Looking to add one to my day since my Prenatal doesn't have it. I'd like to get a chewable since the big pills make me feel too nauseous going down and something that is a safe source for pregnancy obviously. Any recommendations? How much DHA should I aim for in one per day (some have 50, some 100, some 200, I'm clueless)? Thanks!

I wonder if it makes a difference as to the source? (Tuna, etc.) my doctor didn't seem to act like it does. Anyone taking one made from Tuna?

ETA: I didn't mention it's one a day, with everything. I do get extra calcium from food though.
Advil is a big no-no while pregnant. I haven't taken a single Tylenol since being pregnant though, but if I absolutely had to, I would. But I stayed medicine-free during whole first trimester.
Look at vitafusin prenatal gummies. They have fish oils and dha. Only bad thing I see is no iron. I'll be switching back to my normal pills as soon as I can handle it.
