...or maybe later, depending on how everything looks. They will know more on Friday but nothing is confirmed. I'm seeing on this and other posts that everyone else has a confirmed transfer date way ahead of time.

@tulips29 we were given a date, but that was only tentative until our apt last week, which was when they confirmed that everything was on track for Thursday.

Tulips29 - my RE is pretty systematic when it comes to the FET transfer schedule. They only do so many in a specific week... So they always tell you its a tentative date. Then as you begin your ultrasound b/w etc then we knew a little more. It sounds like your RE just didn't want to give a firm date b/c so many things typically can change.

@Tulips29 What everyone else said... I got a tentative date, and then I have appts tomorrow, 5/2 and 5/5. On 5/5 they'll give me my final date for the transfer

Ok, thanks ladies. Makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one with a tentative date. I will need to request 1/2 day off from work for that day as my clinic only does transfers in the afternoons, so I'm anxious not to leave it until the last minute.

@laviesstbella if this is one of your first posts on TB, it is considered impolite to drive-by post a BFP. Many of us have been struggling for years with IF, and it is best to post "trigger-warning". There is a Pregnancy After Infertility board if you are looking for confirmation.

@lavieestbella ditto on what @dragonfaerie wrote. I also noticed you posted a picture of a positive pregnancy test in here earlier, which is a big NO-NO on here. I would take that picture down and consider things like introducing yourself, offering advice, answering questions and participating in discussions before jumping in out of the blue with picture of your pregnancy test and positive beta announcements.

@Tulips29 they told me after they did the ER that it would be five days only thing that will change it is if the embryo does not get to a certain stage then they will need to freeze. I go tomorrow for my ET as long as no phone call to cancel. Good luck

@Tulips29 I'm exactly on the same boat as you, I'm on estrace now and I was told that I would go in for bw and us on day 13 , then vaginal progesterone and possibly FET on day 19 if it all looks good. For some reason I though I would have a set date more in advance but i guess not

@Dragonfaerie I'm happy you are back, you were missed! And we have the same schedule, I was given an appointment for us and bw on 5/5 and possible FET on 5/11, excited to have a transfer buddy!

Btw I had a dumb mini meltdown. I'l start by saying that I've had zero issues with my clinic as far as communication or instructions, they have been great.
Since my 1st cycle after ER I have spoken to 2 nurses and the Dr. himself and asked what's next and everyone said to just call on day 1 of my next cycle for instructions. They tell you call for this things mon-fr only (they only answer the phone for emergencies over the weekend). I started my cycle on Sat and called today at 7:30 am on my way to work and the nurse asked if I started the estrace, I said no, she said to take 2 today and to look for a sheet with instructions they had given me the day of ER (when I left still sedated). I got home at about 6:30 pm and freaked out because I don't know why I hadn't seen that stupid paper, since I'm usually on top of things and it said I was supposed to start the estrace on day 1, And today (day 3) I was supposed to take it morning and evening... I got so mad I started crying like a crazy person while DH looked at me without knowing what to do...

I hope I didn't mess up anything ... AGHHH I know it's most likely not important but I'm so annoyed.

Hi ladies! I've been off here for a whole day and feel like it's been forever LOL. I was getting withdrawal from not reading your updates and checking in.

@vssbrm @ultratomato I cannot believe it's our turn this week! I'm so happy for all of us from those who have BFPs to those who are prepping for their ETs. We have been through so much and have lifted each other up and been there for each other.

@Drove2u the suspense is killing me! I can't wait until you get your beta but so glad the lines are getting darker.

@yelllow22 I completely understand and can relate to feeling panicky about doing everything right with the meds. Please let us know what your clinic says once you get confirmation that everything is still on track. It's probably a non-issue but I'd like to know what they tell you. I pray that all goes well. When I was taking the ER drugs I was timing my meds to the minute! DH was making fun of me for being so anal. But I didn't care what he thought.

AFM The nurse confirmed my transfer for 12:30pm on Wednesday. In the meantime, me and DH can't BD until further notice. Thanks everyone for being so supportive throughout this journey.

@zantster- we are on such a similar schedule! Mine is scheduled for noon on Wednesday. I'm excited and nervous and antsy. I love reading everyone's messages. They're encouraging, and oh so very real. This is a roller coaster, and I'm glad to have people riding on the seats with me!
