My nose is growing

in November 2016 Moms
Anyone else's nose getting bigger? I thought I was going crazy but then I looked it up. Please tell me I'm not alone :smile:

    Lol...unfortunately it's a real thing.  My nose hasn't grown (yet) but it definetly did with my 1st.  Old wise tale says it's mostly a girl thing vs boy but take that with a grain of salt as I've know some women who it has happened to and have had a boy. 

    Take comfort in knowing that it will go back to normal after youve have the baby :-)

    I didn't have it with my daughter, but did with both boys.

    See as @greeneyedunicorn said hers were boys and mine was a girl.  Just a wise tale.  It should go back to normal soon after you have the baby though :)

    Mine got bigger when I was pregnant with my son.  But not until 30+ weeks.  At that point everything had grown.  Feet and nose.  My feet just went back down after 18 months!  My nose returned to normal size much quicker.

    I have never heard of this! Is it just that it swells up?

    I figured that it may be a Pinocchio reference and grow as a result of all the fibbing/ "Oh, we're still trying, no idea when it will happen again for us" comments I've been making! LOL

    Began TTC: September 2015
    BFP #1: 10/12/16, EDD: 06/23/15,
    (pPROM, 16 wks + emergency D&E 12/31/15)
    BFP #2: 03/09/16, EDD: 11/16/16

    @lilwonder, I was thinking the same thing! I hadn't heard of that particular symptom, though had heard of feet growing (and often never going back).

    @lilwonder I thought the same thing! I guess I'll have to start obsessively checking out my nose now lol
