Got to work and my computer will not let me log in- keeps saying my username and/or password are incorrect. No, this is the same password it's always been... why isn't it working?

Have to grab a coworker to help out and realize that the IT person changed my username to my new married name yesterday without telling me.

Why? Why would you change someone's computer username and not tell them? If I can't get on my computer, I literally can't do anything at work!

Thankfully the password is still the same, so after fixing the username I'm now in. But still. Weird start to the morning.

@mrszoess That is happening to me too!!!! The past two nights/mornings I've been WIDE awake at 4:30-5:00, I can't get back to sleep, and then around 6:30 when my alarm starts to go off I finally get sleepy again. WTF?????????

I posted this in the pregnancy brain thread, so sorry if you're reading it twice. But, I'm just that angry.

I was off work yesterday, so I went out and bought all of the ingredients for a lentil soup I'd been wanting to try. After I got DS down for his nap, I spent an hour and five minutes chopping all of the veggies and getting everything into the crockpot. When I went to bed, the soup was still steaming, so I transferred it into a cool pot and left it on the counter. I asked DH to put it in the fridge in an hour.

An hour later I was still awake, so I texted him to remind him to put it in the fridge. He replied with, "ok."

I was looking forward to this soup for lunch today (we didn't actually eat it yesterday, just cooked it). And, dinner for that matter. I literally was thinking about it as I did my makeup.

Walked downstairs this morning and GUESS WHERE I SEE THE SOUP. Obviously, in the pot, on the counter. The rage is palpable.

***UPDATE***: DH just sent me a picture of a fresh batch of lentil soup. After I left for work he rushed to the store for the ingredients we didn't have and made it. He has almost redeemed himself.

I think we're married to the same man. DH does this all the god damn time. He'll just put it in the fridge the next morning though like there's nothing wrong with eating food that's sat out all night.

WTF to the way my morning started! Driving my 15 yo to her bus stop I started dry heaving which then turned into throwing up stomach acid which I then had to hold IN my mouth while she scrambled to get me a bag. It was awful!

WTF to the old woman in front of me at CVS who decided to call a manager to the front of the store to ask her which services providers in the area offered WIFI (what?!) while I'm behind her trying to buy a granola bar to quell the rising nausea in my throat and stomach. Get out of my way!!

My husband also leaves food out all night and then eats it the next day. Gross.
Also, @PeggyOlsonFTW I never thought of chiropractors being crunchy granola. Now I'm curious about mine.

A lot of them will say "bring your kids to me and they'll never get an ear infection again!" Which I think is crap. I love my chiropractor, but I'm going to the pediatrician for that. They also are big into natural childbirth and think most ailments come from nerves being compressed in the spine, so all you need is an adjustment to fix it.

@JamieK1882 apparently if you already have a kid in the system, they keep counting that one on the app and you get nothing for baby 2. I know my toddler is 1 year, 9 months and 4 weeks old now stop reminding me that he isn't my baby anymore.

Can I WTF my ute? Seriously, stop cramping and stabbing and aching. I'd like to be able to stand up for more than 10 minutes at a time without being in pain, or be able to drink less that 120oz of water a day to keep them at bay. Totally worse this time around.

Mine is a little weird today but WTF entitled people who want what you're selling on Craigslist but get really nasty when you won't consider their insanely low ball offer. We are selling our Vespa because we basically never use it. We got it just a few months before I became pregnant with DD and I really didn't feel comfortable driving it after the first trimester. It was fun when it was just the two of us and we'd use it to take little trips into the country or to a park for a picnic, but now that we have DD AND another baby on the way, it will be a long time before we use it much again. Plus, I'm way, way more paranoid about DH or I getting into an accident with it now that I was when we bought it. I've always been extremely risk averse and buying a scooter was a huge leap outside of my comfort zone. Having kids has made me way more paranoid about the consequences of using it, so...it's just time to say au revoir. Anyway, I listed it last night and got a couple of bites today. One was an offer for literally half of the asking price. When I sent a response with the Kelley Blue Book value and explained WHY it was listed at the price that it was (mileage, condition, accessories, etc.) this guy got really aggressive and sent multiple responses back about how overpriced it was and how I should be asking less than the trade in value (um...no?). I tried to be polite in return but eventually had to shut him down. I don't know how to say this without sounding kind of controversial/rude (sorry) but what really bothered me was that I could see in his email signature that he is a youth minister. Now, I am personally not a religious person, but I find that people affiliated with a church in that kind of role typically (supposedly) hold themselves to higher standards. I know we're all human, but like...don't be such an ass and then go talk to kids about morality or whatever. It irks me. Andplusalso being a jerk in writing with the name of your church and your title in your signature is just plain stupid.

Exactly this! I am going on over 100 straight days of cramping. WTF pretend period - go home, nobody wants to play with you!

Also @PeggyOlsonFTW and @MRSCORKER my cousin is a chiropractor and I just. can't. even. The amount of misinformation he spews is disgusting. And he calls himself Dr.
We are having a family reunion next summer and I already informed my mother (who is organizing it) that if he or any of his unvaccinated children come near my infant I will punch him so hard no chiropractor can save him. And I am NOT a violent person.

WTFFFFFFF DH. I did the pregnancy reveal how I wanted so I agreed to let him do the gender reveal however HE wanted. He decided he wanted to put a pair of pink headphones on the baby on our ultrasound photo (he's an audio engineer). I hated the idea, but I didn't say anything because I turned this over to him. (STRIKE 1) Then, this morning, I asked him if he needed to take the ultrasound photo to work to scan it or whatever. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't like our ultrasound photo and wanted to pull a stock photo off the internet to use. That literally made my skin crawl-- I say literally because I could actually feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. How could he think using a photo of some rando internet baby for our gender reveal is even remotely okay??!?!!? I did suggest that it was a bad idea, but I didn't press because, again, I turned this over to him. (STRIKE 2) Then at lunch, he emailed me this photo to approve before he posted it on Facebook...

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS THIS?!?!?!?!?! A pair of RED headphones?!?! RED is a BOY color!!! We're having a GIRL. (Obviously STRIKE 3) I then proceed to lose my shit and unload all the pinned up feelings of negativity and hatred I have towards his idea and now we're not speaking. Current mood be like:

WTF doctors office! I see I'm not the only one not so patiently waiting on NIPT results but seriously, wtf. 5-7 days. That's the turn around time shown on LabCorps website. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow!! Also, the website shows the results have already been sent to my doctors office and will be available for me to view online on Friday so I'm sure they'll call me Friday morning by the time I'm able to just see for myself. WTF!!!

@kelliott09 have you called your doctor yet? The second I saw that the results had been sent to my doctor, I was on the phone because I am obnoxious like that. It worked in my favor. They get busy and such and sometimes there's some miscommunication about whether a nurse is supposed to call to give you the results or a doctor. If you haven't called yet, dooo ittt!

@agogo1 That's super annoying! I can understand someone trying to haggle over something smaller/cheaper, but to come in at half the asking price for an actual vehicle is silly. And it's never okay in my opinion for someone to get mad when an offer isn't accepted. Until you hand over the vespa, it's yours. It belongs to you. This guy is not entitled to it and shouldn't get mad when you won't just give it to him for nothing.

It also sucks that he's dumb enough to publicly list his affiliation with a church and then act like a douche. Way to give us church-goers a bad name, jerkface.
