I had 1 beer and I feel guilty. I am actually crying. I exclusively breastfeed. I have bought the test strips, but now I feel so guilty about drinking the beer.

I don't think one beer is too bad. But because of the guilty feeling, I choose to not drink at all. (I EBF). I had a few drinks on NYE and nothing since then. I don't miss it one bit.

I drank a half a beer a day to help with my supply when I was breastfeeding. Totally fine!

I think the general rule is if you are okay to drive you can breastfeed.

Agree. Don't stress so much over one beer. Most articles/sources one beer is just fine!

I have a beer prob 5 times a week. I do give a bottle at night so she can have her vitamin but after reading a lot if I need to breastfeed her after two I still do.

Not even a grey area question, it is 100% OK so dry those tears and enjoy a beer every now and then (or almost every evening after LO is down for the night like I do)!

I'm so glad our group does not have a bunch of trolls. I've seen people flip out over this and totally attack the mom who had one drink. Ugh.

That being said, one beer is fine so drink up!
