Stealing this thread from Nov 2016 board. (Thanks @HeyBooHey ) This is for ladies who are feeling a bit nervous about their lack of (or disappearing) symptoms, if anyone wants to share!
Anything??: So I started with a few symptoms around implantation (a week and a half ago), sore boobs, gassy, nausea, tired. Then they completely went away and I have felt great for about 6 days! Today I thought I felt a little nausea this morning... but I might just be making it up. Boobs feel totally fine.
R/R/Q: I'm the crazy pregnant lady who calls the doctor complaining about feeling normal. She said it's totally normal to feel normal (ha) and that I am just lucky and not to worry unless there is bleeding or cramping.
No symptoms worth mentioning. I have been having headaches but that's not new. Bloating but that doesn't seem very real pregnancy symptom to me. What has been happening is sharp pains down there. Didn't happen with DS so I'm trying not to freak out and call my doc.
4+2? I don't expect to see them yet but I am having light cramping that I don't remember having last time... I don't know, I just don't have my head wrapped around it this time. I need some symptoms for it to feel real
Anything??:Nothing. I am tired but I think I was tired before I got pregnant because I'm running after and playing with my 2 and 3 year olds. About 2-3 days before my period was due I had some slight light pink spotting. That made me worried but one day at a time. Right?
R/R/Q: I'm assuming this stands for rant, rave, question?
Count me in. I'm feeling a little bit more tired than usual, and a little bit hungrier, but that's about it. I also wonder if that's maybe me trying extra hard to feel if I'm feeling different, if that makes sense, haha. Oh yeah, I'm 5 weeks and 6 days in.
Does anyone else feel like you are in a perpetual state of waiting? Waiting for the next blood draw, waiting for the first ultrasound, waiting for the first trimester to be over so you can relax and share the good news, waiting for the shoe to drop.... I thought the two week wait would be the worst, but now that has come and gone and I still don't feel like I can settle down and accept that I am really pregnant. I had two beta levels drawn (460 at 14 dpo and 1600 at 17dpo). These both seem high given that I KNOW my ovulation day because I injected ovidrel and I know I only ovulated one egg based on my transvaginal ultrasound that day. Instead of being happy about these numbers, I am stressing they are too high and could this mean something bad (downs syndrome, molar pregnancy). I'm just being crazy and I know it. I'm nervous that I will have a mc right after a normal test and not know it for weeks! It doesn't help that I am having no symptoms. I normally have a pretty sensitive stomach so I alternate between hoping to feel nauseous so I know its real and being grateful that I can go about my day as normal (for now). I want to be able to just enjoy this process but I'm having a hard time relaxing. Anyone else feel the same? Or does anyone have any tips from the veteran moms out there?

I don't think worry ever goes away. My pregnancy with DS was great- almost no symptoms, textbook- until birth. For some reason the fact I'm having no symptoms now is driving me crazy. It is stressful- you need to take care of yourself! I sometimes distanced away from my last Bump Birth Month because I couldn't take reading all the losses that unfortunately happened. Have you tried yoga or mediation? Those help me right before bed too.
I started off feeling really good with hardly any symptoms. Then I felt super sick for days. Then today I felt ok. Just not hungry. So it's been a roller coaster. Im 6+2
@sarah12 , yes I feel this way too! It's a constant conversation with myself - I have to just keep telling myself to live in the moment and enjoy being pregnant, it's what I've wanted for so long!
The only things I had going on were sore & swollen boobs, falling asleep earlier than normal, and bloat/gas. My breast tenderness seems to have disappeared in the last 24hrs which has me feeling super paranoid. I feel like things should be escalating for me at this point and not hovering or getting less. I just have no idea how things are going in there. I have a lot of anxiety right now.
@sarah12 I complain about the wait all the time. Wait between appointments/results, milestones etc. I think it will be like that the whole pregnancy. Hopefully it gets less stressful after the first tri.
I feel mostly fine too, and it gets me worried! It sounds crazy I'm sure, but most of my "symptoms" were what was most likely only days after I got pregnant. I was dizzy, my lower back hurt, I had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen, my nipples hurt, and realized I'd been drinking milkshakes all week when I never crave sweet things. Last week I started feeling nauseous around noon every day, but I never throw up, and it goes away fairly quickly. I did have really horrible bathroom issues over the weekend, that I can't think of any reason for other than some random pregnancy thing. I am very, very, very tired though....that's the one thing I can say I'm feeling!
Anything??: I feel mostly ok. Some nausea, lightheadedness and headaches. I've had some slight cramping which makes me worry (but it could be normal - my brain just goes to worry).
R/R/Q: My husband said this happened last time. Glad he has a better memory that me!
DS1: 12/17/2014 DS2: born sleeping at 26 weeks on 8/8/2016 due to chromosomal deletion Pregnant with baby 3 - EDD 9/14/2017
Still not much to report here. With my other 3 children, I had horrible morning sickness after week 6 started. Maybe I won't have it this time? Still makes me nervous though!
I'm still not feeling much at all, but I actually have had a few waves of nausea. They seem pretty random and don't last long. Boobs don't hurt at all.
Nothing here other than exhaustion and sore nips (especially when nursing my 18month old).
This will be my 4th baby and each pregnancy has seemed to get better and better. So I keep telling myself everything is fine, but it's just really weird not being nauseous and vomiting all the time for once. I'll feel better when I finally hear that little heartbeat.

I had my first nausea today. I went out for a walk, and about a mile in, I thought I was going to throw up - figures, right? The time when I'm not near a bathroom, this happens! Well I didn't barf, I powered through it, but it was not a fun time, haha.
4 weeks exactly here. I need to intro, will get to that.
I feel hungrier? I think? I had my second beta today and my number more than doubled but it's still lower than a lot I've seen, so maybe that's why I don't feel much? What I do feel I swear is in my head. I am on progesterone and getting horrible night sweats but that's the meds.
Five weeks + 2, so far very different from my first. With my DS my boobs were almost instantly a cup larger and sore, I was always thirsty and I started having food aversions about 5 weeks in. This time none of the above. I'm still BF so that could be part of it. I'm less worried and more just trying to enjoy whatever time I have left before the two month hangover starts:)
the morning sickness has already started, I however am not complaining about that. I am more than excited to finally be expecting again after my loss in feb2015 my DD was born in 2013 and I had morning sickness with her from the day I found out until about 5 months along, I remember whining and complaining about it. I will not be that same pregnant lady this time around! I know however I am going to constantly have in the back of my head the possibility of another miscarriage. So I'm going to enjoy the good the bad and the ugly of this pregnancy, and try to keep those thoughts at bay
So I hit 6 weeks yesterday and thought I would magically feel more pregnant. Nope. I keep reminding myself that I had no symptoms with DS but it doesn't seem to help my anxiety.
nausested earlier last week and that died down. Also started eating snacks throughout the day which helped. Boobs are so sore at times that it doesn't matter if I wear a bra or not. That went away for a few days so anxiety set in and I'm trying not to freak out (this is my first) but it came back lol so many different things happening though. Also very tired. I've never been one to nap but fell asleep last night at 545 till 7p and slept all night which wouldn't happen normally. So I think things are going ok.
Go back on Tuesday at lunch to see if we can find a heart beat. Anyone been to the point where they didn't find one but everything was ok??
This board helps put my mind at ease because I barely have any symptoms. For example, I found out a week ago and that day I was nauseated but never got sick. It's gone down from there to basically no nausea. If I eat a huge meal I definitely feel like there's something in there. No sore boobs, maybe some fatigue but I'm usually always tired. No cravings and anything else. It would just be nice to have some reminders to ease my anxiety

I had no symptoms yesterday or today.. heck even at work, my anxiety was totally gone and I slept like a rock and woke up feeling more rested than I have in a while. I was worried! So in my desperation, being out of pregnancy tests, I used an OPK. And smiled when the line showed up blazing immediately before the control line slowly appeared. I'm crazy at least still!

It's so good to hear all of you struggling with similar anxieties about this - thanks for sharing everyone!
Today at 6 w 1 day, I had the most extreme fatigue of my life, even after sleeping great! Also got nauseated when I went to the store and walked by Vienna Sausages. I think I'm beginning to feel a bit pregnant. Whoop whoop!
Is anyone else experiencing mild cramping or aching? This one comes and goes and really sets off my anxiety...i'm so paranoid in the first trimester! I'm having insomnia as well and oddly at the same time every night (2am!). I've been trying to catch up on sleep when my 3 year old naps or going to bed when he does. Other than that, mildly sore boobs (though not nearly as bad as my.1st pregnancy so far), and brief nausea a couple times. Overall I'd say my symptoms are more manageable this time (so far).
@mamatopequenito It could definitely be me writing your post - I have all the same symptoms as you! And yes, mild cramping and aching is perfectly normal. It's a mixture of things - your uterus stretching and also your digestive system slowing down.
I get all bent out of shape about my lack of symptoms but I think I may just disregard things that might be more bothersome to other people.
I have been feeling almost flu-like by about 4pm most days. Achey and miserable with the intense urge to just lie down. Usually coupled with a mild-moderate headache. I guess this is the fatigue everyone talks about? Usually I can just muscle through it, but the last few days it has been harder.

I don't get the headache, but by 4pm I'm just exhausted. I had been achey, but I've been doing more core exercises and being more mindful about stretching and that has really helped. I try to get everything done for work and errands done by 4pm because once it hits, I am DONE for the day! Strangely, though, I can't nap. Just feels like I need to lay on the couch with a book.
