hi ladies, I have not introduced myself yet because I was being cautious until we got in and saw a heartbeat and it felt more real.
Well I had my first appointment on Monday and they did a TV US with the ones they just bring into the room and I measures 5w6d which was very possible and dr was not worried but said why don't you come back in a few days and we should be able to see a heartbeat.
so I went back yesterday (Thursday) and they sent me to the higher def machine and there I again measured 5w6d, there is a fetal pole, and the dr said it had grown and the gestational sac has grown but obviously not as much as we would have expected. So now I have an appointment next Thursday to see if there is any growth. My dr said she's "cautiously optimistic", and I am not completely are about my ovulation date so being 5w6d on Thursday matches up with the week I think I ovulated, but I obviously know the small amount of growth is a concern.
I just hate being in limbo, and I am wondering if anyone had any experience like this? I have had no bleeding or cramping, and very little symptoms, but I also had very little symptoms with both of my other kids.
Many insight anyone has I would greatly appreciate!
