I love LulaRoe leggings. They are simply amazing. And I will pair it with an Irma or something...
But I don't understand the obsession. I think the prices are ridiculously high for what looks like homemade clothing. Patterns are often sewn crooked. Most of the prints are terribly ugly (exception - except for on leggings). And any consultant I have met has no return policy - just replace.
Phew, I'm glad we're back to unpopular opinions as opposed to unofficial.
This seems to be unpopular in my area, but I think using your signals when driving is pretty important. AND, if you're turning left, you do not need to be hugging the right side of the lane. Don't be an asshole, think of the people behind you...especially when the person behind you is a pregnant lady with zero patience for your stupidity. People are dumb.
Leggings are not pants! If you're going to wear leggings, please wear a shirt long enough to cover everything and leave some stuff to the imagination. I don't need to see up your butt or know if you have a camel toe or not.
I can't stand people discussing their private affairs in public spaces. I DGAF about a detailed description of your relative's health issues. You talk loud and obnoxious. Go away moron.

Haha! I'm wearing/loving my maternity leggings right now!
I've already posted mine in FFF, but I'll share again, I am not a fan of our siggys this month. I seen em once, I don't need or want to see them anymore. I voted for baby animals, I think they would be more fun to look at than crying kids.

I had a fb friend who would post EVERYTHING about her relationship on FB. I'm talking about a "woman" in her mid 30's with 3 children. I use to be friends with her as a child, our parents had a 8 year relationship when we were younger, but I unfriended her after her boyfriend "hacked" her page and talked, in detail, about their sex live, including how good she tasted in the morning! WTF is wrong with people! Sorry to "hack" you're post, but I had to share that one. Also, always posting about fights and his mental illness and what not, but the details were enough to make me judge hard and delete.

Same. I couldn't find any I wouldn't get tired of looking at for a month. I think I'm just going to post a baby animal pic anyways. The category will be "I do what I want". lol
I like July's siggy this month - animals as flowers.
My UO is that I can't stand when couples communicate personal things to each other via each other's facebook walls. Or on comments...or anywhere other people can see it on Facebook. This girl I know posted a pic of herself post workout (I won't go there) and her boyfriend commented on it and said "I enjoyed our second workout too :". Cue vomit. Ugh.
Don't these people have phones with texting capabilities? Also, you can send private messages on FB...

THIS! YES! Honestly, I can't stand when couples regularly communicate through Facebook... Intimate details or not. Are you sharing a link to an article or tagging them in a picture or status? Completely acceptable. But writing on each other's walls about the most asinine things "Fuller House tonight when you get home!" "What do you feel like for dinner?" "Can you bring toilet paper upstairs?" I'm sorry if you are married and living together I am sure you have your husband's cell phone number. Text or call or just talk to them face-to-face like a normal human.
My UO today is that I am not a fan of sriracha. Most of my coworkers & friends are obsessed with it. I feel like it is just spicy ketchup (& I hate ketchup). It is overrated. I apologize if I have offended anyone with this statement lol.
Unless you run a business or are trying to market yourself for your career, I think its silly to have accounts with more than one or two of the social media sites. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, snapchat, etc. Pic one, maybe two, to keep in touch with people and move on. What a waste of time!
Also, sports and soccer classes for two year olds are overpriced and dumb. Go play ball with your kid, they will get more from it than from half an hour of wandering in a group of toddlers while you pretend they are learning something. (I'm the only mom I know in my area of this opinion)
My UO is that although I am uncomfortable EVERY. SINGLE. DAY., I am not, contrary to popular belief, "wanting the baby out". I am not "playing the waiting game". I am crossing my legs and hoping that my water doesn't break every day. People say this shit to me on a daily basis (because I am so freaking huge... yeah, yeah... no more rubbing raw potatoes on my bump! Obviously that is the issue) and I think it's insensitive because I just want my baby to be born full freaking term and not have to be in the NICU with an IV in his head and having endless scans and pokes like the last one. Strangers I can forgive for saying dumb shit--they don't know me--but when people who do know me say, "Oh I bet you are sick of being pregnant and just want the baby out!", it pisses me off. DH's cousin said that they had a bet that I'd be ready to have the baby in April and be totally over it. Yes, I am old AF and look awkward lumbering around like I have a lead beachball under my dress, but no one wants to have their baby so soon that there's a question as to whether or not the baby will make it or have lasting issues due to prematurity.
And on the couple FB thing--ew. No one wants to be all up in your couple business. Isn't there a blog that documents the disgusting personal posts that some couples share on Facebook? I swear I have seen that...

1) when people at Starbucks are on their phone waiting for their drinks, see one that looks like it could be theirs and grabs it without checking the name. Hi, sir, I'm fairly certain you're not a female with a female name.... GTFOff your phone and listen to what's being called and what's written on the cup. 2) when the Starbucks barista overflows your cup because they put too much ice in it. I normally wouldn't complain, except now I have iced caramel macchiato drips on my shirt. 3) people in Southern California just do not fucking understand how to drive in the rain. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!! Use your brain! Slow down a little, blinkers are your friends, and don't you tucking dare be honking at me because you're the idiot who forgot we can drive unless it's 78 and sunny and now you're about to be late to work. Asshole.... 4) why do gas stations have to have such dramatic differences in prices?? The shell station is $3.39, across the street chevron is $3.19, and Arco is $3.09 but is debit only, same with Costco (unless you use Costco card). And my discover card is 5% cash back at gas stations.
I really think people should send thank you cards. I know I'm old fashioned, but really, if someone flies (with their 1 year old!) to your wedding and writes a big check, you can put a 40cent post card in the mail.
sdLindenberg Wow..gas is cheap here. The most I saw was $1.92.
My UO is people who complain they don't have enough money when they go around buying their 15 year old daughter a used jaguar. Oh and this women kept saying, "It's not new, It's used." Who cares? Must be nice to have your parents buy you a fancy car before you're even on the road driving. The gall of some people who flaunt their money..sheesh! Or the ones who still complain they're broke when they spend like 400 a month on their cell phone bills. News flash! You don't have to have the most data in the world on your freakin cell phone!
Legging as pants: meh you do you, but if I can see through them because they're so tight then wear a longer shirt.
My UO: teenage girls shouldn't wear short shorts. I'm talking ass cheeks hanging out. It's beyond inappropriate. I'm all for being proud of your body, and not body shaming, but private parts should be covered. The same goes for guys shorts hanging so low that I can see your underwear. Just no. I'm also in favor of a strict dress code at school.
At work the other day i had a lady walk up and say "Hi i was looking to get an application- OH MY GOD YOURE PREGNANT." Yes, and after you finish your application i am throwing it away for the sheer fact of you yelling at me almost resulted in me peeing myself.
Maybe thats rude of me..but if youre coming in to leave a good impression you dont need to be telling the person who would hire you that they look like they should pop tomorrow when they have 8 weeks left...
@sdLindenberg- the driving thing happens here all the freaking time, except it's when it snows. We live in MINNESOTA. You HAVE to know how to drive in snow.
I get kinda excited when people white knight stupid posts. It can make an otherwise normal/boring day more interesting. Does that make me an awful, awful person?
@TNvols27@kbequette08 California problems, lol. Gas is "cheap" where I live right now at $3.37. It was below $3 a month or so ago and people were going nuts.

Damn. I got pissed off when gas went above $2 here a few weeks ago. I knew California always has high prices but that's ridiculous!

A few years ago we literally had about 3 months where it was above $4 and a week or so where it rested above $5. It was awful.
This is probably unpopular but I hope the gas prices go up soon, I miss my bonuses, raises, and job security.
This one takes the UO cake.
Please don't hate me, I'm not a filthy rich oil exec or anything. I'm just a working class lady who now hasn't had a bonus in over a year or a raise in two. When I took my job I didn't push the salary issue because I was told bonuses were generous...total fail.
My UO: I totally side-eye those new moms-to-be that research every possible baby and baby-related item to the nth degree. I'm talking looking at multiple review sites and you tube demonstrations of non-critical items - not, say, a car seat or something safety related or high-use/high-spend like a stroller.
My suggestion: if you're spending hours debating the receptacle for your child's discarded excrement, put the computer down and do something useful. Like, IDK, getting certified in infant cpr FFS!
This is probably unpopular but I hope the gas prices go up soon, I miss my bonuses, raises, and job security.
This was totally going to be my UO. Gas is anywhere from $1.50-$1.90 here. Don't get me wrong, it's nice for a little while, but when friends and relatives start to panic about layoffs then I'm over it.
Maybe this is more suited for a FFFC, but since it is a popular topic on here...
I do not understand US gas prices at all! Are these prices good? Bad? How to they compare to the prices here? I have noooooooo clue, lol.
(I love me some confused Britney!)
It depends on what you're comparing to. Gas (where I live) is current $2.09 for a gallon. Canada does liters for gas, right? Theres 3.78 liters to a gallon and then factor in whatever the exchange rate is for US to Canadian $$. This is the cheapest gas has been since I got my driver's license and I can fill my car for around $20 so I'm super excited and hoping prices stay right where they're at!
@DeePaddy24 $1.90 here is about $2.50 in Canada. That's per gallon. I think the average midsized car has about a 12 gallon tank. So cost about $23us/ 30 ca vs almost twice that in Cali
@DeePaddy24 I can't speak for how gas is sold in Canada but for comparison, when I got my drivers license, (1999) gas prices were .99 a gallon. Over the last 2-3 years they were as high as almost $5 a gallon. Most recently they have dropped back down to $1.75-$1.90...
There are parts of Texas where it gets that expensive, but it's very uncommon. I just happen to live within minutes of two of the worlds largest refineries. We never truly experience the price gouging that the rest of the world has to suffer through as a result. What does end up happening is that a lot of people start to lose their jobs. I would happily pay the same $3-$5 per gallon if it meant that I wouldn't have multiple friends and relatives out of jobs. Although, I do realize that not everyone can afford to do that and both situations are equally frightening for different types of families.
Edited because the app is stupid and tagged @sdnybrk1 for no reason at all.
LOL, thanks for the help ladies! I can't math today (or, any day really). However it all works out, I'm positive it's much cheaper to fill up in the States than it is here...especially with the exchange rate right now. Filling a tank for $20?! I'm not sure I've ever been able to do that, lol.

Currently working on hiring someone new at work and going through dozens of resumes.
Resumes with misspelled words get fed through the shredder 100% of the time.
I went through about 30 yesterday and kept 5 on this philosophy alone. If you can't proofread your resume I don't want to hire you.
