When do they start noticing each other?

I'm eagerly awaiting the day! I *think* Luke "sees" Cam and studies him a bit, but he is more observant in general than Cam.?

Cam always has his eyes shut since he cries all day long, so I don't think he's really noticed much of anything yet. The boys are three months old and a few days.

When did your babies start studying each other and when did they start to interact??

  • Actually just within the last two days...Jack has started smiling and giggling at Emmy now.  It's really cute...emmy just kindof stares back at him with an occassional smile here and there.  Last night they were "playing footsies" when I had them facing each other in their bumbo seats, it was so sweet.

  • I know they were looking at each around 5 mos or so, Luke often reached out for Max.  But it was around 6mos when they started laughing at eachother.  Now, watch out!  If they're both in the right mood and get going, it sounds like a jr. high cheerleading camp in my house.  The screaming is deafening but oh so sweet :)
  • MNHeidi, I think we've noticed this before, but just in case I'm remembering wrong, you have fabulous taste in names!

From the mom of Max, Camden, and Luke ?:)

  • My boys are 3 &1/2 months and I just saw them smiling at each other this week.  It's sooooooooooo cute!

  • Maybe we're imagining things, but it seems like they already do--like when they're right next to each other sleeping.
