First night in crib!!

baby boy has been in our room every night since birth. Last night we transitioned him into his crib in his room. We figured it would take a few nights. Nope, he slept peacefully in his room all night. Woke up at 3:30 to eat but back down right away. Up again at 6:45 but we are now up for the day. It may have been a total fluke but I'll take it!!

    And you survived too! Our first crib night was not great sleep for me even though she slept like an angel! Good job momma!

    We are getting ready to do this with DS.  Right now, we try and get him to nap in there as much as possible.  He does pretty good with falling asleep in there, so hopefully when we do make the change, it isn't a rough one.  Hope it lasts for you!

    We did the transition on Thursday night. She's sleeping pretty good, but she does circles in the crib! Without fail, she moves at least 180 degrees every time we lay her down. It's too funny.

    LO still will not sleep in his crib. I've tried elevating the mattress, putting a rolled up towel under the sheet, warming the mattress, putting something that smells like me in there....all of it. But just recently, we've put his rock n play in his room since he's got a cold and is so noisy when sleeping! 3 nights now and he's slept great! He wakes to eat then is right back out! Hoping this helps the transition to the crib a little easier since he'll already be used to the room.

    We put LO in her crib at 8 weeks and shes slept longer and better since so chances are its not a fluke! Hopefully it isnt at least

    He slept in the crib again last night, no issues. Up once to eat around 3 ish again. I kind of miss hearing him in our room but I just sat in the glider in his room for a bit after the 3 am feeding. He does not nap in his crib. He usually naps in a rock and play.
