Thank you! We call him our Dark Chocolate lab. And that is a sleeping bag he is on. Never mind there is carpeting in the room, he wants something even softer to lie on. He's such a dork, but we love him

Edit to add right after I sent this he heard something outside and was sleeping under the table we have in here. Up he went, smacking his head on the table. This is a daily occurrence. *sigh* One of these days he will learn.

@jptrumptone I love the name Samwise! He's such a cutie! I love all dogs but terriers and similar breeds have such a special place in my heart!

@dmontgo Thanks! I love them so much. Even when they are being puppy wild. They are only 15 and 11 months old. Your Rowdy makes me squee!! I had a Yorkie when I was a kid. He was an incredible dog.

I posted a fur baby Friday thread a few weeks ago and hardly anyone commented! So happy we've got more pet lovers now!

I posed the question, are your fur babies acting differently around you? My big guy definitely knows something is up. He is FAR more snugly with me than normal. I don't get the sense the little one knows anything is different.

@MrsBinPA Thank you! Rowdy will be 3 this year and is not slowing down. He is like a hairy toddler and too smart; he likes to "talk" to me when he's sassy lol. So much energy, always wants to play, always wants snuggles! In that pic he looks like a homeless wizard but I sure do love him.

We would love to get another puppy but we'll have to wait til behbeh is here. Gosh your puppies are so cute.

Sorry I missed this the first time! During week 4, Rowdy just acted like his normal self, but now I'm halfway through week 5, and he is NEEDY. Wants to rest his head on my tummy a lot, and sleep next to my tummy when we're in bed. Usually he likes to be near my butt. But I definitely think he knows...probably because I smell differently? Or it's probably the gas lol.

My Bailey LOVES snuggling. If I lie down on the couch, he wants to be on top of me cuddling. He's getting mad that we're not letting him snuggle on top of me anymore. Technically he's not allowed on the couch unless he is on someone, but DH has given him some wiggle room, so when I'm lying on my side with a blanket he can curl up next to me. It's how we nap every afternoon. Other than that, I don't think he realizes what is up yet.

I grew up with a golden so once I had the time to get a puppy, it was an obvious choice. They are such silly, loving dogs!

Here are my boys, Tango (Pom/Chi) & Remy (Chi), both almost 4yrs old, during a family photo session that my mother INSISTED her grand-dogs attend.
They've been super needy lately but I think it has more to do with DH being out of town than me being pregnant.

These are my furbabies. Pic of my lab, Luna age 7, has too much sun but I still love her smooshed face. Lucy, my mutt age 8, isn't enjoying her bow. My short haired Border Collie mix, Keely age 6, is my shadow. And then my boy, Max age 4. All of them plus a 22 month old DS makes for a busy household but I love it! They all do great with DS...well Luna still runs away when he comes towards her but other than that they are good haha.

@dmontgo It's such a funny picture to me because Tango is the badass and always looks majestic, but Remy is the most timid thing (rescue pup) so he's usually got ears down and looks pathetic.
