WAYDTGKU: I need to keep a copy of this so I can just paste it each day: round 3 of Clomid + TI, adding Ovidrel trigger this month, temping, OPKs.
R/R/CS: Forgot to do an OPK again this morning, but did one last night and it was negative. FF shows me as "probably fertile" today and I have zero idea what that is based on. I have no CM/CP recorded, only temps at this point.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? My high school experience was average I guess? I had a good group of friends, not the "popular" crowd, but just like the middle-of-the-road crowd. I had a long-term boyfriend from 10th-12th grade, went to football games and prom and all that stuff. I did pretty well in school and stayed out of major trouble. I mean it was fine, nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

R/R/CS: My ultra sound is today and Dr is going to go over my blood work results with me! The last step in this PCOS debacle before we get a plan of attack. I did a lot of research on my blood work results last night as I want to go into my appointment prepared and knowledgeable. I stumbled upon the term Non-Insulin Resistant PCOS, and I'm going to bring that up. All of my results were with in completely normal ranges, except my LH to FSH was 2:1, which I know is one of the telltale signs. Also, I got home last night and someone had started a FB page to discuss the details of my 10 year HS reunion. I'm over here feeling all:
GTKY: High School was okay for me. I was friendly with everyone so I got by just fine! Small town though, everyone knew everyone!
R/R/CS: I don't really have anything one way or another.... DH was being extra cuddly and sweet last night because apparently I was (I didn't feel like I was being any different... who knows)
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? It was good I guess. I had "friends" in every group but wasn't "popular" and I had a close knit group of 2-3 really close friends. I started working at 13 (I was a volunteer in terms of payment but went full staff member within a year) so my senior year I had one class, then I was an aid for one class and then I left for "work study" Here's where the dork in me comes out... I was President of my FFA and Environmental club my senior year and junior year I was Secretary of FFA and president/captain of Dance club/team

*TW someone elses PG mentioned** So yesterday my SIL texted me, (she is about 8 months pregnant with her 3rd) and she said she had a dream the night before that I was 4 weeks pregnant. She knows we have been TTC. Obviously I am not 4 weeks pregnant which I told her. but im hoping coming from a very pregnant lady that is some sort of good sign.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like?
highschool was ok. i definitely wasnt one of the popular kids but by 10th grade I had my little group of friends and that was enough for me. Also when I got my first real boyfriend. I wasnt really very into a lot of school stuff, no sports teams or clubs. I was one of the more "punk" kids. Spent a lot of my time in bands (I play bass guitar) and going to concerts. Also spent a lot of time playing video games. I wasnt that awesome at school but I got decent enough grades. I definitley came more into my own in college then highschool though. My reunion was in 2014 and I didnt go, DH didnt go to his either. Anyone we really cared about we were still in touch with so no reason to go to see a whole bunch of people we never liked anyways and probably never liked us either.
R/R/CS: Question: How soon after AF do you guys start using your OPKs? I believe she's wrapping up now.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? High school was fine. I was fairly sociable and made a good group of friends I'm still contact with today. I did well academically, didn't party, was in like 20 clubs lol and did theatre.
R/R/CS: FF is confused and gave me crosshairs. I know it's because of the bottle of wine that I drank on Saturday night and the Provera that I'm taking now so I'm just going to ignore them and stay over here. I've never been in the TWW and I don't want to lose my TWW virginity on some false crosshairs!
GTKY: I was an athletic nerd. I was a 3 sport athlete and took a lot of AP classes so I had a large variety of friends. Overall, I liked high school and did well. My high school boyfriend was a huge a$$hole though so I wasn't too smart obviously.
R/R/CS: My doctor called this morning--looks like my pap, B12, and vitamin D all came back normal, woo! My TSH (for my thyroid) actually came back a little too high, so I am going to bump my dosage down from 112mcg to 100 today and then re-check in 4-6 weeks. I'm pretty happy about this; regulating my thyroid should help with TTC. Plus, I had a decent temp shift up again today, so I'm pretty sure with one high temp tomorrow, it will confirm an O day on CD17, which means I can move over to the TWW tomorrow!
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? My 10 year reunion would be this summer too, @mrsdaddario , if anyone actually goes to the trouble of planning it! My high school experience was great in the sense that I had a WONDERFUL group of friends. I was not popular by any means (in fact, all the popular kids called my group of friends "The AP group" because we pursued as many difficult courses as we could, lol--two of my best friends were valedictorian and salutatorian). I was definitely a goody-two-shoes and never got into any trouble, but when my friends and I got together, we LOOOOVED good-hearted pranks. We were super goofy and would spend the night at each others' houses nearly every weekend (this was what we called "partying," ha!), watching movies, doing prank phone calls, eating all the food, and talking about boys. We even froze each others' bras sometimes--who does that?!? I was happy to leave high school itself behind when I went to college, but I sure did miss my friends. We still get together at holidays when we are able--in fact, the baby shower that I went to this past week--that was for the salutatorian!

@writeress Which brand of OPK's do you use? Wondfo's actually come with a chart that tells you what day of your cycle to start taking them, depending on the average length of your cycle. That link shows the chart. Hope that's helpful!
Edit: The link didn't work so here's the instructions!
CD: 1 Though I am happy to be here and out of limbo
WAYDTGKU: right now just pnv's and temping..and a little sulking and a lot of wine for the next couple days.
R/R/CS: if my cycle continues as it has been for past 4 months, I will O on CD13. (This is all speculation bc I know cycles can change at any time) the thing is CD12 is a 24 hour shift for FI so it will be difficult, near impossible for us to BD and get -1 in. I feel like I miss -1 all the time and in my head I'm like this isn't helping our Chances of getting a BFP. Ugh rant over.
Rave is that I am truly amazed by temping and what it can tell us about our bodies. That and the gas station guy gave me a fist bump today for no reason and it made me smile. Lol
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? Ugh like a roller coaster. The first two years were awesome - I was in the "in" crowd and played competitive soccer. Then my mom got sick and I had to quit soccer to help care for my siblings and I gained so much weight and became a pin cushion basically. It makes me sad to think about what kids have to go through today with being picked on and all social media and everything at least when I was being made fun of it stayed where It was and didn't spread like wild fire.
@writeress I usually start around CD10. I try to start a little earlier than I expect just in case I O early that cycle. I've never gotten a positive before CD 13 though. And more likely it is Cd 14-18 for me.
GTKY: Since I posted in the TWW this morning, YAY AF just showed up! I like that both GTKY are HS themed lol. I was definitely one of the nerdy art kids that went to the art room 1st thing in the morning, everyday @ lunch & even had a special smock the art teacher bought me (hehe) NO REGRETS! Art was the best Popularity wise meh, obviously not one of the popular kids, altho it's so ironic how after my boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me @ the beginning of senior year & i lost an f-ton of weight all the popular girls were like OMFG YOU LOOK SO GREAT - it's like seriously bitches? Lol.
ME: 31 | DH: 31

TTC (BBT & FF) #1: April 2015 (Off BC: January 2015)
R/R/CS: Temp shot up this morning. All three methods in FF give me dotted CH at CD11, but I'm not buying it, nope nope nope. The Sparty18 method says CD14 and that's what I'm going with. The only way to move my CH with Advanced is to give myself two more high temps and take out the peak OPK from Saturday. I think I've decided I must have had two LH surges so my OPK detected the first one and since it's the advanced OPK I couldn't keep using it so I can't confirm I had another one, but all signs point to yes. I will be ordering the wondfo OPKs to use along with my CB next cycle. Here's my chart if you're curious:
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? Overall I had a great high school experience. I was a really good student but had a lot of fun, too. I dated plenty of guys, broke hearts and had mine broken, I would sneak out and have fun, I played soccer, I loved going to football games and had serious school spirit and I had several different groups of friends. I'm still close with friends from high school that actually went to a different school that I knew from a soccer league. I'm sure there are things I would go back and do differently, but I have no regrets from those days.
R/R/CS: Go today for a baseline u/s and start allll over again. On a different but somewhat related note, I had my kidneys checked the other day b/c I had been having some issues and received an email from my dr this morning that said my kidney function has improved over the last couple months. I only bring this up b/c my rheumatologist told me that if they didn't improve then I may need to stop TTC. I was like HELL NO.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? Pretty good. I transferred schools sophomore year so that was sort of hard but I ended up with a small group of close friends and pretty much stuck with them most of the time. I also ran track and cross country which I have great memories of. I did not go to my 10 year reunion b/c I lived across the country by then.

R/R/CS: So this morning at about 1am I woke up and decided to take an OPK since I was headed to the bathroom anyways. It ended up being what I would consider a positive, but I'm not quite sure since the one I took this morning at 7am was negative. Is that normal with OPKs?
*Trigger Warning Begins For Second Half of Post*
Also, my KU friend went a little crazy this morning posting all these horror stories and videos about stillbirths and babies dying from unsafe baby cribs etc. and I was just not prepared for it. I was at my desk crying from a woman's testimonial of her stillbirth and watching videos about near fatal accidents from recalled baby products, and my mascara running was not a pretty way to start my day. Like give a girl some warning before you cover your facebook wall with pictures of dead babies.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like?
Well I went to three different high schools because of my fringe Gypsy family, so it varied. I was dating DH for most of it though, so I can't complain. When it was good it was really good. My senior year was a wreck though, because that's when DH and I split for about 10 months because I went BSC from my MC. He didn't know about it at the time and just thought I was being a crazy controlling weirdo since my personality flipped so much. The first three years were pretty good though. WAYDTGKU: Just trying to not kill anyone is all I'm doing right now.
R/R/CS: I had one of those meltdowns yesterday. I broke down and cried because I can't fit into my clothes without a muffin top, and have acne everywhere right now, and knew my period was coming. I decided to go to target and buy 2 pairs of stretchy jeans and then got a pedicure. It definitely helped. Plus DH told me I was pretty and bought me chocolate.
GTKY: My high school experience was fun. I think phasing out of my creepy looking phase in jr. high was the best thing. By creepy I mean acne, braces, glasses, eye-patch from scratching cornea, mom jeans because i grew too fast, and super short hair because i fell asleep with gum in my mouth. All of this combined made me sort of a recluse, but grew out of it by the time i was in high school and everything seemed so much more enjoyable for me...still awkward, but bearable.

R/R/CS: Temp went down today. No clue what’s going on. Maybe today is O day? Who knows anymore! Didn’t HIO yesterday but will today hopefully. I’m not feeling very confident this cycle
anyway regardless of whether or not our timing ends up being good. Not sure why but at least I won’t be completely
crushed this time like I was last month!
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high
school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like? My high school experience
was fine. That’s really the only word I could
think of. Uneventful. Not bad or anything just high school… College on the other hand, now that was the
best experience of my life.
@sldp123
FF is doing the same thing to me. “Probably
fertile” and I’ve added no OPK or CM.
Frustration!!!
@kfair001 I played volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I was significantly better at soccer though haha. I wanted to play in college but I went to school for engineering and all my labs freshman and sophomore year were during practice times for the school team and the club team so I just played loads of intramurals haha. Until I moved last year, I still played soccer 5 days a week! Did you play any in college?
Month/Cycle: 4/2 ( 1st month TTC after 2 months of TTA)
CD: 14
WAYDTGKU: BD, PNV, OPK
R/R/CS: Ugh I need to start temping. I am so confused by whats going on, I have been using OPKs since Monday, which according to the chart it comes with was kind of early, but I wanted a broad idea of what was happening since it was my first month with them. I got a pretty dark line Tuesday night, and all day yesterday I had cramps on my right side, along with some other symptoms I would associate with O'ing. Yesterday afternoon and evening OPKs were super light. I thought it may be because I drank too much water/coffee, but this morning there was still only a very faint line. Could I have O'ed that early (CD13)? Based on my 29 day cycle Wondfo says I should start TESTING on CD13. I feel ok with the timing I have if that's the case (DH and I have gone ED since Sunday) but it seems off. I know no one can tell me anything without temping, I am just kind of ranting.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? Oh so terrible. I was very bad and did horrible things **TW** and had an eating disorder and other emotional issues. But I am a happy and well adjusted adult now!
R/R/CS: Dear O, where are you? Hubster leaves tomorrow, I saw ewcm for the very first time the other day, but the opks won't turn and my temp won't go up. I'll be pissed if this is a fake out. I'm getting sore, dammit.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? I went to a small high school (fewer than 400 kids) and my friends and I were in the middle of the popular kids and the not so popular. We were all in sports and clubs and the NHS and tough classes. I thoroughly enjoyed quite a lot of high school. I never really got into trouble, played softball, was a cheerleader, 4.0 GPA. Eldest child syndrome....
Me - 30 DH - 36 Married 10/12/13 TTC #1 since 10/15 Chart!
R/R/CS: Sorry for the post and ghost yesterday, everyone. Thanks for the support! I was losing it about the pregnancy complaints. I swear, people don't know what they have anymore. It drives me up a wall when people bitch about things that are honestly GIFTS. "Wah my internet is slow today" "omg they took that off Netflix?" "Yuck this water isn't crystal spring triple filtered mineral water" "Ugh being pregnant sucks so much look at my weight gain lol haha ugh!" ...... Rrrrr. I was helping someone all day yesterday at work who complained about literally every aspect of her life! Everything she said was negative. I can't handle that. It makes me totally batty. ESPECIALLY when I so very much want to be pregnant and I would relish and enjoy every symptom, even then ones that suck! Ah!
In other news, I'm having some labs drawn today for thyroid issues. It runs in the family and I've been TTC for 6 months so my OB thought it would be prudent to take a look. I'm feeling pretty down being in the 6 month range now, so I'm glad to be doing SOMETHING to work on it. I'm only 25, so I definitely feel like six months of well timed sex maybe should've gotten us somewhere and I'm anxious to start looking at a potential issue.
GTKY:
I met DH in high school! Also, I wasn't that into the "experience" I suppose. I moved 800 miles when I was halfway through my freshman year and that kind of killed it. Huge culture shock, I went from a big city to a small town! I friend jumped a lot from there out until DH got a hold of me.
@sldp123 - I have a premade form on my notepad on my phone so I can just fill in the parts that have changed! It's very useful.
@mrsdaddario - I'm glad you have a plan of attack formulating! I felt glad getting some labs today because it feels like I'm DOING something.
@ladystinson - I worked junior and senior year of HS, so I always feel like that second half wasn't "school" ish as far as the "experience" goes.
@mokay19 - lol TWW virginity. We'll keep ya here until you don't want us no more!!
@kellybean1988 - I had a TSH drawn today. Family history of hoshimoto's! I'm anxious with how it will come back.
R/R/CS: migraine day 4. Didn't sleep well which I think is the reason for a temp spike today.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? I loved high school. I was involved in lots of things (choir, orchestra, swim team) and had a really awesome core group of friends. I had my 10 year reunion a couple years ago. DH couldn't go so I took my little brother. He hung out with my friends in HS because he was only a year behind me. We all picked up where we left off like HS was yesterday. I actually miss high school sometimes.

WAYDTGKU: temping, doing OPK tonight, and tomorrow, and BD (hopefully, see below)
R/R/CS: Probably should have BD last night, since FF has my O date as 4/8, but DH was too tired.. His day started at 6:30 yesterday and didn't end until 8... Hoping that we will post Mexican night tonight.. Since the Margs will be flowing! Because if not today, then we won't really have another time until this weekend, because we are traveling for a wedding tomorrow.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? I had a good experience. There are several things looking back that I would have done differently. I have a serious boyfriend from Freshman year to Junior year, and was really wrapped up in him. I didn't get a real close friend group until after we broke up the summer before my senior year and I started reconnecting with old elementary school friends... That relationship was toxic, looking back on it, and if I had one thing I would change, it would be that. I would have dated more, I would have not let him have such control over me, and I wouldn't have let him into my life so intimately. However, I'm still very close with all of my girlfriends from high school, so that's good! We group text often
Me: 33 DH: 36 Together since 2007 Happily Ever After 4.30.2015 ~~One Beautiful Daughter~~ Born: 11.6.2017 Trying for #2!!
WAYDTGKU: PNVs, OPKs, eating healthier, all that jazz.
R/R/CS: I have nothing really TTC related... but it really grinds my gears when I send someone an e-mail with my name at the bottom and they come back with something completely different. How difficult is it to spell my name when it's spelled out for you.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? I don't want to be that person, but my high school experience was great. I was a choir nerd and got a scholarship to a University with a top rated music program.
That being said, my choir teacher was a piece of work. She was straight out of university and had gone to high school with my cousin. Apparently her and my cousin were very competitive with each other and ended up in a fist fight. This woman hated me and even went as far to spread a rumor that I had sex in a hot tub on a school trip she was supervising. Then she wrote a letter to the University I wanted to go to before my audition and told them I was a horrible singer and it would be a waste of their time. ... I may or may not still be salty about this. The look on her face when I told her I got in was priceless.
R/R/CS: Just waiting for O. DH had his second interview yesterday for a new job and said it went really well! He said by the things they were saying he thinks he's got it in the bag, but will hear early next week. I really hope he gets it and if for some reason he doesn't it's going to crush him...
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? My high school experience was OK. It wasn't bad, it wasn't amazing, and I have zero desire to go to a reunion. To be fair, that's probably more to do with my personality than my actual experience. I transferred to a different school for high school so it was a little rough, because I didn't know too many people and most people had known each other since elementary. I was a good kid, in some of the higher honors class, and involved in band and sports - kinda hitting a little bit of everything. My main friend groups shifted a little each year as I met more people and molded as a person. By senior year I was definitely more comfortable with myself, became a little rebellious (I do mean a little, nothing crazy) and my friend group blended kinda with the popular group so that year was more fun as I broke out of my shell. However, I'm currently only friends with a few people from high school, the rest we all lost touch after graduation but will say hi if we ever see each other around. I wouldn't go to a reunion just because I don't get the appeal. The people I want to see and talk to from high school I do, they rest I don't and it doesn't bother me. I don't need to go and talk to people that I would never talk to any other time and pretend to be friends. Like I said, that's just me and maybe this is my unpopular opinion for the day. I'm also not much of a sentimental person, never have been.

GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? R/R/CS: My temps have been really strangely consistent the last few days. I'm wondering if you guys think that my thermometer is favoring temps? They're different by .01 degree, so not exactly the same, but they're close enough to have me going WTF. The weather has evened out here, so I've been consistent with blankets and stuff at night, so maybe that's causing it. I've just never had temps this even before.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? My high school experience was pretty lame, actually. I was not into the traditional "high school" type of stuff. I didn't go to football games, pep rallies, didn't do sports, didn't go to prom. The only thing I did was the student newspaper. I was the editor-in-chief my senior year, and it was basically all I cared about in school. I had always gotten good grades, and was in AP classes, but I decided I was going to Art School so I pretty much checked out on everything but Newspaper senior year and did just enough to get semi-decent grades. Plus I had started dating this older guy, so I was obvi way too cool for school. 9 years later, I married him, so I guess that worked out
R/R/CS: DH left town this morning to go back home for a baseball game leaving me with our 21 month old through Sunday. Of course I wake up this morning feeling like I am getting sick. Other than that, all is good!
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? It was meh.I dated someone who had already graduated so didn't hang out with people in my school often. The few friends I had were part of the popular crowd, but I wouldn't have considered myself part of that group. I was only going half days during senior year because I was part of an outside work/study program so I was pretty disassociated by that point. I wish I could go back and try harder to be a part of things, I feel like I missed out on a lot of fun.

@Lecool Since your temps are different, like you said, I'm not sure it could be considered favoring. Very odd though, hopefully they do something tomorrow one way or the other so you don't have to worry about it! Try using it at a random time today and see what you get.
R/R/CS: This is gross but I'm on my third cycle off of BC and am seeing all sorts of CM this cycle... I don't think I've seen this since I was a teen, before I got on BC.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? I went to a very large high school so we had two popular crowds that kind of merged somewhere.. there were the "sports team" popular kids and then the "honors classes" popular kids (and obviously there was some sort of union there where the two groups intersected). For 3 years I would hang out with the goth kids even though I wasn't really goth at all, and then senior year I suddenly was in the honors classes popular crowd. I'm slightly jealous of anyone that has a 10 year high school reunion because the people I went to high school with were too lazy to actually organize one (that probably sounds really hypocritical of me, but I live far away from there and most of the people I went to school with still do live there) and just were like, "Hey let's like... go to this bar after the football game lol" and I'm like, "Yeah I'm definitely not flying 1000 miles for something so low-key."
@Lecool Those are really consistent but I would only worry if the thermometer was giving the same temp over and over (which mine started doing towards the middle of last cycle, awesome timing). Maybe see what tomorrow's does?

@writeress I start using OPKs on CD10. I usually O between CD16-18, so I start a little early, just in case. Usually don't start seeing anything on them until CD13 though. @kellybean1988 Glad your test results were good, and FX for another high temp!
@PaukMeKiande I have really short surges, so I will usually get a + OPK, and next time I test (9-12 hours later, depending if I get the + in the AM or PM), it's negative again. Also, so sorry you had to see that today. It would have hit me hard too, especially with no warning.
@khbear I'm so with you on the six months thing. I'm only 26, and this is cycle 6, and I feel like such a dummy for thinking that this would be an easy 3-ish month journey at first. I feel like my whole life I was taught that the risk of getting pregnant was lurking around every corner, and now that we're trying, it's this elusive thing. Glad you're getting some tests done, I hope it gives you some answers!
@linzrunz So sorry you're still suffering with that migraine
@mrsdee15@ladystinson@sparty18 Thanks guys. I knew it wasn't really favoring, since they're slightly different, but it was just so weird. Guess we will see what happens moving forward. Thanks for the CS!

Because it was upside down. 96.66.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? Okay I guess. I wasn't overly popular but wasn't a total loser either. I had decent group of friends that kind of changed a bit over the years, and I'm still on talking terms with a couple of people but not close to anyone. Which is kind of odd in a small town. All my close friends now are people I met in my 20's.

GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up: What was your high school experience like? R/R/CS: Nothing much to report. Trying to get my head back in the game and be positive. I have to work late tonight, so at least I get to enjoy my morning off.
GTKY: My high school experience was pretty mundane. I went to a high school that was self-pace learning, so that was interesting, but I graduated and made it out alive which was a success!
@mrsdaddario Good luck with your Drs appt today. I think it was a great idea to do some reaserch beforehand so that you go as prepared as you can be. Hopefully they can give you some answers!
@kellybean1988 That is awesome that your tests all came back good and your temps are going up. Sounds like a good day to me! I like that your Dr called to say everything was good, we only ever get a call when something doesn't look right, but I would prefer a call either way.
@Marley629 Ugh, it is so frustrating when things get in the way of TTC. I feel like we can almost never HIO on O day and that is the reason why we haven't had our BFP. Hopefully things work out and you can HIO!
@teamginger13 Yay for good news from your Dr. & Good luck with your ultrasound today!
@MrsJ2410 I am definitely on team temping over here! It clears up so much mystery and puts me at ease. Hopefully you won't need to worry about next cycle through.
@khbear Ugh, sorry you had to deal with that yesterday. That would have made me snap. I don't know how those people get through life. Good luck with your tests today, hopefully you get some answers either way.
@Lecool I have never experienced temps that close together before, but have you tried taking your temp again a few mins later to see if anything changes? Hopefully your BBT is not crapping out on you.
R/R/CS: So last month I did OPKs all wrong. I was using FMU and obviously never turned a positive. This month I am holding out for later in the day, but am having a hard time getting to a 4 hour hold. I guess I just drink way too much in the mornings (a glass of water for vitamins, plus a cup of green tea and a glass of orange juice with breakfast). I only make it about 2 hours after I wake up. So I am now trying to not drink much water (harder than I thought) and test around lunch time. How do you ladies do it??
GTKY: My first 3 years of HS were good. I was in honors classes and part of a photography club (back when cameras actually had film to develop). The summer before my senior year my family (Navy brat) moved from a large city in Florida to a small town in Louisiana. It was hard coming from a graduating class of over 1k to less than 200. I was able to make a few friends there, one of which I am still close with. She was a foreign exchange student from Kazakhstan. We were pen pals after we graduated and keep in touch on FB now. I had a much better experience in college because that is where I met DH.

I'm over here feeling all:

highschool was ok. i definitely wasnt one of the popular kids but by 10th grade I had my little group of friends and that was enough for me.

Month/Cycle: 5
CD: 1
Lol
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like? Ugh like a roller coaster. The first two years were awesome - I was in the "in" crowd and played competitive soccer. Then my mom got sick and I had to quit soccer to help care for my siblings and I gained so much weight and became a pin cushion basically. It makes me sad to think about what kids have to go through today with being picked on and all social media and everything at least when I was being made fun of it stayed where It was and didn't spread like wild fire.

I was definitely one of the nerdy art kids that went to the art room 1st thing in the morning, everyday @ lunch & even had a special smock the art teacher bought me (hehe) NO REGRETS! Art was the best
Popularity wise meh, obviously not one of the popular kids, altho it's so ironic how after my boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me @ the beginning of senior year & i lost an f-ton of weight all the popular girls were like OMFG YOU LOOK SO GREAT - it's like seriously bitches? Lol.

GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like?
Overall I had a great high school experience. I was a really good student but had a lot of fun, too. I dated plenty of guys, broke hearts and had mine broken, I would sneak out and have fun, I played soccer, I loved going to football games and had serious school spirit and I had several different groups of friends. I'm still close with friends from high school that actually went to a different school that I knew from a soccer league. I'm sure there are things I would go back and do differently, but I have no regrets from those days.

WAYDTGKU: IUI #3
R/R/CS: Go today for a baseline u/s and start allll over again. On a different but somewhat related note, I had my kidneys checked the other day b/c I had been having some issues and received an email from my dr this morning that said my kidney function has improved over the last couple months. I only bring this up b/c my rheumatologist told me that if they didn't improve then I may need to stop TTC. I was like HELL NO.
GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like? Pretty good. I transferred schools sophomore year so that was sort of hard but I ended up with a small group of close friends and pretty much stuck with them most of the time. I also ran track and cross country which I have great memories of. I did not go to my 10 year reunion b/c I lived across the country by then.

WAYDTGKU: Temping, trying OPKs, etc.
R/R/CS: So this morning at about 1am I woke up and decided to take an OPK since I was headed to the bathroom anyways. It ended up being what I would consider a positive, but I'm not quite sure since the one I took this morning at 7am was negative. Is that normal with OPKs?

GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like?

Fur-children: 3 dogs + 2 cats (all rescued)
6 rounds of clomid
5 rounds of iui
Several HSG's sprinkled throughout the years to up my chances of a BFP
Several dilation of cervix because they suspect the scar tissue is hindering it from fully opening (partially adds to the severe cramps all month)

What was your high school experience like?
I went to a small high school (fewer than 400 kids) and my friends and I were in the middle of the popular kids and the not so popular. We were all in sports and clubs and the NHS and tough classes. I thoroughly enjoyed quite a lot of high school. I never really got into trouble, played softball, was a cheerleader, 4.0 GPA. Eldest child syndrome....

What was your high school experience like? I loved high school. I was involved in lots of things (choir, orchestra, swim team) and had a really awesome core group of friends. I had my 10 year reunion a couple years ago. DH couldn't go so I took my little brother. He hung out with my friends in HS because he was only a year behind me. We all picked up where we left off like HS was yesterday. I actually miss high school sometimes.

What was your high school experience like? I had a good experience. There are several things looking back that I would have done differently. I have a serious boyfriend from Freshman year to Junior year, and was really wrapped up in him. I didn't get a real close friend group until after we broke up the summer before my senior year and I started reconnecting with old elementary school friends... That relationship was toxic, looking back on it, and if I had one thing I would change, it would be that. I would have dated more, I would have not let him have such control over me, and I wouldn't have let him into my life so intimately. However, I'm still very close with all of my girlfriends from high school, so that's good! We group text often

What was your high school experience like?

GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like?

What was your high school experience like?

What was your high school experience like? It was meh. I dated someone who had already graduated so didn't hang out with people in my school often.

GTKY: In lieu of my ten year high school reunion coming up:
What was your high school experience like? I went to a very large high school so we had two popular crowds that kind of merged somewhere.. there were the "sports team" popular kids and then the "honors classes" popular kids (and obviously there was some sort of union there where the two groups intersected). For 3 years I would hang out with the goth kids even though I wasn't really goth at all, and then senior year I suddenly was in the honors classes popular crowd. I'm slightly jealous of anyone that has a 10 year high school reunion because the people I went to high school with were too lazy to actually organize one (that probably sounds really hypocritical of me, but I live far away from there and most of the people I went to school with still do live there) and just were like, "Hey let's like... go to this bar after the football game lol" and I'm like, "Yeah I'm definitely not flying 1000 miles for something so low-key."
then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

@JediAlly85 Good luck in the TWW! Hope not to see you back here!
@writeress I start using OPKs on CD10. I usually O between CD16-18, so I start a little early, just in case. Usually don't start seeing anything on them until CD13 though.
@kellybean1988 Glad your test results were good, and FX for another high temp!
@Marley629 @thefarmerswife0411 @Winnie81Sorry about CD1 ladies
@l9i FX for your DH! Hope he gets the job.

WAYDTGKU: Femara Day 4. Ultrasound on Monday to see if I'm responding to it. Next week... lots of HIO I guess!
R/R/CS: I had a funny moment this morning when I'm temping in bed in the dark half asleep and the thermometer beeps, and I'm squinting at it and it said 99.96... and I was like 'holy crap! why is it so high??'
Because it was upside down. 96.66.

What was your high school experience like? Okay I guess. I wasn't overly popular but wasn't a total loser either. I had decent group of friends that kind of changed a bit over the years, and I'm still on talking terms with a couple of people but not close to anyone. Which is kind of odd in a small town. All my close friends now are people I met in my 20's.

What was your high school experience like?
Early high school was meh. 11th and 12th grade I went to this awesome charter school, and loved it. I was a super rule follower, and never got into trouble. Pretty boring! I liked books and didn't have a boyfriend until college.
Month/Cycle: 9/9

WAYDTGKU: Started temping again for the cycle and need to get back on track with remembering my PNVs
@JediAlly85 Yay for CH! FX this is your month!

WAYDTGKU: Anything & Everything
