App not working

Sorry to create a whole new thread for this but I am having trouble navigating the mobile site since the app isn't working. @BumpAdmin - the app absolutely will not open. According to the App Store there was an update today so I am assuming that is what caused it to break. Any light that can be shed on this or a time frame of fixing it? (I tried restarting my phone and that didn't work)

  • And also everytime I click on the community button from my phone it takes me to a webpage for insurance for couples wtf?
  • Ugh! Yes! Mass Mutual. So annoying!
  • Forgive me for asking and being clueless, but is it normal to get receive any notifications from the app? I get the weekly pregnancy updates but I mean as far as the birth club goes, I don't get notified when people respond to posts or tag me...is there a setting to change this that I'm just not aware of?

    Hi @BabySeaTurles, I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble opening the app. Can you please let me know what device you are using, and did you notice this issue after updating to the new version of the app? If you are using an iPhone, do you know which version of iOS you are using? We are investigating this issue any other info you can provide would be really helpful! 

    Hi @mamacastro & @fallmom2007, Thanks for sharing this! Do the ads cover the community page, or do they open in a separate tab? We are also looking into this now and working to solve it as soon as possible.

  • @BumpAdmin Mine still isn't opening. It didn't yesterday either. I'm using iPhone and I haven't updated the phone, so it's still the old iOS 8 or 9. Not the newest.

    Hi @paytonpedro,

    Thank you for this! We are aware the app is presenting trouble for some members using iOS 8. We are actively working to release an update to the app that should resolve this issue for iOS 8 users.

  • @BumpAdmin mine opens a new tab completely and I have to close out of it
  • @BumpAdmin my app doesn't always update my current weeks/days. Like it's stuck on the same week and day every day.

    @BumpAdmin I get stuck on threads and can't get out of them by navigating backwards since updating. I have to restart the app to get back to the main board.
