Have you had any dreams about baby? We are team green and the majority of my dreams have been that LO is a girl. Also last night I had a dream that I could bend over again and I had my body back. It was glorious!
I had a dream awhile back that we were driving home from the hospital, and I was just holding the baby in my lap in the backseat and he was HUGE! And he went "MOMMA! DADDA!" lol !!
I had a dream I was breastfeeding and in my dream it was wonderful and I loved it. I woke up really excited to breastfeed, and I hope this is foreshadowing
We are also team green, and this weekend I had a dream that we had a baby girl and at one week old decided to take a vacation across the country. DH and I wanted some alone time so we decided to put her on a train headed home and we would just pick her up at the depot. (In the dream this was being advertised to new parents as a safe option!) Well we got to the depot and the only baby they had waiting for parents was a 2 year old boy, not our daughter! I felt so guilty for thinking that was a good idea to do with her. I don't know what this says about my future parenting skills??
Ive had countless dreams about breastfeeding and struggling to get a good a latch, I think because I'm afraid of how difficult I hear breastfeeding is! I even had a dream that my baby bit my nipple off and it regrew! I've also had a lot of dreams where I've had the baby and then forgotten about her for the whole day (or longer!) and been like "OMG I have to feed and change the baby!"
I've been having dreams about baby lately. Saturday night I had a dream I was in labor at the hospital and my mom showed up with my brother and his gf and my MIL wanted to bring four other people. I was like hell no, but I was also too scared to ask my brother and his gf to leave.
Last night my dream was about breastfeeding and baby boy had a great latch and everything was fantastic. It would be nice if that happens immediately, but I know chances are it won't.

Had a dream last week of little girl playing with our cat, Hazel. IRL Hazel is the sweetest lil thing, so we cant wait to see how they are with each other. She was just as sweet in my dream, and I woke up with a smile on my face thinking about the 2 of them together.
1st tri I had more baby dreams. This is the 1st one I can recall in a long time.
Yeah, breastfeeding dreams are popular apparently. I had one that was really sweet and my LO latched on perfectly and I had no problem pumping my other side at the same time. My other dream was that I was a cat and feeding several kittens at once. As a FTM I'm sure this is all stress induced but still slightly hilarious
I had one where I had given birth to LO but had some place to go afterwards so DH was taking care of her. Well in the dream he left her home sleeping in her crib and went to his mom's house to see his brother. My sister, her bf, BIL, and DH were all together and when I got there I was so upset he left the baby home. No one had a problem with this and all made me seem like a hovering parent.
Anyone dream of baby when they're not newborns? I've had a few dreams of baby girl starting to walk, and crawling around. Mostly though, my dreams are of her and MH. Every time they are playing and giggling.
I had one labor dream the other night and it scared the s@$! out of me..because an earthquake hit during labor....earthquakes don't happen where I live smh
I had one recently that was more like a baby nightmare than a dream. DH and I talked about our fears with baby and then the whole thing where a poster found out the sex of her baby was different than originally thought all happened in one day so my nightmare was a combo of all. I had a dream that the baby was born in the amniotic sac and no one was around to help me so I left him there figuring he was safe. The next morning when no one came to help, I cut the sac and out came a 2 year old girl (walking and talking). I'm team blue btw. She was very upset that I left her there and hated me. It was quite traumatizing.
I dream about cloth diapers constantly. Washing, organizing, changing, different types, buying more, losing them on the bus (which is weird cause there's no buses in our town haha!)
i also had a weird dream that I didn't have any nipple cream left so I coated my nipples with butter.
I also had a dream that I was crying in L&D because my SO had a stupid shirt on. And I was upset that the first pictures of him and his son would have that shirt in it. Haha! when I told my SO he went through the closet and donated all of his inappropriate shirts.
I haven't had a baby dream in a while, but I'm always pregnancy my dreams lately. Early on, I had a dream that baby boy was a girl and I was so adamant that he was a boy and I could see he was a boy and no one believed me. I also dreamt that I had a successful birth in a place that basically looked like a basement laundry room, and had another dream that DS2 was born with the size and skill set of a 6mo old...prompting me to wonder in the dream if DH thought I should go back to work the next day after giving birth. He said no in the dream (and would in real life too).
I had a dream the other night that our baby was born from a surrogate (which is kinda weird), but I got to see her face and she looked a lot like my husband - which I'm convinced she will because of his Indian heritage. I also had a breastfeeding dream about a month ago that I breastfed a litter of puppies....so that's weird.
I dreamt that I had the baby, but I didn't know how to take care of her, so I put her in my kangaroo pouch and it was almost like putting her back in, I suddenly didn't have to worry anymore! Not sure what that means but it seems funny.
Had a dream a few weeks ago that she was here, and healthy. Spent the whole following day in a bad mood that I couldn't just fast forward to full term so I could see her and know everything was okay (I'm high risk so it's a daily struggle sometimes). It was really the most incredible feeling in the dream. I genuinely tried to go back to sleep that morning so I could get back to it.
I've only had one labour dream, and it was a good one; I was calm, in control, and the whole thing lasted 4 hours start to finish. I would really like for that one to come true, but I'm not banking on it.
We're team green and LO is always a girl in my dreams. I've also had two different ones lately where I'm still pregnant, but I can sort of almost hold LO's hand through my belly. It's weird but comforting.
I had a fantastic birth Dream:-) I wish it was true! Calm, painless (!!) at home! and I picked up the baby myself and just said to DH: whoops! We forgot to go to hospital. :-) I wish:-)
I keep dreaming about LO being a boy instead of a girl! Then last night I dreamt my sister told me baby was a boy not a girl and I was having twin boys. It was crazy! I still haven't dreamt what she will look like though.
So I haven't personally had any dreams that I remember of lately (I had crazy preggo dreams in the first tri though). But this morning, I get a text from one of my best friends who tends to have premonitory dreams. She told me she dreamt (last night) that I had given birth two days ago and decided not to tell anyone for privacy/peace reasons (we have told friends and family that we wouldn't tell them when I go into labour and that we'd let them know all was fine a few hours after the birth). Her premonitory dreams usually involve earthquakes and other natural disasters, so I don't know... Anyway, I text DH about it, and he replies that one of his friends (who's quite odd, I can't stand him, and lives 6 hrs away) had dreamt that we had had the baby and because we didn't tell him, he decided to drive down here (to let us know?!). So I don't know what's up with all these people dreaming of me giving birth these days, but let's hope it happens soon! I just told hubby that his friend better not even think of coming to visit soon after the birth because I have a hard time standing him on a good day, let alone when I'm sleep deprived and heavily bleeding from my crotch.
MsIan I also had more of a nightmare. I had a dream that he was supper small and I forgot to feed him. Obviously I am stressed about becoming a mom, I woke up crying and DH thinks I'm crazy now. Thanks hormones...
