Oy, yesterday I was chasing after my 9-almost-10-year-old as we were playing in the yard, and something went very wrong in my pelvic floor. I do believe that I'm now dealing with SPD. I have less than 8 weeks until my due date (June 3rd), this is baby #4 and I'll most likely go into labor a week early, I did with both baby #2 and baby #3, but I can barely walk! Seriously, I'm hobbling around like I just got gang banged by the 49ers defensive line! Has anyone else had to deal with this? Tips for PT or pain management?

@mamanicoleof3 @nicknshan you guys are killing me. I'm literally cracking up at my desk.
I'm sorry - I'm 12.
I did the same thing once, I think I got out of the car funny. Anyway: 1) call your doctor/go see your doctor 2) enlist H so you can rest, rest, rest. I was realllllllllly lucky and mine went away after 2 days. Some people have it last longer. I think Tylenol/ice helped, but I don't remember. Hopefully your doc/nurse can help!
I find that pacing myself when I walk & sleeping with a folded pillow between my knees help. If I walk quickly, it really kicks up. Baths are also a God send. A few minutes of gravitational relief does wonders. Oh, and I got a new mattress. My old one was due for changing - getting mushy. A new, firm mattress has made a world of difference in the hip & pelvic pain department.
