What's new with baby (size, development): babies are the size of clementines/plums/apricots depending on which app I look at. Babies are entering the growth and development stage this week and are working on getting big and strong!
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Finishing cleaning out the nursery this weekend so DH can paint it. Building my diaper stash by trading free formula samples/coupons for diapers on VarageSale. We told close friends and family yesterday...making it Instagram official tonight!
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Five days till I turn 30; and seven days til the NT scan!
When is your next appointment: NT scan next Friday; OB on May 11
GTKY: (Stolen from Sunday's post) Did you go to prom? Any good stories? - I did go to prom (it's not like the States here, we only have one prom in our last year of school), a group of us went stag in a limo because we were all geeks and didn't have boyfriends haha. It was fine, definitely not what the movies make it out to be. A lot of kids went camping afterwards but my friends and I went back to my house for a sleepover (geeks, remember?).

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing really. We're setting up a playroom for DS so we can have a central place to put all his toys.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Nausea seems to be getting better. Not 100%, but definitely better
When is your next appointment: I have my NT scan on Tuesday!
GTKY: (Stolen from every other day's post) Did you go to prom? Any good stories? I went to junior and senoir prom. After Senior prom we took a party bus to someones cape house. It was fun.
What's new with baby (size, development): Baby is the size of a lime and I believe he no longer has webbed fingers or toes!
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing really. I should really clean out the room for the nursery but we haven't started yet.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I never really had nausea but have now started gagging every time I brush my teeth. A little worried about my progesterone level - I stopped PIO injections last Wednesday and my level came back normal but on the low end of normal. I had it checked again today, hopefully it's ok!
When is your next appointment: I have my NT scan on Thursday and an OB appointment on Friday!
GTKY: (Stolen from every other day's post) Did you go to prom? Any good stories? I did go to prom. No real fun stories - for my senior prom our school arraigned for us to all go on one a cruise around Manhattan after prom. I guess it was to prevent any after prom trouble. It was okay but kind of boring - it literally went all night long and in the morning we drove back to my HS for a breakfast.

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing this week, as we leave on vacation tomorrow to Hawaii. We have told all family now and close friends.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Nausea is still only once a day or if I let myself get hungry. Rant: tried on maternity pants as my pants for work are getting hard to fasten... they all look weird in the crotch on me. I might end up wearing dresses to work once my pants stop fitting... Rave: had our 2nd appointment today and my midwife showed me the baby on a handheld sonograph machine and then found the heartbeat pretty easily. I am so relieved everything is going well.
When is your next appointment: In 4 more week, so May 20.

I went to both my Jr and Sr proms. No good stories. Pretty typical prom experiences. I did get my first kiss after my senior prom though. I was a bit of a late bloomer in that department I guess.

12!!! Can't believe I've made it this far! I feel like I can relax a tiny bit.

baby is the size of a plum and now has reflexes. It can wiggle it's toes and fingers.
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby:
i bought a car seat last weekend... And starting to think about registering.

i have had quite a few head aches in the past week or so. Other than that I just fee hungry.

i did... But I don't have any good stories. It was pretty cool that it was at the aquarium...

Still nothing. Pushing names a little but that's it.
The nausea is almost nonexistent. Definitely can't complain.

I chose to do correspondence for my last years of high school. No prom.
