What is the age difference between your babies? My daughter just turned 10 months old today and I just found out I am pregnant again! It was planned and we are very happy! Just wondering if there are any other moms in the same boat. =-)
Our daughter is almost 9 months and I'm due early October. This pregnancy was not planned, but we're thrilled! The next couple of years are going to busy, but happy our babies will be so close in age.
Lol I have a 15 yo and an 8 yo and this one will be born just as the 8 yo turns 9, so just about the same age gap. I love the distance in years with mine. My sister and I are "Irish twins", only 11 1/2 months apart and we've always been very close.
My oldest is 17 years older than my youngest and my middle child is 2.5 years younger than the oldest. (15 years apart from the youngest)
Should we have another he or she will be a minimum 4.5 years younger than my current youngest. (and about 21 or 22 years younger than the oldest)
I am a fan of waiting at least 2 years due to the way I grew up. I was 9 months old when my sisters were born. (they are twins) I had one older brother as well. I really disliked having sisters so close in age even though we did play together.
Every family will work out differently. My sisters have kids close in age (11 months apart) and further apart (13 years) and it works for them.
I've got a 4 year old and a 10month old. I've said we were done. Just got the positive test yesterday. Not my plan for another but it will be an adventure and we are excited anyway
My DS will be 6yo when the baby comes. I had hoped to have them closer together but there are some definite benefits to him being a little older and more self sufficient.

@ChristyNNorman Yes I'm nervous as can be. This year has been tough because of DH's work, but hopefully things with this baby will be easier and he will be around more, and we won't be moving so much. I basically handled the first 6 months with him being gone 80% of the time and no family around. I'm so thankful DD (the oldest) loves her brother and has been an amazing help.
I am pregnant with my first but since I'm already 32 I plan to have my second not long after. My parents spaced me and my 2 sisters out by several years and we always wish we had been closer in age growing up.
DS (adopted) will be 6 shortly before baby is born. We always wanted our children close together, but apparently now is the right time and we couldn't be happier!

I have two daughters- 10 and 5 yrs old when baby is due. But we were trying to space our last 2 closer, this last baby took 2 yrs to conceive! Our first was an accident, our 2nd happened first try. The last 2 years have been interesting.
@ChristyNNorman it is SOO much fun! At the beginning my life saver was making sure that both of the kids napped at the same time in the afternoon, saved my life! Now that they are 3 and almost 2, they have so much fun together! Yes it is crazy, and I have let go of my ideals of having these well behaved children who always sit when other adults are around - but seeing how much fun they have together I couldn't care less about them being "proper". They squeel together, and I can already see them starting to strategize and come up with ideas together. It is so fun! My DS who is the younger one absolutely loves everything his sister does and just wants to be around her. Hectic, yes, but oh so much fun. And we have finally reached the age where I can tell them to sing a song and go upstairs to get ready for bath and they do it mainly because the other one is doing it with them!
@mattanda2011 That's what I like to hear! My LO and this baby will only be 15 months apart and I have been a little nervous wondering how it would pan out since DS will be 9 when baby is born and DD will be almost 5, baby is due 5 days before her birthday. I am a twin and our older brother is only 13 months older than us and we all grew up super close, but I'm more concerned about the baby/toddler ages. I didn't get to see how we acted then haha
I have a stepdaughter who will be 12 when this LO is born. She's super excited to have a sibling and am hoping she will be a big help during the times she's with us!
Our daughter is almost 9 months old. Recently found out that we're expecting baby number 2! Hoping for a boy but will be happy either way. My EDD is February 27th, 2017. I am currently 8 weeks as of today! ♡
DD will be 5 in 2 weeks and I'm due in March. So, about 5.5 years. We wanted it sooner but that's not how things worked out. I think there are pros and cons to a large age gap and also for a small age gap.
My son is 17 months and I just got a BFP this past Friday. it was a HUGE surprise and we're shocked. I had hoped to accomplish certain things before deciding we were ready again but i'm happy. I'm also incredibly anxious and stressed because our son was born very prematurely at 25.6 weeks and i hope this isn't a repeat situation.
